Well, most people happen to agree with Ryan. The problem isn't not enough revenue for the government. The problem is the government spends too much money. So, the answer is for the government to spend less money.
But, let's talk about what the Democrats propose:
If you listened to the debate, you heard the central point from Ryan that proves the Democrats are lying bullshitters with the alterior motive of taking over the government.
If the government goes bankrupt, the Democrats will attempt to take control of everything using that as an excuse to claim "emergency measures" are necessary. So, how do you make the US government go bankrupt?
Create a situation where it is impossible for the government to generate enough revenue to pay for the programs instituted. The only plan for revenue the Democrats have is to make the so-called "rich" pay more taxes.
How about this fact:
The total earnings of the top 10 percent do not equal the deficit the Democrats created. Thus, in accordance with the Democrats' "plan" (they really don't have a plan for government. If they had a plan, they'd have a budget for that plan. An idiot knows this) the government will never be paid for and the debt continues to grow until it becomes impossible to pay.
So, here's the question no Democrat has answered:
Since it's a fact that the people the Democrats want to tax to pay for the government they created don't have enough money to pay even if the Democrats tax them at 100 percent and make them destitute, from whom will the Democrats get the money they need to pay for the government they created?
You actually have to identify the people who will pay more to the government to pay for what the Democrats are doing to answer this post.
Who will the Democrats raise the taxes on when it becomes obvious the so-called "rich" don't even have that much money to be taxed?
I think you forgot something.

Paul Ryan voted for the debt under Bush.

If Paul Ryan really was against debt &U deficits & balanced budgets, why did he vote for:

unfunded Bush Tax Cuts
Unfunded wars
unfunded government expansion
unfunded expansion to medicare
unfunded record earmarks

Why did Paul Ryan vote for increased spending & reduced revenues.

Was he just to f*cking stupid to know that it would create debt?

This is YOUR budget guru, the financial expert the ONE when it comes to responsible government? Really??

Yeah...right.

No doubt a box cutter alert would also have been a top priority.

The repeal of Glass Steagall was what the Republicans wanted.
This is another "NAfta" argument by the uninformed. Blaming Clinton for signing a Republican action.
Blame your own party for this one.

After Team Obama’s horrid handling of the terrible tragedy in Benghazi, does anyone out there really cling to the left’s quickly unraveling yarn that this administration has a strong record on foreign policy and national security?
Sure, the prez and veep continue to chant the mantra that “Osama bin Laden is dead”— and, without a doubt, that’s a good thing. Problem is: al Qaeda is very much alive.
Indeed, the US intelligence community told us that the “demonstrators” who murdered four Americans last month in Libya are a pro-al Qaeda group, likely associated with al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.
But the al Qaeda threat is increasing elsewhere in Africa, too, in places like Mali and Nigeria. And in the Middle East, it’s making a comeback in Iraq and running rampant next door in Syria, which is becoming “Islamist Central.”
Al Qaeda is just part of the problem in Syria: After nearly 20 months of US passivity in that nation’s civil war, the death toll now tops 30,000. And “Basher” Assad, no friend of ours, is still running the place.
Meanwhile, there’s Syria’s ally, the Islamic Republic of Isotopes, er, Iran. After four years of Obama-plomacy, the ayatollahs are closer to their atomic aspirations than ever — despite the “hope” they’d “change” their course on nukes.
Joe says bin Laden is dead and GM is very much alive.

No mention of al Qaeda.

The cover up by this administration clearly proves they want us to believe whatever they tell us.
