Man, that would sound stupid even if all you ever watched was Faux, and I somehow believe it is--well maybe with a jiggle of Rush and a weeping of Beck. That just isn't what happened. Mittler went off half-kocked, as usual, and doesn't know how to do more than a triple twist flip flop, but never an apology. Hope the weather is nice in Ohio this weekend...

Funny you should say that, but Obama has had less time off than Bush & Reagan combined for the same period in office. Google it and see, as usual right wing Fox BS comes back to bite when you don't do any research. Fox news would not know research if it hit them in the face they ran with this Obama holiday crap at least 2yrs ago but failed to look at their own canidates in office. It was embarassing to say the least.

But Americans remember Republicans in power, they know the truth.

I have a Yotel wood burning stove and firewood. I've hauled that stove with me for 20+ years from MO, AZ, VA, SD and now TX. Only place I didn't have it was in Italy. Always have access to heat and cooking. It has come in handy everywhere but AZ!

All no. Gas rationing by odd/even license plate numbers. Does that sound familiar to anyone? My god it is the Carter years all over again. Which means there will be a Reagan to clean up the mess.

Generator Theft??

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, the City of Bethlehem deployed generators to key intersections to aid in the flow of traffic after the sweeping power outages. We wanted to provide the public service of enabling people to move safely through the most heavily traveled areas and to keep the roadways open to get to St. Luke’s Hospital.

When we placed our generators at these intersections, we knew that we would be leaving a hot commodity exposed, so the generators were chained to the light poles. We didn’t expect what happened next.

We began to receive calls from concerned citizens that people were hanging around the generators looking as if they were going to steal them. Upon investigation, we learned that no one was looking to steal them, but instead they were charging their cell phones, iPads and other portable devices. The generators usually have four electrical outlets and we are using one to power the traffic signal. The remaining outlets were free and were being used by resourceful(?) people to keep their electronics charged.

This raised a good question. Is that theft? Maybe. But what is the cost? The generators must be run to power the traffic lights and it arguably does not take any more fuel to attach a small cell phone charger to it. The decision was simple, let them charge away. In these times, the cell phone/iPad is one of the only ways to stay in touch with the world when the power fails. We even resort to Twitter and Facebook to try to get as much information out the public as possible. Maybe in the future, we should require everyone to follow us on Twitter to get a charge on their device.

Well done. F Twitter though lol

Why do we have to pay thousands of dollars to buy our own American babies, but you can get a illegal one for free?

I remember those days. It really sucked too!

I thought Lord Obama would have that fix by now.

How can he fix something like this, when he didn't care to sell off half of our oil supply?

WISE UP AND VOTE FOR ROMENY!!

You’re right. It was not abbynormall, but the person to whom he/she was responding that made the threat (actually more than once).

Thanks for seeking clarification.

Barack Obama's Columbia GPA Ferreted Out By The Daily Caller Via Random Guy From The Interwebs

Go ahead and give Mitt Romney all of your unskewed Electoral College votes, folks, because The Daily Caller has done changed the game with their recent report that President Barack Obama earned a mediocre grade point average at Columbia University, according to some random anonymous guy that they met on Chatroulette, or something.

According to the Daily Caller's source, who we are assured is a "wealthy donor" to Columbia (thus ruling out all of Columbia's poverty-stricken donors), Obama's GPA was scandalously middling, probably:

In 2004, after Obama’s successful speech at that year’s Democratic convention, a Columbia University official told him Barack Obama's GPA, he explained to TheDC.

"This person told me that he [Obama] was a pre-law, poli-sci major, had a lot of incompletes, and as best could be determined after sorting through the incompletes, had a GPA of 2.6," said the businessman, a former Marine Corps combat veteran.

Cool story, guys. I say we just confirm this sucker, assure readers that there isn't any contradictory evidence, find a way to make a larger point about Obama's stay at Columbia and we can wrap this up with a bow.

They add that "The 2.6 grade can’t be confirmed, is contradicted by some evidence, and it doesn't say anything about the courses, professors and associations Obama was immersed in during his two-year stay in Columbia."

Ah well, you know the whole nature of journalism is different now that we're all huffing spray paint, I guess.

At any rate, the jury is still out as to whether this is going to reshape the presidential campaign in its last 96 hours. Clearly, there is much more to learn about this Barack Obama fellow than can be gleaned from his policy preferences, speeches, debate responses, campaign website, widely available plans, interviews and the many books that have been written about the things that happened during his first term.

So if you are a random person who has heard something -- anything, no matter how unbelievable or made-up sounding -- about Barack Obama, just email me and I'll report it while protecting your anonymity. Right off the bat, I need someone to confirm the rumor that the honorary degree that Obama received from the University of Michigan was printed on rolling papers.(Just send me an email with the subject line, "The Honorary Degree That Obama Received From The University Of Michigan Was Totally Printed On Rolling Papers," that reads, "I can confirm this, but I can't say anything more. I'm in too deep!")

Time is running out! In fact, it's running out so fast that I hear Barack Obama is going to cancel the daylight savings time adjustment scheduled for this weekend by executive order just so all of you don't have that extra hour to send me your weird emails. So hurry!

Whereas you're a charter member of Weaker Sisters of the Boor? "1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not acharity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of aprophecy, and understand all bmysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the apoor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

4 aCharity bsuffereth long, and is ckind; charity denvieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

5 Doth not behave itself aunseemly, seeketh not her bown, is not easily cprovoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in ainiquity, but rejoiceth in the btruth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never afaileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see through a aglass, bdarkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

13 And now abideth afaith, bhope, ccharity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity."
