You're an idiot.
Maybe next time the Republicans cut security funding they should take all of that into consideration.

Obama is a blatant LIAR!!
Okay all you Obama lovers... read this. It is proof that the man is a complete liar and will do and say anything to get your vote.
After a natural disaster, FEMA steps in to provide funding to the affected communities. There is a law that states that for every 9 dollars the feds contribute, the local govt must cough up 1 dollar. There are times where disasters have been so bad that the govt votes to waive that required 1 dollar contribution. Hurricane Andrew and 9/11 are two of those times.
So, in June of 2007 Obama gave a speech at a university stating that the govt was prejudiced against Blacks because they made the people of New Orleans pay that 1 dollar when in the two above examples they waived it.
The FACT:
Just two weeks prior to that speech, there was a vote in congress to WAIVE THAT FEE for the people that were victims of Hurricane Katrina. Barack Obama was actually present for that vote. The vote PASSED by a vote of 80 Yays and just 14 Nays.
It's pathetic that Obama would blatantly lie to people like that. It proves that he will say ANYTHING to get people on his side.
The STINGER!!!
According to voting records. Obama was one of the 14 that voted AGAINST IT!!!
Now, what's that say about this man who you think is the country's savior? Think about it.
Obama never had a clue about what was happening in government. His assigned function is to do what he's told to do, and in payment he'll be allowed to ride in the gold seat on the government gravy train.
It's obvious he didn't have a clue what was in Porkulus, QE, the health care legislation that erroneously has his name attached to it,... he doesn't need to know what's going on in government to fulfil his part of the bargain. All he has to do is read from a teleprompter what is being written for him.
We don't have a president today.

This week, Mitt reiterated one of his most expensive and longstanding political panders—a commitment to increase military spending to 4 percent of GDP—adding at least $2 trillion to federal spending over 10 years.
The audacity of the etch-a-sketch meant that this specific budget-busting promise was so big that it almost went unchallenged—and certainly it hasn’t yet reached the level of mainstream, Main Street debate.
But let’s put it this way—a million dead Big Birds wouldn’t begin to compensate for this new expense. In fact, it single-handedly invalidates every specific cut he has proposed—which essentially consists of social conservative low-hanging fruit like “eliminating Title X Family Planning Funding”($300 million), reducing foreign aid ($100 million), privatizing Amtrak ($1.6 billion) and reducing “Subsidies For the National Endowments for the Arts And Humanities, The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, And the Legal Services Corporation ($600 Million). And of course, we can’t forget the pricetag placed by the Romney campaign on the not yet fully-implemented Obamacare ($95 billion). You do the math.
Even if you believe Mitt on the magically paid for, completely painless $5 trillion tax cut, adding in this specific commitment to spend more than ever before on our military puts us on the path to further future deficits.

McDonald's Owner Won't Turn Off Fox News; Customer Not 'Lovin' It'

[Craig] Lechner, remembering that the channel had recently showcased a violent suicide, and not wanting to expose his young children to violence, asked the owner of the McDonald's, Sebastian Lentini, to change the channel.

In the resulting video, Lechner again asks Lentini to turn off the TV, noting that the program was discussing war. Then, when Lentini refuses yet again, Lechner says, "I can't wait to put this on The Huffington Post!"

How many ridiculous excuses can the left come up with for Obama’s poor debate performance?

An e-mail I sent today:
Garance Franke-Ruta
The Atlantic
Dear Miss Ruta:
You write that Obama did badly in the debate because he’s so preoccupied and worn down by being president that he has no energy or enthusiasm left for campaigning. This is one the silliest things I’ve read in politics recently. As anyone can see from watching him, the man is a campaigning machine. His main energies, his best energies, go into campaigning. Normally on the campaign trail, he is a shining star. Your thesis that the poor dear can’t campaign successfully because he is so exhausted by the cares of the presidency—and especially, as you emphasize, by the wars and other problems in the Mideast—will not fly. No. What he couldn’t do successfully, at least on this occasion, was debate against an intelligent, aggressive opponent. That’s a truth that it would be very difficult for you to acknowledge.
Sincerely,
Lawrence Auster

Some further thoughts. My guess is that Franke-Ruta’s excuse for Obama is an expression of her liberal mindset. To liberals, and especially to liberal women, war is something irrational and horrible that should never occur under any circumstances. Therefore to be responsible for the conduct of a war must break down any sensitive decent person. Because Franke-Ruta cannot imagine herself leading a war without being wrecked by it, she can’t imagine anyone else leading a war without being wrecked by it. So she blames Iraq and Afghanistan for Obama’s putative mental exhaution, even though, in reality, the U.S. involvement in Iraq has ended and Obama during his four years as president has put very, very little attention into those conflicts.

Well, boy, if a male is a boy (that means he's not an adult yet, if he will ever be such) he is referred to as "boy" by convention in the American English lexicon.

I'm sorry you feel insulted. Get over yourself.

and if Romney doesn't become president, we continue on the road to becoming New Greece. I listened to Dennis Miller advise people if Obama is re-elected and they are busting their butts to earn a little more than $50K per year, they'd be better off scaling back their efforts and staying below $50K per year. that will be the magic cutoff for government entitlements like ObamaCare premium supplements paid for by the taxpayers.

Kori Schake gets this very wrong:

What the president and his supporters seem not to understand, though, and it plays to Romney’s advantage, is that there is an actual difference between ending wars and winning them. The president keeps emphasizing he brought the troops home from Iraq and is bringing them home from Afghanistan, but he is silent on whether we achieved the objectives for which we fought.

If the objectives could be achieved, Schake might have a point, but in both Iraq and Afghanistan the U.S. set goals for American and allied forces that could not be reached. Most Americans concluded that the war in Iraq wasn’t worth the cost, and they have reached the same conclusion on Afghanistan. If Romney is the candidate of continuing a war that no longer seems to serve any purpose or American interest, he is at a severe disadvantage with the public, and he and his advisers have to know that. Perhaps that is why Romney avoided going to Afghanistan and opted not to mention it in his convention speech: he is prevented by hawks in his party from seizing on the unpopularity of the war, and public disapproval keeps him from rejecting withdrawal outright, so he remains silent.
