What happened to Kim Jong-un's Uncle Jang Song Thaek? They ate him? You see, Jang was executed in front of the North Korean officials. They striped the cloths off of him and then feed him a alive to 120 starving dogs. And a few days later, they had a banquet in which those officials were served ..... cagogi (dog meat).
Oh course they all ate the cagogi as if they were not seen not only to eat it, and seen to enjoy the diner, they might be on the menu of the next banquet. And you guys thought Saddamn Hussein was a bad dude?
I wonder if Denis Rodman was at the banquet?

Some people say whenever facts of truths are laid out about US declining, that must be anti west or communism propaganda.
They never realize it has been the west blasting so many others all the time, about Chinese Chairman Mao , Soviets, by calling others as dictators with nothing new and any change, a long time ago, when facing the former Soviet Union during those days.
Yet today, when there is no more Mao to say about, they would point finger at North Korea and Iran, despite they have changed to even say the love of the rising China, and their idol could be even Chairman Mao instead.
But, just what is so good about US today?
US took a lot of German scientists after WWII.
During times of Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Truman, US made lots of gains by trumpeting it defeated Hitler. Then they said little about Russia which was the major effort that defeated Hitler while US attempted to claim all the credits. From then on, US built up the middle class and was surging with a lot of areas calling on top of the world.
However, the middle class started to shrink after the period of former Reagan. More importantly, the positioning of police state began to surface in acting like tyrant dictator while the west still called the former Soviets having secret police and KGB. Just which is more evil, Soviet secret police or US big brother police? This should not choke people because many US people do agree that innocent people are killed by US police when non-criminals are even put in prisons and convicted of crimes. What did Soviet secret police do actually, as It had not gone out to assault people that much? CIA went around the world, corrupt people and tear down lots of people, making many people's sufferings. Did KGB go out to abuse people that much compared to CIA? But there are no more KGB and gulags while police in Russia does not seem to be that corrupted and rampant acting like US police.

WHAT IN EFFECT IS THAT THE WEST IS NOT WHAT OTHERS THINK anymore, BECAUSE US IS ENTIRELY CHANGED SINCE RONALD REAGAN ERA THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF BAD BY GOING WORSENING.
The spying and HACKING OF THE WORLD from US began to be known when Snowden voiced it. Near one billion of cellphones around the world and 70 % of US cellphones are tapped while vast number if computers and emails are hacked and spied on. This tells many problems as the west is no longer as it used to be.
Then unlike US, lots of countries all over the world are better off with people having more freedom and liberty rights and no big brother police. On these areas alone, how can US keep pointing fingers at may others when it does not get its acts together to its people?
More importantly, the world is a emerging planet when population growths are tremendous that many people are getting better education and having better societies than those of US. That means US becomes weaker and loses the message of the value of doctrine about global policy. Yet, US image appears as a dictator instead around the world, by doing aggression and meddling other countries' affairs.

The major POINT IS THAT US IS NOT POWERFUL BUT DECLINING (INCLUDING ALL FREEDOM ASPECTS) WHILE THE NEW-AGE PLANET IS AN UPRISING WORLD, BEING VERY EXPLOSIVE.

IT SIMPLY HAS NO SUCH POWER AND MUSCLES IN FACING THE REST OF THE WORLD THESE DAYS EVEN IT WANTS TO.

BECAUSE THE WORLD IS DIFFERENT THAN IT USED TO BE IN THE PERIOD BEFORE US REAGAN DAYS, US is solely wrong by still burying in the old stuff as everything has changed -- When US CANNOT TAKE CARE OF ITS PEOPLE'S JUSTICE WITH ADEQUATE SOCIETY ENVIRONMENT, WHAT IS THE WEST TO TELL ABOUT THE WORLD?

The part about the cagogi banquet is only on a few fringe threads and has not been reported by any remotely respected source. But given the form of execution it is plausible that they did have a cagogi banquet..

North Korean leader fed uncle to starving dogs, report says
By Edmund DeMarche - Published January 03, 2014 - FoxNews.com

The execution of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's uncle was more brutal than initially reported, according to a Beijing-controlled newspaper, which said the country's second-most-powerful figure was thrown into a cage filled with starving dogs and eaten alive.

The Singaporean Straits Times cited a report from Wen Wei Po, a Beijing-control newspaper, that said Jang Song Thaek and five close associates were stripped and fed to 120 dogs that had not eaten for three days. The entire process, witnessed by 300 senior officials, lasted for about an hour, the report said. Fox News could not immediately verify the report.

Gordon Chang, the author of "Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes on the World," said he heard about the reports of Jang's brutal death back in early December. And although the reports are unconfirmed, Chang said "it is entirely possible" that Jang met his demise in the dog cage.

"These deaths send a message that you better not cross the leader"

- Gordon Chang

"These deaths send a message that you better not cross the leader," Chang said. North Korea is known for its brutal killings. Chang said that Jang himself may have been responsible in the execution of a North Korean military colonel who was killed by a mortar shell.

Most political prisoners in North Korea are killed by a firing squad, Singaporean Straits Times reported. Kim’s reported departure from that method drew fresh rebuke from The Global Times, a Communist Party paper, which called the killing an example of backwardness of the regime. The editorial went on to urge Beijing to distance itself from the country.

To be sure, while the story is being widely reported, no major media outlets, including South Korean newspapers and China's People Daily, have confirmed it.

There are several reasons Beijing may have opposed the report on Jang's death. The Singaporean Strait Times reported that Jang was accused of selling cheap coal and precious metals to China. He was also accused of securing low commodity prices for Chinese businessmen.

Up until that point, Jang had been seen as the leading supporter of Chinese-style economic reforms in his country and an important link between Pyongyang and Beijing. But even before his death, China, North Korea’s only official ally, had suspicions about the direction North Korea went under Kim’s rule.

"The two countries' military have always had close ties," Chang said.

North Korea accused Jang, 67, of corruption, womanizing, gambling and taking drugs. It said he'd been eliminated from all his posts. Allegations heaped on claims that he tried "to overthrow the state by all sorts of intrigues and despicable methods with a wild ambition to grab the supreme power of our party and state."

News of Jang's execution was trumpeted across the nation by state media — with unusually vitriolic outbursts on TV, radio and in the main newspaper — as a triumph of Kim and the ruling party over a traitor "worse than a dog" who was bent on overthrowing the government.

Narushige Michishita, a security expert at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo, suggested that Jang's removal shows "that Kim Jong Un has the guts to hold onto power, and this might have shown his will to power, his willingness to get rid of anything that stands in his way."

Detroit Police Chief Says “Good Americans are Armed”
By Onan Coca / 6 January 2014

Detroit’s new police chief has seemingly made an immediate impact. The murder rate dropped by almost 14% in 2013 from its record breaking high in 2012, and the police department’s rate of clearing murders has climbed in that time as well. Now he’s talking openly about another way to lower the crime and murder problem… arming law abiding citizens.

When we look at the good community members who have concealed weapons permits, the likelihood they’ll shoot is based on a lack of confidence in this Police Department,” Craig said at a press conference at police headquarters, adding that he thinks more Detroit citizens feel safer, thanks in part to a 7 percent drop in violent crime in 2013.

Craig said he started believing that legal gun owners can deter crime when he became police chief in Portland, Maine, in 2009.

Unarmed woman accidentally shot in head by police during raid
Full story: The Daily Caller
Police are now saying the shot that killed an unarmed Ohio woman during a botched drug raid was purely accidental-and the officer who fired the shot didn't even know that his gun had gone off.

==========

Innocent people are killed by registered guns, the police.
Nothing can be justified by calling accidents, because all the time will be always saying as accidents by killing too many..

What kind of society is that when police become criminals?
Police are supposed to protect yer lives, instead, they kill those who have done no crimes.
Money can't buy back lost lives.
US is a very dangerous society.
Police must get the right criminal, and not the wrong man because police carry guns and can end up killing and shoot wrong people and anyone as how they feel . Afterwards, police say it is all accidents. They are more dangerous than criminals, as criminals get the right ones, like criminal gangs getting the right gangs they want, but not the innocent ones.

People who are paid to do the jobs cannot have accidents to kill people.
Then it makes no Difference that anyone or EVERYBODY CARRIES A GUN to act as police.
According to that , it is to support Vietnam MieLai massacre, where soldiers shot the wrong and innocent people. Soldiers can act like Rambo by random firing and claim accidents, to cause bad sufferings of vast number of people .

It is a big brother police state, besides hacking and spying people of world. US has no freedom of rights, free expressions, liberty to justice. Many countries do better in policing, human rights, freedom rights and liberty expressions than US on the planet.

When US is worse than other countries in all these areas, how can it go out to have trouble and not take care of its people in justice?
It already makes it s people suffer, than it will make more people of world suffer if doing so.
THE MESSAGE is VERY CLEAR, that US has worse police because other police don't kill innocent people by saying accidents.
The message is very CLEAR other countries ARE BETTER THAN US, have better freedom liberty with no spying and hacking.

How can US point finger about others by saying human rights freedom, and meddle others and so on?

When its people are suffering from a bad police state it has no power, how can that be any US chaos any further, when people are complaining?
When there is no justice for its people that so many innocents are killed by volatile police, it is full of contradiction myth to run the world, from Iraq ,Syria and elsewhere.

Snowy owl invasion of US extends to Florida

The Associated Press
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- A snowy owl has made a rare appearance in Florida.

The Florida Times-Union reports that one of the Arctic birds has been spotted since last week in Little Talbot Island State Park. It's only the third-ever sighting of a snowy owl confirmed in Florida.

Park services specialist Peter Maholland says bird watchers have been flocking to northeast Florida to catch a glimpse of the white bird.

Snowy Owls are familiar to children as Harry Potter's pet. They are the largest North American owl, and they're typically found in Canada and the Arctic.

Experts say snowy owls fly farther south when their population spikes or their food source becomes scarce. An invasion of snowy owls has been reported this winter across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

It was a Pea River Foggy morning at Lowe AAF, Fort Rucker, AL but we still had to preflight our aircraft before eight am so my students and I walked out on the foggy ramp and I noticed some crows. I started to chase them and the would hop just far enough to stay away from me, but would not takeoff.
I walked back to my students and asked them what they had learned and one of them said that I was crazy. I said that may be true but when a natural born aviator know when to stay on the ground, maybe we should take the hint and stay on the ground too.
You ever said birds where stupid?
Oh, the Pea River is a small local river and they call the Warrant Officer school at Fort Rucker the Pea River War College. They have a pretty good library to include some formerly classified material so you can study what mistakes in combat back during WWII and Korean War. I am sure most of the Vietnam War error stuff has also been declassified.

Accidents are not murder. Sure there are things called Wrongful Death lawsuits but my problem here in Florida is that state law limits liability to $100K so any award above that must be approved by our state's legislature.
We had at least two wrongful deaths by cops in Florida last year. In both cases the home owners were defending themselves. The first case was a bad address on a search warrant and they raided the wrong house with a no-knock warrant.
The other case was they were chasing a felon and thought he had entered a house and they went in after in. But the bad guy was not there and the sound asleep homeowner thought he was in a home invasion and tried to defend himself only to be shot and killed by the cops.
So long as local governments are limited to $100K liability, they will do things that may result in the deaths of innocent people. I have no idea how old that law is but maybe forty years ago $100K was reasonable but today I don't think so.

What is your source for 2013 GDP of $16.9 Trillion? Oh, my bad, the figure I used was based on a 2009 dollar so all I needed to do is correct for population growth of 4.9% so $15 Trillion should be about $15.735 Trillion in 2009 dollars which is, corrected to 2013 should be $16.67 Trillion in 2013 dollars.
http://www.multpl.com/us-gdp-inflation-adjust ...
But according to this link our GDP for 2013 is only $15.684 T which is below inflation. And this is my link so Mr. Finch, may I see YOUR link?
Note: Mr. Finch NEVER shows links!

<quoted text>
Again,(1) where is your link and (2) the source you provided does not mention "GNP" but talks about "GDP". you do know there is a difference, don't you?
The only figure I can find that involves "$16.9 Trillion" has to do with NATIONAL DEBT at the end of FY2013 which ended on Sep. 30, 2013.
You seem to also have a problem of understanding "fiscal year" which here in the U.S. ends at the end of September. Are you smokin' the wicked weed again?
<quoted text>
Again, where did YOU get the GNP at $16.9 Trillion. You have yet to show a source or link. The link you just showed (at the bottom) is the same link "I" provided and it says the GNP is $16.067 Trillion (not $16.9 as YOU claimed)
Yes, I know the difference between GDP and GNP and the difference is the amount made by AMERICANS outside the US like foreign investments!
I will type the quote from the Department of Commercie real S-L-O-W this time for those are comprehension challenged:

"Current-dollar GDP -- the market value of the nation's output of goods and services -- increased 6.2 percent, or $251.9 billion, in the third quarter to a level of $16,912.9 billion. In the second quarter, current-dollar GDP increased 3.1 percent, or $125.7 billion."
source: Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis report of December 20, 2013

Follow up questions to the above quote:
1. What was the GDP in the 3rd Quarter?
a.$16,912
b.$169,129
c.$ 16 Billion
d. 16,912.9 Billion
2. 16,912.9 Billion is the same as 16.912.9 Trillion?
a. True
b. False
3. 1000 Billion dollars is 1 Trillion Dollars

b. false

A few comments here. The plane has an "N" number registration which means it is registered in the U.S. Fox News has reported the pilots where "Mexicans" and they do have Hispanic names but that is not the cause of the accident.
They did a missproach because of a 33 knot (38 mph) tail wind and it looks like they made another landing attempt in the same direction. With a 38 MPH TAIL WIND??? What idiots would attempt to land under those conditions regardless of their color, nationality, etc.

Jet crashes on landing at Aspen, Colorado, airport, killing 1
By Alan Duke, CNN, Mon January 6, 2014

(CNN)-- A small plane crashed while trying to land at the Aspen, Colorado, airport Sunday, killing the co-pilot and injuring two others aboard, said Alex Burchetta with the Pitkin County Sheriff's Office.

Witnesses described a fiery scene as the plane flipped over and became engulfed in flames.

Photos showed the plane upside down on the tarmac, its fuselage charred.

The pilot of the twin-engine jet earlier reported high winds during a previous attempt to land, according to a recording of the air traffic control radio transmission obtained by CNN through Flightaware, a flight-tracking website.

"Missed approach, N115WF. 33 knots of tail wind," the pilot is heard saying a few minutes before the crash.
Aspen plane crash kills co-pilot

The deceased co-pilot was identified by Burchetta as 54-year-old Sergio Carranza Brabata of Mexico. Pitkin County Coroner Dr. J. Steven Ayers listed the preliminary cause of death as blunt force trauma.

That is very dangerous policing you have there.
Virtually mistakes and errors can happen all the time that could end up killing many innocent people.
Right here, when police fire a shot, it is usually scrutinized.
Police might have killed a man Named Ian Bush just drinking a beer, where the family could be distant relatives of Bush family in Texas.
The Bush family gave up the pursuit of charging the police and that is their stupidity
They also killed some Afghanistan veteran here.
Lately, there are more suicides from Afgh veterans.
Anyway, US police are too reckless,.compared to other polices worldwide.

In 1972, in my home town, the police stopped car and all four occupants were drunk. One had just returned from Vietnam and they were all "good guys" so the cop told them to drive home slowly. Shortly there after the car hit a bridge and two killed and the other two seriously injured. My home town was sued for $2 mln and the cops stopped letting drunks continue to drive. They must not always arrest them but they have to stop them from driving!!!
Again, here in Florida they still have a $100K limit on liabilities from state and local governments. If a court awards more than $100K you must petition the state and a bill must pass the state legislature and sign into law by the governor before you will get one more cent over $100K That law is out dated and the limit should be raised. Until then local and state police have no incentive to stop reckless enforcements.
But I still think 5-10% of all police shooting are actually criminal but they are very hard to prove so the only remedy one has is the civil court route.
