Now if only Dufus could convince Canada to ignore the real law and embrace play law .... They'd refuse to let Ted renounce and he'd be a Canadian forever ...
Or at least they could go all USA on him and make him file 50 years of Canadian tax returns
Sigh. Notwithstanding all laws, regulations, reciprocities, taxes, etc, I vote we waive all bureaucratic complexities and approve Ted Cruz's's application forthwith. We'll even throw in P.M. Harper in the bargain, how's that?

Obama admitted his economy is in the toilet when he asked Congress to extend the unemployment compensation. Yep, four and a half years AFTER the Bush recession, Obama stil hasn't fixed anything. Sad, very sad.

P.S.: My bad. It's socialism ONLY when the gov't gives "handouts" to its citizens, like unemployment insurance, health care, welfare, social insurance etc.. On the other hand it's called good business and job creation when gov't gives handouts and generous tax cuts to big business. J.P. Morgan, the fattest of the corporate welfare fat cats didn't even blink when it pleaded "no contest" to cheating and stealing, paying a 22.5 billion fine and yet still making a profit!! What's the gov't yearly welfare outlay? Is it even close to this single one of $22.5 b?

It is worst than socialism when they take the money from the working people, then redistribute it to people that don't work and worst yet to government employees who make at least two times as much as the working people. Too bad there are not more jobs in Washington DC , so that they 'can share the wealth'. Give our tax dollars to the empty suit occupying The White House so he can pocket his own money and use our money to vacation like a billionaire.

Since Obama has been in office he has supported policies that encourage business
to outsource work and to move work our of the country. Obama policies encourage business' to cut employees hours and to cut the number of employees that are paid/working. We don't need policies that encourage people not to work. We need policies that allow business' to hire employees.

Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank
Plaintiffs filed their class action lawsuit on July 6, 1994, alleging that Citibank had engaged in redlining practices in the Chicago metropolitan area in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. 1691; the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. 3601-3619; the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; and 42 U.S.C. 1981, 1982. Plaintiffs alleged that the defendant-bank rejected loan applications of minority applicants while approving loan applications filed by white applicants with similar financial characteristics and credit histories. Plaintiffs sought injunctive relief, actual damages, and punitive damages.

This case has received a good deal of press and blogger attention because one of the plaintiffs' lawyers was Barack Obama, then just a couple of years out of law school.

U.S. District Court Judge Ruben Castillo certified the plaintiffs' suit as a class action on June 30, 1995. Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank, 162 F.R.D. 322 (N.D. Ill. 1995). Also on June 30, Judge Castillo granted Plaintiffs' motion to compel discovery of a sample of Defendant-bank's loan application files. Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank, 162 F.R.D. 338 (N.D. Ill. 1995).

The parties settled the case on May 12, 1998, with an agreement that provided for waiver of some fees for class members, should they reapply for a loan, and also for various procedures to ensure that Citibank followed its own loan policies in a race neutral way.

Thank Obama and the democrats for that imbalance Communismnow .org. In the last five years the 1% rs have seen their incomes and wealth increase by 34% while the 99% rs you think you are defending have been getting the shaft by our Golfer and Liar in Chief. Poverty is rising rapidly under the crony capitalist leadership of the democrats. Wall Street has been a huge beneficiary of their policies. You may to stupid to know that but many of us are not.
Well, if you base everything from the bottoming out of the stock market, you are correct. But if you go back to before the election of 2006 when San Fran Nancy Pelosi took over the house, you are totally wrong. We still have, when corrected for inflation, few millionaires than we had before the stock market took it's tumble.
By the Summer of 2009 we had lost 40% of millionairess and we still have not caught up..I like rich people. Why they buy BIG houses, BIG planes, BIG yachts, etc. and guess who makes all those things? Working class people who we have also lost a lot of since 2007 and Obama has done nothing to help the economy recover.

How the Winter Olympics trumps the midterm elections, in one chart
BY SEAN SULLIVAN
January 7 at 3:09 pm

The public is more eager for the upcoming Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, to begin than they are for the midterm elections, according to a new Pew Research Center survey released Tuesday.
Fifty-eight percent of Americans say they are looking forward to next month's Olympics. By comparison, 51 percent say they are looking forward to the midterm elections.

=========

Which country will win most medals and gold medals in Sochi Olympics?

If you ever go there to watch the games, will Russians tell how they feel or think about you, and what is really the west in Russians' eyes?

Those who are addicted to call Putin as dictator are supposed to go there to speak their voices, but see if they get any friends (if Russia would listen to them or not), that the Russians might as well speak their minds in return, so that people can really have a feel for it -- how different people think what dictators are supposed to mean?

In short, it becomes ambiguous -- that is, as some call other dictators, the others call some other ones as dictators too.

Then it is arbitrary -- that is, as long as some don't like whoever, they call those any ones they don't like, as dictators.

But since Putin is named Times' International Person of the Year, does it make sense by calling Putin as dictator?

Well, my shoes, they come from Singapore,
My flashlight's from Taiwan,
My tablecloth's from Malaysia,
My belt buckle's from the Amazon.
You know, this shirt I wear comes from the Philippines
And the car I drive is a Chevrolet,
It was put together down in Argentina
By a guy makin' thirty cents a day.

Well, it's sundown on the union
And what's made in the U.S.A.
Sure was a good idea
'Til greed got in the way.

Well, this silk dress is from Hong Kong
And the pearls are from Japan.
Well, the dog collar's from India
And the flower pot's from Pakistan.
All the furniture, it says "Made in Brazil"
Where a woman, she slaved for sure
Bringin' home thirty cents a day to a family of twelve,
You know, that's a lot of money to her.

Well, it's sundown on the union
And what's made in the U.S.A.
Sure was a good idea
'Til greed got in the way.

Well, you know, lots of people complainin' that there is no work.
I say, "Why you say that for
When nothin' you got is U.S.-made?"
They don't make nothin' here no more,
You know, capitalism is above the law.
It say, "It don't count 'less it sells."
When it costs too much to build it at home
You just build it cheaper someplace else.

Well, it's sundown on the union
And what's made in the U.S.A.
Sure was a good idea
'Til greed got in the way.

Well, the job that you used to have,
They gave it to somebody down in El Salvador.
The unions are big business, friend,
And they're goin' out like a dinosaur.
They used to grow food in Kansas
Now they want to grow it on the moon and eat it raw.
I can see the day coming when even your home garden
Is gonna be against the law.

Well, it's sundown on the union
And what's made in the U.S.A.
Sure was a good idea
'Til greed got in the way.

Democracy don't rule the world,
You'd better get that in your head.
This world is ruled by violence
But I guess that's better left unsaid.
From Broadway to the Milky Way,
That's a lot of territory indeed
And a man's gonna do what he has to do
When he's got a hungry mouth to feed.

Well, it's sundown on the union
And what's made in the U.S.A.
Sure was a good idea
'Til greed got in the way.

Once Again, Is JPMorgan Chase Too Big to Jail?
Jan. 7, 2014 / http://tinyurl.com/n6az8jx
In another major victory for JPMorgan Chase and its CEO Jamie Dimon, prosecutors said today the bank will be able to avoid criminal charges under a deferred prosecution agreement despite having "turned a blind eye" to evidence of the Ponzi scheme of Bernie Madoff, whose principal accounts were held by the bank for 22 years and were central to his multi-billion dollar fraud.
Instead, prosecutors are expected to announce that the bank will pay in excess of $2 billion to defer for two years criminal charges that the bank failed to report suspicious activity that might have tipped off investigators to Madoff's scheme years earlier and to cover civil money penalties for violations of the Bank Secrecy Act.
It was the second time in three months that the Obama administration Department of Justice declined to push JPMorgan Chase, the country's largest bank by assets, to trial on criminal charges. In November, the DOJ accepted a payment of $13 billion from the bank to avoid criminal charges growing out of the sub-prime mortgage scandal that helped drive the American economy into a recession.

That is because Obama has continued over 90% of all Bush/Cheney failed policy.

Back in the 1950's when General Eisenhower was President the wealthiest top 1% of Americans had to pay 91% in taxes.

Propaganda is to democracy what violence is to dictatorship.

Ignorant masses who have to be marginalized for their own good.

In the twentieth century it was the Liberal Progressive Era that benefited most Americans.

The New Deal, The Fair Deal, The GI Bill, and the Great Society.

----------

Bush Republicans are antidemocratic with an attraction to authoritarianism.

Liberals are always trying to enfranchise citizens and Bush Republicans always try to block some citizens from voting.( BLACKS & Latinos )!

Liberals defend the Constitution and long standing institutions like Social Security and Medicare.

Bush Republicans want the USA to go back to the Gilded Age and privatize Social Security and undo “The New Deal”!

Most if not all Bush Republican supporters are not conservatives. They are Neo-Cons who are apologist for the wealthiest top 1% percentile.

They have been thoroughly bamboozled for the last 30 years of rightwing propaganda and corrupt corporate mainstream media filter, which they believe is liberal!

Sincerely,
Eric Arthur Blair
