Bet Neither you nor Fox will have a word to say about the actual harm being done with your partisan voter suppression laws.
We can agree that Angela Cory is a bad prosecutor but I'm afraid she knows exactly what she's doing.

I thought ALL scientist agreed about man-made Global Warming? And just who is this idiot Dr. George Wolff?

Skeptical Scientists Debunk White House Global Warming Report

A group of 15 scientists and meteorologists have put forward a scathing rebuttal to the Obama administration’s recent climate report which said the U.S. is already being harmed by global warming.

Scientists skeptical that mankind is causing the Earth’s climate to change say that such claims are based on false theories and flawed models. The White House report is a “masterpiece of marketing” that is trying to scare people into action, scientists said.

“As independent scientists, we know that apparent evidence of ‘Climate Change,’ however scary, is not proof of anything,” wrote the 15 scientists and meteorologists, including Dr. Don Easterbrook of Western Washington University and Dr. George Wolff, who formerly chaired the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee.

“Science derives its objectivity from robust logic and honest evidence repeatedly tested by all knowledgeable scientists, not just those paid to support the administration’s version of ‘Global Warming,’‘Climate Change,’‘Climate Disruption,’ or whatever their marketing specialists call it today,” they continued.

The White House’s “National Climate Assessment”(NCA), released last week, claimed that the U.S. was already being affected by global warming though warmer temperatures and increasing extreme weather events.

But the 15 skeptical scientists said the White House is trying to lay the blame for global warming at the feet of the fossil fuels industry when there is little evidence to back up that claim. The Earth’s climate is very cyclical and has gone through many changes in the past, the scientists said, without humans emitting carbon dioxide.

“This NCA is so grossly flawed it should play no role in U.S. Energy Policy Analyses and CO2 regulatory processes,” the skeptics wrote.“As this rebuttal makes clear, the NCA provides no scientific basis whatsoever for regulating CO2 emissions.”

“We are asked to believe that humans are drastically changing the earth’s climate by burning fossil fuels,” they added.“The problem with their theory is very simple: It is NOT true.”

The NCA says the U.S. average temperature has risen between 1.3 degrees Fahrenheit to 1.9 degrees Fahrenheit since 1895, which is causing more extreme weather, like hurricanes and droughts, and harming fragile ecosystems around the country.

The NCA also warns that the U.S. average temperature could rise 4 degrees Fahrenheit in the coming decades if nothing is done to limit carbon dioxide emissions. The report suggests a slew of regulatory solutions from cap-and-trade to green energy subsidies to mitigate global warming.

“’Global Warming’ has not been global and has not set regional records where warming has occurred,” the skeptical scientists rebutted.“For example, over the last fifty years, while the Arctic has warmed, the tropical oceans had a flat trend and the Antarctic cooled slightly.”

Yep, Gay is good while belief in God is evil.

The planned documentary by the Oprah Winfrey Network on Michael Sam, the NFL's first openly gay player, has been postponed.

Erik Logan, president of the network, said Friday that the postponement was made after meetings with the St. Louis Rams.

"After careful consideration and discussion with the St. Louis Rams,'The Untitled Michael Sam Project' has been postponed, allowing Michael the best opportunity to achieve his dream of making the team," Logan said in a statement.

"It's clear that we, along with the world, recognize the important opportunity that Michael now has in this moment. We will continue to support him in his journey to earn a spot playing for the Rams."

Rogue, 10% of every mammalian species on Earth are "gay". Humans are not special.

There are 7 billion people on Earth... about half are men. 10% of 3.5 billion is 350,000,000 gay men on Earth. Well over the population of the U.S.

They aren't special either.

He certainly is not the first openly gay player. If you think 6'5" 240 lb men that can run a 40 in under 5 seconds and bench press over 300lbs are worried about people finding out they are gay... you seriously overestimate the stigmata.

It is football. It just doesn't matter.

It was just never a big deal. Nobody cared enough to bring it up.

Sooo, according to you 10% of every mammalian species on Earth are "gay". And 10% means that they are a DEVIANT from the NORM!
Oh, I have worked with openly gay people before and even one trans-gender and I had no problem with them and I don't think they had any problem with me. In fact I escorted the trans-gender guy/gal into a mens room on a few occasions. However, to mock a religious person while CELEBRATING a gay person is just plan wrong.
Obama is given the Nobel Peace Prize for being the first American mix-raced person ELECTED to the office of President. In 2008, the only thing he had done was GET ELECTED and nothing more. Sure he was awarded the Peace Prize in 2009 but the award is suppose to be given for something you did the PREVIOUS year which was 2008 and he had done NOTHING!!! And still hasn't done anything to be considered for that prestigious prize.
Oh, do you know Pres. G.H.W. Bush was recently awarded the Profiles in Courage award for signing into law a DEMOCRAT bill that raised taxes? Why JFK CUT taxes to help us recover from a Recession so he probably did not qualify for the award named after him.

Maybe if you are a corner, or a wide out.

Eli has 5 or 6 giant men that are paid handsomely solely to protect his delicate ass.

Believe me... when Eli meets his expiration date he will be discarded immediately.

Eli isn't a human tank like Roethlisberger, he isn't a prototypical athlete like RG3... Eli is brilliant. He out thinks defensive coordinators... just like his brother and his father. They are both hall of fame quarterbacks. Eli is too.

Ten years ago I worked for Raven Transportation here in Jacksonville and they hired a trans-gender person. He was still technically a man but had to dress and live as a woman for a whole year before they would do the final operation. But he was not allowed in a woman's bathroom.
I saw him/her in the office but Rene avoided people. One day I saw Rene in a truck-stop and she sat at a booth in the restaurant. When I finished my meal I went over and introduced myself and told her is was "cool" and if she need anything to feel free to ask me.
I also would out we were both delivering to the same place in the morning. I had the nine am appointment and she had the eleven am one. I also knew the driver who had the ten am appointment and I told her "Cowboy" would not be very open to her so I advised her to arrive just before her appointment.
Anyway a year later she went to Thailand, of all places, to get her final operation and I never heard of her again. I hope things work out but I would not have gone to any third-world country to get a medical operation!!!

Oh, Andy Warhol was a homosexual but he was not "gay". He was a devout Catholic and celibate. How see, homosexuality is a sexual orientation while being "gay" is a a life style.
I am sure there are an above normal number of Catholic priests whose sexual orientation is deviant from the norm and The Church has no problems with that so long was they remain celibate.

I just love Libtards as they seem to enjoy rewriting history or even a dictionary to fit their deviancies. Case in point is the word "celibacy" It use to CENTURIES to mean being sexually abstinence so they rewrote the definite to make it okay to engage in deviant sexual behavior.
Yep, is all depends on what the definition of "is" is! And if he does not swallow, it is not oral sex either!
I wonder why they rewrote the definition in the same year Obama became our president?

Celibacy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Celibacy (from Latin, cælibatus) is the voluntary state of being unmarried, sexually abstinent, or both, usually for religious reasons. Historically, it has simply been defined as the state of being unmarried. According to Garner's Modern American Usage (2009), the Oxford English Dictionary gives the traditional definition of not being married, whereas, in contemporary usage, celibacy is almost universally understood to mean abstinence from all sexual activity.
xxxxx
A.W. Richard Sipe, while focusing on the topic of celibacy in Catholicism, states that "the most commonly assumed definition of celibate is simply an unmarried or single person, and celibacy is perceived as synonymous with sexual abstinence or restraint." Sipe adds that even in the relatively uniform milieu of Catholic priests in the United States "there is simply no clear operational definition of celibacy".

Not according to me... it is scientific fact. 10% of the population is the norm.

I don't know what you mean by mocking a religious person. When did that happen?

Nor, do I know who is being celebrated for being gay.

Sam is a top NFL draft prospect. There are about 5 of them a year that are given media attention outside of the NFL network. I can assure you with 100% confidence that if he wasn't one of the top prospective athletes in the nation... you would have never heard of him.

A few years back... Tebow was being celebrated in the same light as Sam is now. He had his turn... he ended up being a bust. It happens. Just because you are a noteworthy college player doesn't mean you are going to survive with the big boys. And until Sam shows up and proves himself... he is nothing but a liability.

Fans and prospective employers don't care that he is gay....at all. They would pay more attention to being left handed than who he likes to spend his time with.

Obama has no business holding a Nobel for anything. But it happened. Was he supposed to refuse it?

And just who is this A.W. Richard Sipe anyway? Well, he is one mixed up person who likes to define thing to meet his personal "feelings". There is one thing I know about sociologist, psychologists, etc. is that all got into those fields because their feeling were all mixed up.
Oh, if you watch the Dr. Phil Show all the time, you have a big problem!!!

There is one thing about progressive activist judges, they think their ruling is The Law. It is the norm that when a judge makes a ruling that is unusual they give the other party time to appeal and place their order on a continuance. But it seems only conservative, traditional judges do that. And that is why the 9th Cir. Ct is the most overturned court by the USSC!!!
Yep, progressive always think they are right and that everyone else needs to shut the f-up. And it does not matter if it is about Benghazi, the IRS, or what ever. If you do not think like they do, you do not count!

Arkansas high court suspends gay marriage ruling
Associated Press
By ANDREW DeMILLO 12 hours ago

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.(AP)— Arkansas' whirlwind week of granting of marriage licenses to same-sex couples ended Friday when the state Supreme Court ordered a temporary stop just as a final pair completed their paperwork at a Little Rock courthouse.

More than 540 gay couples received marriage licenses during the last week after a Pulaski County circuit judge declared the state's same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional. Hilda Jones and Kerin Hartsell, who drove 2½ hours from Chidester, were the last couple to receive a license just downstairs from Judge Chris Piazza's courtroom.

"When we got there and the lady said you have six minutes, we were like,'Oh my gosh!'" Jones said. They rushed to fill out an application for a marriage license and wed moments later. "Today happened to be the day we both could get off work and get up here, and we barely made it."

By today's standards there is a good possibility Namath would not have made it to the NFL.

Clayton Thomas Kelly seems to be another Civil Libertarian wackeau which are just as nasty as progressives are. Civil Libertarians should not be confused with Conservatives or Classic Liberals.
If I was a Republican candidate for anything I would not want to be endorsed by a radical Libertarian any more than I were a Classic Liberal would not want to be endorsed by a New Black Panther.
