"Acid rain can be as damaging to car finishes as stones, bird droppings, and tree sap...

Acid rain collects in drops on your vehicle's painted surfaces. As the water evaporates the acid moisture eats into the painted finish. The process escalates when the droplets and the paint are heated by the sun.
.
It produces three levels of damage: mild, severe and irreparable.

No technology is currently available to reverse the effects of acid rain damage."

MLK A Republican? Or Just A Dream?

Democrats insist that MLK wasn’t a Republican. They want to claim, and take credit for, his dream, but not the blame for destroying that dream.

Well, Mother Nature causes 90% of acid rain. Should we shoot her?
BTW, nitric acid is used by plants to create proteins. If there is not enough, farmers add nitrogen fertilizers!!!! Our Native American Indians use to bury fish remains in their corn fields as it adds nitrogen (from decaying proteins), calcium and other nutrients. That is one trick they taught the Pilgrims.
But you, as a Libtard, know everything!!! Or, at least, think you know everything!!!

I thought sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides caused acid rain. But what I didn't know is that they only cause cause 10% of it. Or so you say. Can you please educate me and explain : "Mother Nature causes 90% of acid rain.?"

Thank you.

"Scientists have discovered that air pollution from burning of fossil fuels is the major cause of acid rain.
Burning of fossil fuels emits sulphur dioxide.
Sulphur dioxide reaches the atmosphere where it oxidizes to first form a sulphate ion.
The sulphate ion then joins with hydrogen in the air and becomes sulphuric acid.
This then falls back down to earth as 'acid rain'."

Right now, military intervention would be a very bad move. Ever here of the Crimean War? I know it was almost 200 years ago but you did study history, did you knot?
Yes i know about the Crimean War. But you have criticize military leaders from Korea War to the present since you think they made all mistakes what would you do? What actions would you take.

Well, here is one of your loony-lefty sites. Now, look at the graph and particularly 2007. Also note they they claim cosmic radiation levels have been going DOWN for the past 50 years!!!

But here is another source which says the exact opposite. AND, OMG, there is that magic date of 2007 AGAIN!!!
Cosmic Rays Hit 50-Year High
by SPACE.com Staff | September 29, 2009
The cause of the surge is solar minimum, a deep lull in the sun's activity that began around 2007 and continues today. Researchers have long known that cosmic rays go up when solar activity goes down, because strong solar activity inflates and bolsters a protective bubble around our entire solar system.

Looks like we have a failure of communication.

Rougetard said he had NASA's prediction of tropospheric cooling.

Where is it Rougetard?

Ah, it is just not the solar irradiance that the Sun is emitting but the solar irradiance that is hitting the ground here on Earth. There are two ways of doing that of which one is cost prohibited which would be to put photometers all over the ground. But satellites have been doing this by checking the temps. in the stratosphere and the lower troposphere. Please note the peak in 1997 and the bottoming in 2008.
UAH Global temperature, down slightly,“the pause” continues

Only a Rougetard can possibly think that the 4th warmest year on record means that the global climate is cooling. And Rougetard's babbling about photometers is irrelevant.

Here's a clue, Rougetard, a pause in warming, where the temperature is stable is not cooling.

Duh!!!!!!!
