Yes the investors make money; but at whose expense? Unfortunately for you liberals that kind of misinformation is not working anymore. Pointing to a few failures by Bain does not diminish the many success stories. Private equity firms look for distressed companies to turn around thus making a profit in the process. Not all such attempts are successful. Only the naive think otherwise.
