So there are a couple of states that make exceptions. So what? That doesn't make Toj or me wrong. Minors having sex is illegal in OUR state, I don't really give two craps what they allow in Delaware.

No, way more than a couple. I was just going down the list and stopped early when I was able to prove you and Toj are wrong. Neither of you said "my state" or "this specific state," you made blanket statements that were factually wrong.
