3. On the Birth Certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”. Obama could not have been born in 1961 in a hospital that wasn't built until 1978?
<quoted text>
LMAO (LRS-Dale tm reg'd). The hospital was inaugurated in 1890. Problem with Frank and his birfoon buffoon birther ilk is that they concoct a wild anti-Obama idea, nurture it, let it ferment, then bring it out , much to the instant belief and delight of his fellow clowns who circulate it, goes round and round, returns to /1/3 Stooge Frank who exclaims "I knew it, see , it's true, there was no Kapilolani hospital. Read, Frank, READ :
Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Kapiʻolani Medical Center
Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children is part of Hawaii Pacific Health's network of hospitals. It is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, within the residential inner city district of Makiki. Kapiʻolani Medical Center is Hawaii's only children's hospital with a team of physicians and nurses and specialized technology trained specifically to care for children, from infants to young adults. It is the state's only 24-hour pediatric emergency room, pediatric intensive care unit and adolescent unit.
The facility was originally founded by Queen Kapiʻolani as the Kapiʻolani Maternity Home in 1890 for which she held bazaars and luaus to raise $8,000 needed to start the Home. Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital opened in 1909 named for Emma Kauikeolani Napoleon Mahelona (1862–1931), the wife of Albert Spencer Wilcox (1844–1919).[1] In 1978, it merged with Kapiʻolani Hospital to become Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children.[2][3][4]
It is also notable as the birthplace of Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States.[5][6][7][8][9]
Historical timeline[edit]
OOPS, FRANK :
A woman with a baby at the Kapiolani Maternity Home around the twenty-first anniversary in 1912
A new mother holds her baby who was born 10 weeks premature at Kapiʻolani Medical Center
Kapiʻolani Hospital[10]
In 1884, Princess Kekaulike died and willed her home, Ululani, as the site of a proposed maternity home to help Hawaiian mothers.
In 1890, after the princess's sister, Queen Kapiʻolani, raised $8,000 through bazaars and luaus, she founded the Kapiʻolani Home of the Hoolu and Hoola Lahui Society (society to propagate and perpetuate the race), located at Beretania and Makiki streets, to provide a maternity home for Hawaiian women. The five-bedroom home was opened on June 14, 1890 by King Kalākaua and Queen Kapiʻolani. Only six babies were born at the home the first year, since local women remained suspicious of doctors and institutions.
There is no way you can make any one believe that the doctor that signed Obama's birth certificate in 1961 would have known that they would change the name of the hospital in 1978 and would have guessed the exact name of the new hospital that was built down the street from the old hospital at a completely different address and guessed that address even though that address did not exist in 1961.

Obama claimed that his great uncle liberated the Auschwitz Concentration camp near the German Polish border that was liberated by the Soviets. Will you attempt to defend any lie that Obama tells no matter how absurd?

Obama was originally making up lies about his uncle being part of the 89th Infantry liberating Auschwitz, when invest investigators brought up the true facts he changed his lies. April 5,1945 a reconnaissance patrol from the 89th Infantry was the first to arrive at Ohrdruf concentration site. Nearly all of the prisoners had already been taken on a death march Buchenwald. The site had been accidentally bombed by United States forces a few weeks earlier and over two thousand were killed. The prisoners that couldn't walk to Buchenwald were either killed or in the case of some woman left at Ohrdruf with some woman guards. It is very unlikely that Obama's uncle would have been apart of that reconnaissance patrol, because that patrol on consisted of a few men,but most likely they did kill few female guards and found a few female survivors.

What does the East Africa High Commission have to do with what Ann Durham wrote on the BC? RU taking your Aricept?

The evidence shows that people in America called Kenya, get this now,**KENYA**, at the time Obama was born.

Or do you think that Obama somehow altered my hard cover 1962 World Book Encyclopedia J-K volume while "scrubbing" the internet?

What was thy previous nick?
DBA "Atticus Tiberius Finch " seems to be just fine then.
It might erase the tangle of other people's puzzle that a name could be conceived as purely the droll.
Would DBA, doing business as "Atticus Tiberius Finch " produce no farce?

Grandma Sarah Obama has publicly bragged she too was present at the birth in Mombassa along with a half-sister and a half-brother of this usurper.
Let's begin with the rules of evidence.

The so-called Lucas Smith's alleged Obama's Kenya birth certificate will never be introduced as evidence in any trial because the manner of the way Lucas Smith obtained the birth certificate did not comply with the Federal Rules of Evidence, particularly regarding foreign public documents as set forth in Rule 902 (3) of the Federal Rules of Evidence, as provided:

(3) Foreign public documents.--A document purporting to be executed or attested in an official capacity by a person authorized by the laws of a foreign country to make the execution or attestation, and accompanied by a final certification as to the genuineness of the signature and official position (A) of the executing or attesting person, or (B) of any foreign official whose certificate of genuineness of signature and official position relates to the execution or attestation or is in a chain of certificates of genuineness of signature and official position relating to the execution or attestation. A final certification may be made by a secretary of an embassy or legation, consul general, consul, vice consul, or consular agent of the United States, or a diplomatic or consular official of the foreign country assigned or accredited to the United States. If reasonable opportunity has been given to all parties to investigate the authenticity and accuracy of official documents, the court may, for good cause shown, order that they be treated as presumptively authentic without final certification or permit them to be evidenced by an attested summary with or without final certification.

Federal courts have ruled that unless the foreign birth certificate complies with FRE 902 then the it is inadmissible .“Although the trial court was correct in finding that neither Rule 901 nor 902(3) was complied with, the court did abuse its discretion in holding the evidence authentic and admissible. This circuit requires strict compliance with the authenticity rules. United States v. Perlmuter, 693 F. 2d 1290, 1292 (9th Cir. 1982)(internal citations omitted)

As such, the purported Lucas Smith's birth certificate doesn't even come close in complying with Rule 902(3) by the following:

1. There is no proof by Kenyan laws that a Chief Administrator "Dr. Heltan Maganga" of a private hospital is authorized to attest as to the genuineness of the birth certificate
2. There is no proof that signature of the Chief Administrator "Dr. Heltan Maganga" is genuine in absence of a certification
3. There is no final certification by any personnel in the United States embassy in Kenya.

That is why Lucas Smith's purported birth certificate is worthless

Interesting. First you asserted that Obama was talking about his father fighting in WWII when I corrected your assertion by showing that Obama was talking about his GRAND UNCLE fighting in WWII. Now you are moving the goalposts to suit your agenda.

Typical birfoon reading comprehension problem. The article on KENYA, said KENYA was a protectorate and sometimes called Kenya Colony. But the article was under the name, KENYA. That was in 1962 Fwank.(The volume was prepared for publication in 1961.)

"Kenya is a protectorate in Africa/" That means in Birfoonese that Kenya was not called Kenya by Americans in 1961 even though the article about "KENYA" called it **KENYA** numerous times. A contemporaneous article written in an authoritative US published source shows that Kenya was known as Kenya in the US at the time.

So Frank can tell that to the East Africa High commission.
