They are allways looking for rules broken personally those people should be shot for wasting space of a human and aren't human.

Wow -- your anger is way over the top! Someone should be SHOT for such a thing? Geez! BTW, either you're writing in code or you're so angry you didn't proofread your post. Of course, maybe you're just ignorant -- that would explain both of the issues with your post.

I will pray for her family today. Keep your heads up kids and remember everything your mom taught you so that you can succeed in todays world. Good luck.

It sickens me the way drivers barrel through Sheridan on that stretch. Just a short time ago a student was killed at Loyola, too. RIP.

God Bless, Mrs. Ramaker & her family. It sounds like she was a tremendous humanitarian and hopefully her children will follow in her footsteps.

Such a tragic incident, I hope they catch the person who did this.

All along Sheridan road from Devon to the Evanston border drivers speed, run red lights and and make improper lane changers. The biggest violaters are the Taxi Drivers then the rich N. Shore residents in their SUVs, Beemers, Benz's and Lexus's, they drive along that stretch of road like it is their private race track and are always in a hurry. Not to say all North shore residents have that mind set, just that an alarming number of them do. I see many cars driving 40 MPH or faster on a road that has stop lights every 2 or 3 blocks

I hope the whiny neighbor rots in hell. Hopefully Ms Ramaker is now reunited with her pig and is happy.

Really? So it's ok that people disregard the laws on the streets and kill people. Ok. Didn't realize that was ok.
I'm quite tired of it myself. They are selfish ignorant morons who don't care about anyone else but themselves.
I think they thought first post was implying she deserved to die for the whole pig lawsuit thing, and had no sympathy for her getting run over now...
I actually don't know what they meant
but no, running people over is not ok

Too bad about Ms. Ramaker.

However, I hope I never get stuck next door to someone like her.

When I first read the headline, I thought it was like some Bonanza episode where an evil land baron was grabbing somebody's livestock or something. Well, she certainly sounds like a good person and my heart and prayers go out to her kids.

Yeah...because the projects were such a great idea. Concentrating poverty! Yay!

(That was sarcasm, in case anyone was unsure.)

You poor suburbanite having to live next to non-white people. How do you manage?

"What used to live in the projects" is "people." Some good, some not so good, but until one of them starts raising pigs in my neighborhood, no complaints from me.
