Nonsense. It was obviously unarmed, and if armed, it would have been blown away.

Romper was sure it was ten days because you had to travel all that distance "across the pond" to get to Middlebury, VT.

My Gun
Today I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington .45 Semi Auto on a table right in the doorway. I left a magazine with 6 cartridges beside it, then left it alone and went about my business.
While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, the neighbor boy across the street mowed the yard, a girl walked her dog down the street. After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there, right where I had left it. It hadn't moved itself outside. It certainly hadn't killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had been presented to do so. In fact, it hadn't even loaded itself.

Well you can imagine my surprise. With all the hype by the Left and the Media about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people.Either the media is wrong or I'm in possession of the laziest gun in the world.

The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World.
But if you take out Chicago , Detroit , Washington DC and New Orleans ,
the United States is 4th from the bottom for Murders.

These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the United States
.
ALL 4 are controlled by Democrats.

It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data - right?

Well, I'm off to check on my spoons. I hear they're making people fat

Well, it took Bill Clinton six MONTHS to get from Oxford England to Yale Law School in 1968! And what is funny is that the Pilgrims took only 66 days to cross the Atlantic in 1620!!!

Claim of Clinton rape at Oxford

President Bill Clinton was accused of raping a woman while he was a student at Oxford University during the 1960s, it was claimed today.

The accusation, posted on the Internet, alleges that Mr Clinton assaulted the 19-year-old woman after meeting her in a pub in Oxford in 1969.

At the time, the future US president was a 22-year-old Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, and studied at University College. During his time in Oxford, Mr Clinton lived at 64 Leckford Road, which has now become a major tourist attraction.

Oxford University told the Oxford Mail today that there was no record of a formal complaint against Mr Clinton in the University or college records.

"We can find nothing to support these claims," she added.

The website, Capitol Hill Blue, which has Republican sympathies, claims the woman, now married and living in London, confirmed the incident when contacted by their reporters. She refused to go public with details of the alleged attack, however, and then changed her phone number and hired a barrister who warned reporters to leave her alone.

A retired State Department employee, quoted on the website, said he had spoken with the woman's family and filed a report . He said Clinton had admitted having sex with her but said she consented.

The employee is quoted as saying: "There was no doubt in my mind that this young woman had suffered severe emotional trauma."

But he added: "We were under tremendous pressure to avoid the embarrassment of having a Rhodes Scholar charged with rape.

"I filed a report with my superiors and that was the last I heard of it."

He added that Clinton's interests while at Oxford appeared to be drinking, drugs and sex rather than studies.

"I came away from the incident with the clear impression that this was a young man who was there to party, not study," he said.

In an informal chat with BBC reporter Gavin Esler, Clinton once joked: "If they ever find out what I got up to in Oxford then I'm in deep trouble."

The incident is one of several assaults alleged on the website against Mr Clinton in the wake of the Monica Lewinsky affair.

Socialism in the United States in the 1850s? The first "socialist" party in America was the Socialist Labor Party formed in 1876 by German immigrants.

The Republican party was founded in 1854 in Ripon, Wisconsin not in 1852.

The presidential election of 1852 had nothing to do with socialism or central government rights to to take citizens homes.

Can read, can you? He did not say when any socialist party was formed in the US, did he?
Next, there is still an open debate on when the Republican Party was formed. It was either 1852 or 1854 and was either in Wisconsin or IOWA! But what fact is not contested is the fact that the Republican Party was formed as an ANTI-Slavery party while the Democrat Party was Pro-Slavery!
