Major meltdown in process!!

My party, unfortunately, is the bastion of those people -- not all of them, but most of them -- who are still basing their positions on race. Let me just be candid: My party is full of racists, and the real reason a considerable portion of my party wants President Obama out of the White House has nothing to do with the content of his character, nothing to do with his competence as commander-in-chief and president, and everything to do with the color of his skin, and that's despicable.

You get dumber by the post.
No matter what we did or do in Afghanistan and Iraq it makes no difference. Both countries are going to continue to be mired in their sectarian battles. The terrorists are going to continue to blow up their own people including many women and children. No way we should be involved, our involvement does nothing good for us or any one else.

Why not ,you all voted for Bush/Cheney that brought 2 wars 3,000 dead soldiers. Lets not forget the soldiers that have to live the rest of their days, with wounds of a wars based on LIES.Plus the republicans in office voted (NO) to help them. Nothing like a stab in the back, from the republicans in office. They started the war and forgot the good American people that fought there.I personally don't want to prepare my children for another war that Romney wants to start.

Conservative talk show host Glenn Beck says that Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney lost the final debate because he was “being guided” by God to be “less contentious” and agree with President Barack Obama

Beck was clearly disgusted with the Republican nominee’s performance, tweeting,“I am so glad mitt agrees with Obama so much. No, really. Why vote?”

But by Tuesday, the conservative radio host seemed to have come to terms with Romney’s loss, chalking it up to God’s will.

Mormons and Charity
Whether Mitt Romney wins the Republican nomination for the presidency or not, his serious-contender candidacy has sparked an explosion of empirical research on Mormons in the United States.
In due course, this research should serve not only to enhance public respect for the Mormon minority, but also to give Catholics some clues about how to strengthen their own faith community.
In a report issued in January 2012,“Mormons in America: Certain of Their Beliefs, Uncertain of Their Place in Society,” a research team representing the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life found that most Mormons are regular churchgoers and that more Mormons (73 percent) believe that “working to help the poor” is “essential to being a good Mormon”.

Who is in charge? president nobama is the boss. The disaster is currently his. Bush and the congress can all share in the original blame, they were the ones who enabled the disaster to happen.
Do you have any comprehension skills? You do not.
If you could comprehend and read you would have noted that my posts have not supported the action in those areas ever.

Missouri Republican Senate candidate Todd Akin was arrested at least three times in the 1980s while protesting abortion clinics, according to a forthcoming St. Louis Post-Dispatch story that the Akin campaign leaked this afternoon.

Akin has already acknowledged being arrested once, but according to the draft report the campaign leaked, the congressman was arrested on three previous occasions, all in 1985 for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest at abortion clinics in St. Louis and Illinois. In one instance, Akin “had to be carried by police to an elevator because he refused to walk.” The paper found the arrests by searching through its archives (it had previously missed them because Akin changed his first name).

Media Skip 2,000th Afghan War Death On Obama's Watch

So what happens if Obama beats Mitt Romney and the Republicans again, this time after the likes of McConnell made denying him a second term their main legislative mission over the last four years? The earnest-minded might hope that Republicans view Obama’s re-election as a message to cooperate and a sign that their obstruction failed. The sober-minded might look at the number of ridiculous white men determined to make rape victims carry their attacker’s baby and a primary campaign filled with evolution opponents and assume common sense and basic decency, or at least post-Renaissance thinking, might return on social and cultural issues.

But Frank Rich says none of that will happen. The only lesson that will be learned, the New York magazine columnist says, is to head further right. And Rich argues that’s because there simply aren’t any other voices left. The moderate Northeast wing of the party was purged long ago.

Barack Obama for Re-Election
The economy is slowly recovering from the 2008 meltdown, and the country could suffer another recession if the wrong policies take hold. The United States is embroiled in unstable regions that could easily explode into full-blown disaster. An ideological assault from the right has started to undermine the vital health reform law passed in 2010. Those forces are eroding women’s access to health care, and their right to control their lives. Nearly 50 years after passage of the Civil Rights Act, all Americans’ rights are cheapened by the right wing’s determination to deny marriage benefits to a selected group of us. Astonishingly, even the very right to vote is being challenged.
That is the context for the Nov. 6 election, and as stark as it is, the choice is just as clear.

Why are you still whining and blaming anyone besides Obama?
