While passing through Walworth County in Wisconsin where we have our summer home I spoke to a 60YO blackman who told me he was born in Kenya 100mi from the hospital where "Obama was born". The guy had one tooth and said he hasn't been back to Kenya in over 25yr because it went downhill when Kenya became independent.

"If you check President Obama's last trip over-seas, his wife left just after their visit to France . She has yet to accompany him to any Arab country. Think about it. Why is Michellere turning to the states when 'official' trips to foreign countries generally include the First Lady."
Here's one thought on the matter.
While in a Blockbuster renting videos I came across a video called "Obama". There were two men standing next to me and we talked about President Obama. These guys were Arabs, so I asked them why they thought Michelle Obama headed home following the President's recent visit to France instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and Turkey with her husband. They told me she could not go to Saudi Arabia, Turkey or Iraq.
I said "Why not,(?) Laura Bush went to Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Dubai." They said that Obama is a Muslim and therefore he is not allowed to bring his wife into countries that adhere to Sharia Law.
Two points of interest here:
1) I thought it interesting that two American Arabs at Blockbuster believe that our President is a Muslim, who follows a strict Islamic creed.
2) They also said that's the reason he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia. It was a signal to the Muslim world, acknowledging his religion.
For further consideration, here is a response from Dr. Jim Murk, a Middle Eastern Scholar and expert on Islam.
This is his explanation of what the Arab American's were saying.
"An orthodox Muslim man would never take his wife on a politically oriented trip to any nation which practices Sharia law, particularly Saudi Arabia where the Wahhabi sect is dominant. This is true and it is why Obama left Michelle in Europe . She will stay home when he visits Arab countries. He knows Muslim protocol; this includes, bowing to the Saudi King. Obamais regarded as a Muslim in the Arab world, because he was born to a Muslim father; he acknowledged his Muslim faith with George Stephanopoulus. Note that he downplays his involvement with Christianity(after toutingit in the election campaign , by not publicly joining a Christian church in DC. And occasionally attending the chapel for services at Camp David.
He also played down the fact that America is a Christian country and said, unbelievably, that it was one of the largest Muslim nations in the world, which is nonsense. He has publicly taken the side of the Palestiniansin the conflict with Israel and he ignored the National Day of Prayer, something no other President has ever done. He conceals his true faith to the detriment of the American people."

I thought we had already disposed of that fabrication when Rogue posted it but apparently not.

“Sharia law varies with region and custom, but in general it includes no provisions that would prohibit a woman from accompanying her husband, Muslim or otherwise, on a visit to a Sharia law-governed country.

- As a visiting official, a president of the United States would not be subject to such a law.
Various media outlets reported that Michelle Obama went home from that trip because her two daughters were returning to school and she wanted to be home before that”

What a nincompoop you are Mr. Liars! You asked for a classmate of Obama's and I gave you Bradford Berenson.

So what do you do?

Put a question mark behind PBS as if they had anything to do with what you asked.

Berenson is a veteran of Republican Party politics who also frequently praised Obama, a Democrat, for his fairness and calm disposition before his 2008 election. He joins other former Bush administration officials employed by the world’s largest maker of jet engines and diesel locomotives, including Nancy Dorn, vice president of corporate government relations.

Berenson graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991 after a stint as an editor during Obama’s tenure running the school’s law review. The future president “wasn’t the kind who demonized conservatives and personalized politics,” he said in a 2008 interview with Bloomberg News. He made similar statements to news outlets including National Public Radio and the Washington Post.

Later Berenson served as a consultant to David Barrett, the independent counsel appointed in 1995 to investigate allegations that Henry Cisneros, President Bill Clinton’s housing secretary, lied to cover up payments to a woman with whom he had an affair, according to a biography on the website of the Federalist Society, a conservative legal policy and advocacy organization where he’s a member. Cisneros pleaded guilty in 1999 to a misdemeanor charge related to the incident.

The probe continued until 2006 and cost $21 million.

The good Christian folk still overwhelmingly support the death penalty.

One of those Christian principle perks left over from our founding I suppose.

Typical Libtardian Logic. Liberals will never admit they are wrong. Sure, most Libtards know that in 2014, it will be a bad year for them come November, but it is not their fault. It is ....... Demographics!!!
Ya know, in 2012 that 60% of the people blamed the economy on ..... Bush even though Bush had been out of office for FOUR YEARS. But who do they blame now? It ain't Bush!!!!

Democrats Are in Trouble in North Carolina, Everywhere Else Thanks to Demographics
The Atlantic Wire By Philip Bump 18 hours ago

According to complex voter models and updated theories of voter psychology, we can now state: Democrats are in trouble in 2014, particularly in the close Senate race in North Carolina. Thanks, science!

OK, that's a little unfair. Two new reports from The New York Times and The New Republic offer a lot more context to the known travails of the Democratic Party. The endpoint is the same — unless Democrats manage to turn more friendly voters out in November, they're doomed — but the path to get to that conclusion has gotten more interesting.

In North Carolina, the problem for Democrats is younger voters, as Nate Cohn reports at the Times' new blog The Upshot. When incumbent Democratic Sen. Kay Hagan won in 2008, she did so by winning 71 percent of the vote from 25-and-under voters who composed 10 percent of the electorate. She won handily, but that strong support from young voters puts her reelection at risk. Young people tend to vote less frequently in midterms; in 2010, the last midterm, only 4 percent of the electorate in North Carolina was 25-and-under. But the split for Hagan in 2008 leads Cohn to conclude that the problem "is twice as damaging to Democrats in North Carolina than it is nationally."

My job as Commander-in-Chief is to deploy military force as a last resort, and to deploy it wisely. And, frankly, most of the foreign policy commentators that have questioned our policies would go headlong into a bunch of military adventures that the American people had no interest in participating in and would not advance our core security interests.
And I would note that those who criticize our foreign policy with respect to Syria, they themselves say, no, no, no, we don’t mean sending in troops.
Well, what do you mean?
Well, you should be assisting the opposition – well, we’re assisting the opposition.
What else do you mean?
Well, perhaps you should have taken a strike in Syria to get chemical weapons out of Syria.
Well, it turns out we’re getting chemical weapons out of Syria without having initiated a strike. So what else are you talking about?  And at that point it kind of trails off
Oh, is Fox News bothering you? I suppose you like reporters to ask only softball questions like, "Do you get a good nights sleep?" or "Did you enjoy the ice cream?"
How did the Left Stream Media treat G.W. when he went outside the U.S.?

Well, considering how he screwed up domestic, foreign, economic and military affairs, I think he was treated pretty well. Considering.

It doesn't matter any more,. I don't think he ever set foot outside the United States before becoming president (great foreign affairs quality, that!) or even had a passport - I digress, maybe he did...he is now back to square 1, stuck at home as most countries he'd visit today (the interesting ones, that is) would have him arrested for war crimes the moment he'd step off the plane. The bin Laden family would be more than happy to welcome him in Ryad, though. They could all reminisce about the good ole oil-patch days.
