I know this thread was started a while ago, but I'm going to post here anyway. I'm in Chicago and was looking for a local place to try. During my search, I came across Mz Nicole's online listings and her website. Umm, so many of her pictures are STOLEN from other sites! Seriously?!!! What exactly is she selling since those aren't even her pictures?!!

Anyway, I finally found someone to buy from here in the city. Oh, and it's funny because the company I now buy from had their website pictures stolen by Mz Nicole!

Good luck with whoever you choose to buy from but be careful because there are a lot of scammers out there!

Tatiana, sweetie, how much were yopu paid to type this CRAP because sweetie, I too had a HORRIBLE experience with Kais Dreamhair. Not only did Kais Dreamhair take over $1k dollars from me, but Kais Dreamhair NEVER sent my TWO wigs to my home and it has been over a year!! Honey, the company that you are employed with is a SCAM WITH FRAUDULANT PRACTICES, but I'm sure that you already know that. So what are you the Mailcarrier, because clearly, there is ONLY 1 employee at Kais Dreamhair that avoids her customers after she takes their money.. Please don't ever reveal your last name because you may end up in jail just like the person/con artist that you are protecting.

This is not true and a false statement meant to make Kai's Dreamhair look bad...My name is Tatiana and I work for Kai's Dreamhair. This customer ordered a "Special Premium" unit where they received a Free lace unit!
Customer was trying to do Insurance fraud. Which is an ongoing problem with most lace wig companies that sell high end merchandise. Customer will order a $3000 unit. They will then send bill to their insurance company who then pays customer the $3000 Once custom unit comes in customer then makes a false claim that they dont like certain details of unit(which this customer did on June 9th.) Then they want a full refund from Lace wig company.
Once we refund the $3000 to customer. Customer then has made $3000 profit from Insurance company. And Insurance company has no way of knowing they didnt recive unit.
Unit was absolutely beautiful! Our top salon stylist & co-workers in office all agreed unit was very lovely! We even took photos to put on site, we were so impressed. We even offered to make customer new unit with specific details and to offer her any assistance to get her the correct unit. This customer only wanted money from the beginning. This customer even offered to take a lower amount below the actual cost of unit..because they wanted cash. We even offered to possibly sent a refund but we need the receipt from insurance company. We never heard from this customer again.
Kai's Dreamhair has been doing business in a salon for 8 years before branching off into internet. We have a high reputation and many long term customers. We are currently working together with other lace wig companies to stop this huge problem of Insurance Fraud. Hairline illusions has also had this problem. We hope to better serve customers in the future. Insurance fraud leads to higher prices that are passed on to customers.

I went on that site, but I just don't like how you need an account to see anything. Well, the only person I ever dealt with in Chicago was a woman who sells lace wigs on a smaller scale. I know she's in the process of growing her company. Anyway, her name is Christina and her wigs are really nice. AVD, if you're looking for really nice virgin Malaysian unit, I know Christina carries it. It's honestly some of the softest hair I ever touched. The one I saw had a silk top, so there were no "knots." Other that that, I really can't add too much to this. Oh, and I did contact a couple of other vendors mentioned here when I needed adhesive, but they honestly charged too much. But, I have no experience with their hair/wigs. But if you are interested in Christina's wigs, she has a little (and it is small) online store-- http://lace-wigs.ecrater.com Hope that helps.
I concur. I bought two lace wigs from this company and I never received them!!! There is only ONE salesperson that will hunt you down for the money and after she gets it....THAT'S IT!!! If there is any others that has been RIPPED OFF by this company, could you please reply to this message and I will check your posts daily. I would recommend that we gather each others info to bring stop this con-artist in her tracks...How does a lawsuit sound?

Tatiana,it's great that you are gun-ho for the company that you are employed with, which is Kais Dreamhair, but sweetie, I too was scammed by your employer. Clearly, you have to be the letter-opener, because there is ONLY ONE employee there who is starting to look like a con-artist. Now, I'm not sure if you're her sister, cousin, best friend etc., Why would you even reveal your real name, knowing that this company has gotten SO MANY bad reviews? Honey don't ever reveal your last name because you are protecting a CON ARTIST that avoids her customers after she has gotten their money!!!....Quick question... Does your company STEAL EVERYBODY'S MONEY? Just know that God sees all and NOTHING GOOD comes out of bad deceitful things. In spite of being robbed by this company, I'm still blessed and I can only pray that God has mercy on you, and Kais Dreamhair because what this person has done is just pitiful!! Claiming to make wigs for celebrities, the elite society, etc.,..which I seriously doubt because a celebrity would put your company on BLAST!! I would've just donated the money to Kais Dreamhair if she had just asked for it, but I was deceived with bad intentions to RIP ME OFF!!!... Thanks for your time :-)

Yes, be careful. There are a lot of fraudulent people/businesses scamming consumers out of their hard earned money. I have a company that I love (she was actually mentioned here), but you really do need to be careful!

This is NOT a true representation of their product. Also beware of sites that ONLY have their units on mannequins. You need to see actual people wearing the wigs. The units I ordered from Kais were horrible. I ordered an Indian Remy and Malaysian wig. The quality of the hair was poor; it definitely does not meet the expectations one would hope to receive paying those ridiculous prices. The hair was bushy and matted; this was coming straight out of the box. The Malaysian wig was some form of synthetic hair. I realized it was synthetic when I attempted to flat iron, and it began to melt and burn. Trust me this is no exaggeration, I have witnesses. Moreover the young lady who owns the company tries to portray the company as having stylists, managers, ect, when in reality she is the sole owner and operator. When calling you have to ALWAYS leave a message, because she has a 1-800 number set up that will always prompt you to leave a message. Overall, I do NOT recommend shopping with Kais Dream Hair. No matter what you pay, quality is key. The products listed online do NOT resemble anything you will receive. Please don't lose like I did. The owner,(the young lady who answers the phone), is refusing to reimburse me, return my calls or address my concerns. DON'T be the next victim.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
Hello, I wish I had researched a little more before I purchased from Kais Dream Hair. I purchased the Sweet Angel (silk top) lite yaki, color #1, 20 inches medium size cap and lite brown lace with combs around unit. I was really looking forward to getting my unit. I purchased lace wigs before and I was able to place my order over the Internet. This site is a little different because you can not use a credit card. Anyway I called KAIS to place my order. I spoke with the nice young lady. Lavonnie I believe was her name. She email me a order form. I emailed her back stating what I wanted previously what I stated. I left message for her to call. No one Ever answers the phone always have to leave messages. I told her what I wanted and also have email proof of my order. I asked for my lace unit to be mailed to my work which I gave her the address. In order for someone can sign for it. I mailed my check by Fed Ex with email stating what I wanted. Almost two weeks past no lace wig arrived. I emailed Kais. She called me stating they sent it to the wrong address. They send it to my home and it was return because no one was home to sign for it. She apologized for sending to wrong address. A week later the unit arrived at my work. What I got was all wrong. I received a 18 inch #2 small cap, no silk top at all with clips lite yaki. No invoice inside showing what I paid. I have called several times no answer. Left numerous messages and emails. I want what I paid for. No one responds or ever answer the phone. This is there mistake they need to correct it. I will not recommend this company. I am very disappoint!

I'm surprised they don't accept credit cards. That's kind of odd for a US online company. Anyway, I hope you get everything worked out.

If you're interested in buying a lace wig from Kais dreamhair I would advise you to think other wise. I purchased the malibu dream unit in November of 2011 and still have yet to receive my unit. Lavonnie was quick to call me back w/ any questions I had but after she had received my payment I was unable to get through to them. She emailed me a few times stating they'd made some shipping mistakes and assured me I'd receive it by 02/11/12 or I'd get my full refund back. Guess what , I call them and email them on a daily basis and still receive no response nor my refund or a unit. Please DO NOT waste your time nor money dealing w/ Kais dreamhair, it is a HUGE scam to rip people off!!!! It's nearly reaching the end of February and still no word on my purchase or my refund that she had promised.

Kai's Dreamhair ripped me off for $1500!!!!! The first order I placed with the owner, Lavonnie Kalina went well, so when I took advantage of the buy one get one free offer I thought the second experience would be just a good. WRONG!!!!!!! She took my money and went dark on me- won't call me back to respond to my emails. I had friends call to inquire about placing orders and she is still up and running as if she's not a complete scam artist. I am in the process of try to get my money back via a reputable attorney. STAY AWAY!!!!!! LAVONNIE KALINA, THE SOLE OWNER AND BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE OF KAI'S DREAMHAIR IS A TERRIBLE SCAM ARTIST THAT USES A FAKE SWEET LITTLE VOICE TO ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! BEWARE!!!! I will happily provide evidence of correspondences and everything to back up my claim.

Afraid of a single hair to make him feel tired? However, their own but do not want to work hard to tidy hair? Why not choose several wigs, lace front wigs or lace wigs and full lace wigs and so on , each day with a different hair style in front of him. If you do not choose the right wig, the result will be counterproductive. Here to tell you wig how to choose and shape your perfect image. Wig can be divided into short, long, volumes, direct and other types of wear or natural hair of stereotypes, and more and now star of the popular mainly due to the different type of each head, wig multiple design fits all, elastic stretchpull suitable for popularization may be models, and any special circumstances of human can wear, such human hair wigs so the beauty of the people, tired of the perm to the hair salon to trim their hair, but want to immediately try a new hairstyle, why not start with several wigs sets wear.easy-to-use, especially for wide communication friends. Face can be divided into a long face, a round face, wide face. More suitable for long hair long face, round face is more suitable for short hair, wide face is more suitable for long curly hair, try human hair lace front wigs hair master must know the law. Of course, as long as they dare to try, what hairstyle can do. Usually the best choice for forehead suddenly some more hair volume, hair looks heavy style, and the tip of the chin girls more suitable for a slightly longer section of the wig, and face more meat or eyebrows darker girls try to chooseissued a small point, full lace human hair wigs ,the large eyes of the girls can basically wear all styles, small eyes the girl should try to choose the short hair, obese girls are the best to wear short hair. The wig we choose easy to grow difficult to short because of the wig can be trimmed, synthetic wigs but most of the wig partial popularization If you feel you can not effect the time, can go to the hair master trim the hair shopThe effect will be more different! In fact, a lot of stars wear wigs, hair master trim works, of course, the star level of the wig synthetic lace wigs is not so easy to be replicable. When you select the style of the wig, and my heart is best to refer to the judgment of others, or they think is more suitable hairstyle, such as your favorite a long hair styles or short hair or curly hair style, and then find the associated wear, the effectimmediately come out.I think the wig is the best match and finishing straight hair wig, Celebrity Lace Wigs really do not know what style suits you, why not choose a long straight hair, 100% indian remy human hair wigs and absolutely can not go wrong.httP//www.sourcewill.com

They have really sexy long lace wigs...If you like having alot of hair! www.kaisdreamhair.com www.mywigsandweave.com Good luck ladies and have fun!
Kai's Dreamhair is a scam. Not only are they not a company that caters to VIP and celebrity clients, but they are also theives. The company consists of 1 woman only, Lavonnie Kaline, who sells them from her home as a 3rd party. From what I gather, she makes good on your first purchase- as she did with me, then comes back with a buy 1 get 1 free special. Then, when you pay for that you never get your order. I've been trying to get my money back or the order I paid for since I placed the order on October 2011. She promised me in February that I would get my order and I've still not received it. If you care about your investment in beauty and want your money's worth NEVER EVER buy from this woman. She's a scam artist and I've spoken to several people who have had the same experience. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the California Attorney General and IC3 (internet Crimes Agency).

Hey, you got off pretty easy! The first wig I ordered looked great and was human hair, so I took advantage of their buy 1 get 1 free offer. After paying $1,548 for two silktop yaki wigs I received nothing!!! It's April now and I ordered in October of last year! I keep coming across people who've been scammed by this chick. And to add insult to injury, the 1st wig I ordered won't stop tangling now. I wear it for 5 minutes and it looks like I've been rolling around on the floor, no matter what I do.

Oh, Tatiana!

You are listed on the internet as an associate of the company, so of course you are saying this! Since I was flat out ROBBED by Lavonnie Kalina, and you were probably in on it for that matter, I can attest to the authenticity of this woman's frustration. If this is such an upstanding company why are there so many people coming forward saying that they have either not received what was advertized or received nothing and had their money taken? Additionally, I was told by Lavonnie personally that the Malibu location is just a warehouse. Additionally, there is not nor has ever been an actual location where one can walk in an look at the products up close before purchasing. Why? Because the products are ordered from somewhere else. If anyone on this site wants a full account of the real face of Kai's Dreamhair please see my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General of California and IC3. The more people we can get together who have had these experiences, the better chance we have of pooling our resources to make sure these people are held accountable for stealing from hard working people who just want what they paid for. Oh, she's also registered as Spa Secrets Beauty Consultants, so beware of that one too!
