Trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill? The Second Amendment comes after the First for a REASON. Got a clue? You sure sound familiar. LMAO!
My reply to Rogue Scholar was based on his erroneous belief that gun control laws in states and local governments were started during President Wilson's administration. I pointed out that the Supreme Court decision in 1876 in United States v. Cruikshank, 92 US 542 held that the Second Amendment applied only to the Congress and not to states or local governments.

The odds of Romper's false memory delusion is a lock.
The odds that Romper did a search that came up with an obscure name of an old Serbian man in Chicago that I never heard of until this week, and entirely by chance, is indeed NIL.
Romper never heard of Svetozar B. Petrovich until I posted his laughably incoherent (but sad) patent abstract.

Looks like the courts were ignored because they were wrong. Applied only to Congress? LMAO! They're the ones we keep the guns for you, dodo bird! LMAO!

<quoted text>LMAO!!! Sorry, but the matter of fact indicates that the court could rule only one way, since both of her parents were citizen of the US, the rest is dicta.
Dicta? Hahahahahahahaha!

Nope, if natural born citizenship derived from parentage, the court would have said so. It did not; in fact the court did not even consider parentage as a criteria for natural born citizenship. The Federal court could only rule one way because of the binding precedent held in Ark wherein a person born in the US is a natural born citizen.

Sorry Dufus, but the Federal court in Elg ruled that Elg was a natural born citizen because she was born in the US, without regard to her parentage, relying on the guidance of Ark. Her parentage had nothing to do with it. The holding was upheld by the Supreme Court. See Perkins v. Elg, 99 F.2d 408 (App. D.C. 1938).
Grow up Dufus.

I want slavery? It was the NRA who wanted the blacks of the South to be able to own guns to defend themselves from Democrat Night Riders way back when!!!!.
The National Rifle Association was "founded by religious leaders who wanted to protect freed slaves from the Ku Klux Klan."
Harry Alford on Friday, February 22nd, 2013 in a news conference
"I want to thank the Lord for our Constitution. I also want to thank the NRA for its legacy. The National Rifle Association was started, founded by religious leaders who wanted to protect freed slaves from the Ku Klux Klan."
http://www.politifact.com/wisconsin/statement...
NRA was not founded by religious leaders who wanted to protect freed slaves from the KKK.
There is no NRA literature that sprout such nonsense.

NRA was founded by William Conant Church, a journalist and soldier and George Wood Wingate, a lawyer and an author of military subjects.

Its first president was the Union General Ambrose Burnside. General Burnside believed that the poor marksmanship of the union soldiers was due to inadequate training in the use of guns.

So Romper would have us all believe that he is so pathetic and that his obsession with Wojar runs so deep that, for last 12 plus months, he's been conducting numerous Google searches in an attempt to learn more about the mysterious Wojar - taking careful notes of the results of each search. Further - the results of two separate searches - conducted a full year apart - included a reference to an obscure failed inventor thereby providing ABSOLUTE proof that Wojar is said failed inventor.

I for one believe that Romper IS as pathetic and obsessed as he claims and that the events related in his tale are true.

Romper at first thought I was trying to claim inventorship of Petrovich's inane ramblings, and that I was stealing Mr. Petrovich's identity!

Then Romper made up an absurd tale that he already knew of Petrovich for a year!

GOOD INFO but how it pertains to the usurper is beyond me. Even if Bath-house Barry would have been born in Hawaii, which he clearly wasn't, his alleged father's citizenship would have taken precedence over his underaged mother's supposed citizenship. Britain does not recognize dual-citizenship either.
Besides your court cases never once mention "natural-born" or "able to run for or legally become U.S. President.
Prison would be too good for Obama.

I posted that to show batboy that Ark was an exception. The court simply did not follow the law. Thus, an exception was made. I agree with what you posted. I cannot think of one reason the man is not behind bars at this very moment.
