Why are Chicago's public libraries closed February 12?
The Chicago Public Library wants the public to know that all of its locations, "including the Harold Washington Library Center, Woodson Regional, and Sulzer Regional Libraries, will be closed on Wednesday, February 12, 2014."

because most of the books in the public library have words not pictures don't require crayons to complete and are written in English where as most of the kids of Chicago can't read thanks to inept public schools and the kids only speak ebonics or garbage street Spanish in the case of the illegal immigrants stealing goods an services from America..
