IN the 1970s, the US Government created Documerica Project . The Environmental Protection Agency hired freelance photographers to capture images relating to environmental problems, EPA activities, and everyday life in the 1970s.

if they will have color photos of black people being shot killed or wounded by other black people during that period? bet they got old polaroid photos of crime victims but no perps cause they never get caught in Chicago.
bet there are lots of unsolved homicides cases of black people killed by other black people from that period that have never been solved or even investigated by Chicago police.
lots of drug dealers still dealing shooting acting like fools.
ahhh the 70's wish they were back blacks in Chicago were more civilized back then..
we had fewer welfare queens fewer illegal immigrants far less gun violence in the windy city.
