Typical Democrat. Hiding behind those who volunteer to serve their country. Here's the real world facts, dufus.
So, the regional commander, who has standing orders to support his units that become engaged, and is given assets to execute these standing orders like AC-130 gunships and a Marine Force Recon unit, disobeys those standing orders, and it wasn't the White House who were watching the attack real-time that ordered him to disobey those standing orders, right?
What idiot believes that bullshit?
Your contention is, the White House was watching the attack real-time, and the regional commander disobeyed standing orders and hung the Americans in Benghazi out to dry, and the White House just sat on their useless asses and did nothing, right?
Again, what idiot believes this bullshit?
Somebody higher than the regional commander has to give the order to the regional commander to disobey the standing orders the regional commander is bound to and support the American consulate during the battle, and order him to not deploy the AC-130 gunship and the Force Recon Marines.
Who is the person in the White House giving the orders the president should be giving?
Who withdrew the special tactile forces just weeks before-even with obvious outbreaks of trouble prior.

Foreign Policy FAILURE.

The 2012 presidential election is fundamentally a contest between our future and our past. Barack Obama’s America is the America that will be; Mitt Romney’s is the America that was. And the distance between the two is greater, perhaps, than in any election we’ve had since the Civil War.[...]

Two Americas are facing off in next week’s election. By their makeup, the Democrats are bound to move, if haltingly, into the future, while the Republicans parade proudly into the pre-New Deal past—some of it mythic, lots of it ugly. The differences could not be clearer.

I think you're right; if I were you, I'd call Mitt Romney and tell him to hurry up and make a public statement about it.
He should say "If I'm elected President, this will stop immediately, on day one of my presidency, I will end FEMA and there will be no rescuing you lazy bloodsuckers ever again"
I'm Mitt Romney and I approve this message!

Gov. Chris Christie, the fleece-wearing, order-barking Neptune of the Jersey Shore, was all over TV Tuesday, effusively praising the president for his luminous leadership on Hurricane Sandy, the same president he mocked last week at a Romney rally in Virginia as a naif groping to find “the light switch of leadership.”[...]

Rather than campaigning, which he finds draining, the president was in the Oval calling a Republican to work things out. But this time, unlike with John Boehner at a fateful moment, a flattered Christie took Obama’s calls. While Romney campaigns in Florida Wednesday, Christie and Obama plan to tour storm damage in New Jersey, a picture of bipartisanship, putting distressed people above dirt-slinging politics.

President Barack Obama Targeted By Anonymous Hate Text Messages

WASHINGTON -- A sting of vitriol-laden text messages hit voters' phones Tuesday night, blasting President Barack Obama with anti-gay attacks and false claims.

Jennifer Cryer tweeted that she got one from sms@obamaliesett.com that said: "Stop Obama from forcing gay marriage on the states. Your vote is your voice."

Cryer used her voice, and answered back, saying "I'm gay, you fucking douchebags."

Will be the story of the day....

President Obama’s New Jersey Gambit Centers on Hurricane Sandy Relief

The president will tour hurricane-damaged areas with his new pal, Chris Christie. Howard Kurtz on how Obama picked off one of Romney’s stars.

President Obama canceled his campaign events for Tuesday and Wednesday, preferring the role of chief emergency coordinator. Rather than stumping in Ohio, the president is going to New Jersey to inspect the hurricane damage and meet with affected residents, a decision that makes strategic sense on several levels.

First, for all the media focus on Manhattan, New Jersey is the hardest-hit state, so Obama can go there without appearing to play politics.

Second, he gets to hang with Chris Christie, who happens to be one of Mitt Romney’s most visible surrogates. The New Jersey governor praised Obama’s handling of the storm after the president called him, so this is like picking off a star player from the other team and getting him on your squad, at least temporarily. Every day that Christie is rhetorically hugging Obama is a day when he’s not making the case for Romney. Christie went even further in an interview on Fox and Friends Tuesday morning, professing little interest when told Romney might visit to tour some of the damage in his state.“I have no idea”[if Romney is coming],“nor am I the least bit concerned or interested,” Christie said.“I have a job to do in New Jersey that is much bigger than presidential politics.”

Finally, Obama will appear bipartisan as he assumes a take-charge role, the sort of thing that could appeal to the dwindling band of independent voters.

If more money is needed for rebuilding efforts after Sandy, Republicans will have to decide whether this is a fight they want to wage again.
