grand obsolete party wrote: <quoted text> I woke up to a nice cup of coffee and LOTS of stupid on here this morning! One could also interpet the election results a little differently. America really f*cked up with 'W', and was determined NEVER to make THAT mistake again. As with most rabid frightwingers, I think you overestimate the ability of the Republican Party to put up an electable candidate. I think you overestimate the ability of the Obama administration to solve current problems. The American electorate chose "W" almost twice...their ignorance continued when they chose the even less experienced and even less qualified Obama once...Three strikes and you're out...We certainly are now. Hopefully, someone well-qualified will get elected in 2012, and that certainly won't be Obama again. The electorate seems to finally be coming to the conclusion that it needs to change its priorities and be more concerned with "reality" than just "making history".

“Going Rogue,” the title of Sarah Palin’s erratic new memoir, comes from a phrase used by a disgruntled McCain aide to describe her going off-message during the campaign: among other things, for breaking with the campaign over its media strategy and its decision to pull out of Michigan, and for speaking out about reports that the Republican Party had spent more than $150,000 on fancy designer duds for her and her family.

Torturer in chief? Bring it ON and all that phony cowboy swagger, chewing food with his mouth open? An embarassment to us for 8 years? Whatever. Bowing is a sign of respect, if you have ever been to an asian country, it is done all the time and does not have the negative connotations that you are making up to suit your stupid agenda. Heads of state do not bow to each other. That is how it is. Nobody has ever done that because it is not and should not be protocol. My agenda is just to point out to the lost how sorely mistaken they are in supporting Obama still. He has nothing to offer us that will benefit us in any way, shape, or form. He's a very talented and charismatic speaker, but that's about it. He is not a leader and has proven that over and over again. Bush is not a war criminal and he didn't invade any country illegally. Congress OK'd everything, including the Dems. Torture beats more attacks on our soil and more deaths. War is not pretty and nobody likes it, but it is a necessary evil and bad things happen during wars. I'll take a cowboy swagger over a limp-wristed, America hater who makes nothing but bad decisions (when he can even make up his mind). Obama is a sorry excuse for an American and an even sorrier president. He doesn't know how to lead or set a good example. All he knows how to do is spend aggregious amounts of money and try to take control over every aspect of our lives and economy. He has done nothing to make anything better. The far left needs to wake up and realize that most of the country is in strong disagreement with them. Most people don't idolize Mao or Chavez. Most people don't believe the government should be responsible for everyone having health insurance. Most people don't think it's OK to throw someone in jail because they don't buy health insurance. Unfortunately, most people stupidly believed Obama was somewhat moderate. All his past votes, actions, and associations didn't open their eyes to the fact that he is far left. Now we're paying a terrible price for that.

Iraq War Crimes Charged in Spain Against Bush, Obama, Blair and Brown October 8th, 2009 In Spain today, war crimes charges were filed against four U.S. Presidents and four British Prime Ministers for their illegal war in Iraq. Named are both Bushes, Clinton and Obama. Named from Britain are Margaret Thatcher, John Major, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. The charges were filed with Spain’s Audencia National just before the Spanish Senate acted to cut off Spain’s jurisdiction on such war crimes. The charges mention that all of the attacks on Iraq by American and British forces have been illegal, have constituted war crimes, have resulted in the deaths of approximately 1.5 million Iraqis and the widespread destruction of Iraq. What punishment would be appropriate for presidents and prime ministers convicted of knowingly lying to launch a war that has murdered 1.5 million innocent people?

Bush recently spoke in Edmonton, Saskatoon, and Montreal Canada, and was met with determined protest at each stop. The following articles are brief accounts of those protests.
