Who took us off the path of balanced budgets and why are you voting for them.
The recession left by the previous administration killed all chances of reducing the deficits.
You don't fight a recession by government retraction.
Any hopes of reducing the debt is tied to getting our economy back on track.
Instead of bitching about those trying to fix it, why not bitch about those who were in charge when it happened.
Why the f*ck are you voting for Paul Ryan?
you don't fight a recession by raising taxes....the Obama plan.....

They were not offering healthcare benefits anyway; where do you think those people have been going? Did Darden do what Walmart did? Instruct them on how to apply for Medicaide? or did they just go to the ER for free care like Mitt suggested was possible?
The issue, Peppy, is that we, the taxpayers end up paying for all of the uninsured as it is; that is why we have a healthcare act.
Read this:
Nationally, 60 percent of companies offer health benefits, but the figure varies depending on the size of the company. Nearly all companies with 200 or more workers offer benefits, compared with 48 percent for companies with 3-9 workers, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation.
Even beyond health care costs, however, Darden has made cutting labor costs a priority in recent years as sales growth has stalled at its flagship chains. In the most recent fiscal quarter, the company's restaurant labor costs were 31 percent of sales. That's down from 33 percent three years ago.
And last year, the company also put workers on a "tip sharing" program, meaning waiters and waitresses share their tips with other employees such as busboys and bartenders. That allows Darden to pay more workers a far lower "tip credit wage" of $2.13, rather than the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.
Starting next year, the company will change the way it offers health insurance to full-time employees, to keep costs more predictable. Instead of offering one insurance plan for all 45,000 employees, it will give workers a contribution toward buying coverage and then send them to an online health insurance exchange where they can chose from five medical, four dental and three vision plans.
More employers are looking at this concept, known as defined contribution health insurance, as a way to stabilize health insurance costs.
Darden said it decided to do it because a survey indicated that employees wanted more options.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/09/dard...
Bottom line is obamacare promised to fix these problems and it's not happening. The laughable part is that Darden's CEO is a devout liberal and Obama supporter. Why does he want his employees to die in the streets?

You can't make this stuff up, LOL.

I am sure we will hear that the middle class has, in fact, been buired for the last four years.
Bad news on debates Obama.
1. No telepromters and pre-prepared statements. You also do not get to review the questions and only respond to the ones you want to (like a white house press conference).
2. No Pinch hitters (I am sure you would have like BIll Clinton to step in for you).
Now don't be too hard on Biden...respect thy elders, they have heart and souls too.
It's not like he's the Taliban or something.

W battled the Clinton recession, 9/11 economic hit and the war on terror. In 2007, the budget deficit was reduced to 165 billion through economic growth. Democrats collapsed the economy with sub prime loans.

Why are you voting for someone has put us MORE in debt in one term, than any other admin ever has?

You have a problem with JOBS IN AMERICA, that allow for economic recovery?
You have a problem with innovative thinking that actually ALREADY implemented affordable healthcare options for EVERYONE--not just some?
You have a problem with someone who does NOT want to see any more Americans have to go abroad to fight directly in and amongst OTHER countries battles-expecting and striving instead--for peaceful solutions via alternate methods?
You have a problem with some actual American energy INDEPENDENCE, rather than relying on mid-east oil?
You think a smother-down EPA regime, apparently unable to cross platforms and work in NON-partisan ways, is acceptable, while life threatening fungal diseases, SLIDE through into the public, without any sort (or major LAPSE in) of regulatory FDA guidelines to ensure public safety-just to "keep prices" lower, is okay?

Well sorry Duh A vey, I guess we just see some things a little differently.

And that's the beauty of American DEMOCRACY. It's NOT based on Communism, "state corporatism" (as was HITLERS regime) or archaic strong arm tactics!

That is WHY we have elections--and are a nation- free- of Dictators!!!!

By now everyone has seen the photos of the US consulate in Benghazi, yellow in color with some, but not a lot of charring around the front entry and a couple of the windows. Did anyone see a fence or wall? Did anyone wonder why that building was so small, not much larger than some homes__far smaller than homes being discussed here today.
The security consisted of a couple of Libyans with cell phones?
Yet Ambassador Stevens was in that place alone? Alone? The two Ex-Seals who died were at the annex. So who exactly was so concerned about security that no precautions of any kind were taken? None Nada Zip!
Stevens could have gone to the annex__he could have gone to the main embassy in Tripoli, he could have done any number of things if he was truly in fear. But he did nothing__nothing discernible to evade or escape the well known danger.
CNN entered the building in less than 72 hours and recovered the ambassador's journal__the FBI didn't reach the building for another 72 hours citing security concerns.
Issa, already 0 for 3 will get to the bottom of it all eh?
The important thing is Obama still got a good night's sleep, readying him for his Vegas fundraiser the next day.

I don't expect you to be honest, but do suspect you hate/resent people who have more than you do.
