Yes Obama did mention "acts of terror" in the Rose garden the day after the Americans were killed in Benghazi. He mentioned it in general terms. He did not say "the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi was an act of terror."
What he did say specifically about this incident was that it was a spontaneous responce to a you tube video.He mentioned this at the United Nations while apologizing to the world for this event. This same speech denied US government involvement in the creation of the video, but he did mention we have freedom of speech in our country which is why this person could make this video.
The fact is the person who produced that video has been in jail for a "parole violation" since this event occured. I guess one can infer that making an anti islam video is a "parole violation" now.
This administration seems to be trouncing on citizens rights.

Thing is, a full-blown investigation will be underway beginning November 15 and answers will finally be known. It could be a short-lived second term if he does win.
Even if he gets away with it - again - a lot of people will be regretting they voted for him - again.
