Henry Kissinger,naturalized a U.S. citizen on June 19, 1943,was not a Natural Born Citizen. Arnold Schwarzenegger has held U.S. citizenship since becoming naturalized in 1983. U S Citizens that are not Natural Born Citizens are not eligible to serve as President of the United States of America.

What do Henry Kissinger and Arnold Schwarzenegger have to do with President Obama. There is no comparison.
