Michigan Gubernatorial Candidate Says
Barack Obama's Birth Certificate Is Suspect

Now that Americans have largely caught on that their government will lie to them to support the expansion of state power, America's progressives are in for a rough time ahead.
Apparently, America has learned to like and lick the ass that feeds them with other people’s money, but still have not learned to distinguish the truth from an absolute LIE!
Obama has just one thing to say to STUPID Americans and he don't even need words to express his thoughts. This is the response that an ASS-CRACK addiction will get you from a usurper!

No need to answer, it was all explained in the Globe, the official record.
Globe? You mean the Congressional Globe? Does it have the force of law? Is it the supreme law of the land or is it the CONSTITUTION?

Explain how "anyone born in this nation" is "subject to a foreign power"? Does that mean that a person born in the United States whose parents were foreign nationals and this person never left the jurisdiction of the United States for let's say 50 years then this person is STILL SUBJECT to a foreign power?

Applying your "logic", let's say this person married another person under similar circumstances and they have children. Then under your "logic" their CHILDREN WILL ALSO BE NON-CITIZENS since their native born parents weren't citizens.

As such, under your "logic" a family who has been in the United States for three generations (70 plus years) is still "subject to a foreign power".

Oil and money management? What is the connection? Do you believe that if every oil field and every pipeline was putting out the maximum amount of oil that things would be different?

More oil doesn't mean cheaper prices at the gas pump.

China is becoming a world power and its demand for oil is absorbing the increase supply of oil.

Cheaper prices at the gas pump is the result of LESS DEMAND FOR OIL. That is why during the Great Recession that the price of gas fell at the gas pump.

The Globe is the record of the proceedings of the House and Senate debates.

As you know by now that CONGRESSIONAL DEBATES don't have the force of law. The law is what is written in the CONSTITUTION not the speaker's opinions that are recorded in the GLOBE.

Justice Scalia reminds us that "We are governed by laws, not by the intentions of legislators. As the Court said in 1844: "The law as it passed is the will of the majority of both houses, and the only mode in which that will is spoken is in the act itself ...." Aldridge v. Williams, 3 How. 9, 24 (emphasis added). But not the least of the defects of legislative history is its indeterminacy. If one were to search for an interpretive technique that, on the whole, was more likely to confuse than to clarify, one could hardly find a more promising candidate than legislative history....
Judge Harold Leventhal used to describe the use of legislative history as the equivalent of entering a crowded cocktail party and looking over the heads of the guests for one's friends. Conroy v. Aniskoff, 507 US 511, 519 (Scalia, J., concurring)

Moreover, "While it is generally true that debates in Congress are not appropriate sources of information from which to discover the meaning of the language of a statute passed by that body. Binns v. United States, 194 US 486 , 495(1904)(internal citation omitted)

Finally, the piece de resistance "By repeated decisions of this court it has come to be well established that the debates in Congress expressive of the views and motives of individual members are not a safe guide, and hence may not be resorted to, in ascertaining the meaning and purpose of the law-making body. Aldridge v. Williams, 3 How. 9, 24; United States v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 91 U.S. 72, 79; United States v. Trans-Missouri Freight Association, 166 U.S. 290, 318. Duplex Printing Press Co. v. Humph , Boehner loves U.S. citizens so much he prorogued congress end Dec 2012, forgetting to okay emergency aid for NY and NJ hurricane Sandy victims. Someone reminded him, and he reconvened a session to pass the bill.
Don't forget, Obama is no friend of Wall Street. He dares to speak against the Street even though his party needs its contributions. There is no love lost between Obama and Wall Street. The Rogue/LRS-Dale idols and crooks are still smarting from the new oversight regulations he's imposed on them and his desire to cut their unwarranted and bandit-like bonuses.
Obama has been sending 87 billion dollars a month to Wall Street to benefit the extremely rich. Since Obama was elected in November 2008, the wealth of the top 1% has increased 38% while the average working person can buy less with his earnings. The Democrats reply is 'we need to increase taxes on the working class'. No our government needs to stop wasting our tax dollars. Instead of increasing taxes on the working class,we need to increase the number of people working. If twice as many people were working we would be able to collect twice as much taxes and we could reduce taxes and as a bonus we would have less people collecting welfare checks and unemployment checks.

True, but truer for the right than the left. Let's go from the premise that all administrations "work" their unemployment numbers, with Obama using the same system that's been in place for decades. This means that all comparisons are valid, cheating or no cheating on real numbers.
When Obama assumed power in February 2009, rate was 7.8%. 9 months later, it reached 10%. No honest person would attribute that rise to 10% to Obama after only 9 months in office. It was the tsunami that followed GWB's disastrous turn at the helm that moved unemployment numbers north. Today, it's 7.3%, a net improvement and getting better. Yes, Rogue, I know, I know, they are "worked-over" numbers. If that is the case, please don't forget to factor that into GWB's figures.
If Obama had concentrated all his efforts on the unemployment numbers instead of wasting his efforts on his radical left wing agenda,we wouldn't have the double digit unemployment, the number on welfare wouldn't have doubled and our national debt wouldn't have increased by 8 trillion.

Number 1 : Your debt, budget deficits and loss of AAA rating do not, contrary to you if it happened to us, make me rejoice. Not in the least bit. YOU however would rejoice if our oil ran out and we had huge monetary problems. First of all, oil is only part of our equation and there is no chance we'll be "done" either way. Sorry to disappoint;

Number 2.: Calling your president names is not exactly helping your lost cause. And the present U.S. economic situation is much improved since GWB left his house in such incredible disorder. The roof had caved in, the basement was flooded, furniture was ruined, electricity was out, no plumbing, when the new tenant, Barack Obama arrived on the scene and moved in. Things are much better now, roof is replaced, basement is almost dry, almost all furniture has been repaired or replaced and electricity and water are back on. In the next three years, as the economy continues to improve, you and your ever-increasing frustrated pitiful birther ilk will work harder than ever to find more negative trivia on Obama, his wife and daughters. But, hey, wait, you'll have to switch your vomit to either Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden.

It is just like our National Debt. During the eight years of Bush-43 the National Debt went up $4.4 Trillion but in less than five years under Obama it has gone up $6.9 Trillion but to you Bush was bad because he was funding wars while Obama was trying to save America from the evil TEA Baggers!!!
Really?

Let's look at the numbers

Under Bush, the National Debt rose from 5,674 Trillion in 2000 to 10,025 Trillion by 2008. An increase of 76% in eight years.

Under Obama, the National Debt rose from 10,025 Trillion in 2008 to 16,738 Trillion by 2013. An increase of 66% in five years. A difference of 15%. In other words, the rate of increase of the National Debt under Obama is 15% less than under Bush.
