you forgot to add black people with guns into the equation which leads to a deadly mix of stuff and lots of dead people.

Chicago is a tremendously violent city. This is not Miami or Key West. In some areas, the booze leads to physically harmless stuff like flashing and fun stuff, but in other areas like Illinois, booze causes nothing but violence and hatred.
