So out of 43 different Presidents, to say Obama is in last place just because a lot of people don't like him is not considering history.

Down south of the Ohio River the prize for worst used to to to a guy from Illinois (OK so he was born in Kentucky) named Lincoln. Hoover was in second place. Folks a generation ago said the best was Franklin D. Roosevelt - ironically the one whose social policies most resembled Obama's. Times, they do change.
