Ha ha, yes. Kerry may even make it but only if he quits using foundation make-up. Guy looks like he's been embalmed. Am I the only one that's noticed?

First a correction : I wrote "every 20th and 21st president". I of course meant every 20th and 21st century".
Okay, I , like you, idolized JFK. But , he was only president for less than 3 years. On the negative side, he initiated the Vietnam tragedy. You never mention that. Yes, he may or may not have escalated. But the fact is, he started it and had Diem assassinated, which did not improve the situation. He started the peace corps, but let's not forget Sergeant Shriver who did the actual work. As to space and the moon landing, yes, he invoked it and then died. LBJ was the force behind it. JFK pushed civil rights, who can forget it? But it was Eisenhower who sent in the national guards and desegregated that Little Rock school. It was him who had the civil rights act passed into law.
And, as I wrote, JFK, with all his sexual trysts, would not have lasted long in today's crazy and nutty media world.
I repeat, oh, how I admired the man, still do, and I don't give a hoot about his womanizing - but others do. I do believe I mostly admired him for his style, grace, wit, intelligence, good looks, elegant wife, but mostly FOR WHAT MIGHT'VE BEEN. Clinton, corporate hack that he was, achieved more,(imagine if GWB had built on those surpluses instead of cutting taxes for the rich and starting two unfunded wars) and same with Obama who, despite his Wall street donations and his corporate welfare to the street, never misses an opportunity to criticize and lambast it. If obamacare can carefully be improved, that alone will be quite a legacy. So will the accord with Iran - if it works.
I failed to mention Vietnam because if you want to be truthful about it, Eisenhower was in Vietnam as early as WWII. So, Kennedy built up some troops and killed Diem.(who needed to be killed) He had the Catholics raiding and killing buddhist like it was sport.

It was LBJ who conducted the gulf of Tonkin false flag attack.(if there was ever an attack at all)

I never considered dying a black mark on a presidents policy before. Especially when his health didn't exactly fail. His cranial integrity did.

As far as a moon landing goes... Kennedy funded Apollo. Easy for LBJ to soak up credit for being present. Once NASA had the money, they did the rest.

It isn't like Kennedy was a space visionary. He was a formidable cold warrior. Apollo was about pounding our chests and screaming like a silverback at the Soviets.

But the result of Apollo is undeniable. We are still riding the wave it caused in technology. And tech is the only thing that will keep us THE world superpower.

I simply don't care about sexual trysts. Never have. As far as I am concerned the leader of the free world can do as he pleases if it doesn't affect job performance. That is between him and his wife. The punishment for adultery is almost always what you would call... self inflicted.

I do comprehend that presidents today are under constant scrutiny. I don't believe for a second that Kennedy somehow wouldn't have made it... Bush did.

We still have no rational explanation for how and why Kennedy was killed. Physics prevents me from believing Oswald killed him. Well, that and a visit to the book depository in Dallas.

Naturally it is just speculation on my part but Kennedy stole the election in Chicago and then put his honest and good brother in charge as Attorney General.

The corrupt Hoover despised Bobby, and don't forget about Daddy Kennedy and his connections to the underworld.

This post of yours shatters all records for dumbness. I can't believe what I just read.
First off, you didn't read or else did not understand what I wrote. I WROTE that no one knows how JFK would have dealt with Vietnam. 50-50 I wrote. I read nothing of JFK's mind except that most of the legislation he initiated was passed by LBJ, racist or not. The moon? LBJ was in charge of the moon programme when he was VP and pushed it to its fruition.
Presidents are rated on their stewardship. All laws passed and laws NOT passed are their accomplishments or non/accomplishments. This is not the first time you've considered the position of president as inconsequential - oh, you do blame democrat presidents when things seemingly go wrong and then credit congress when things go right. According to your thinking, then, and because you judge Obama's 5 years to be disastrous, do I conclude, according to your twisted logic, that it's all Congress's fault, except for the first two years?
I don't know if LBJ was racist or not. You have said it today and often before that. Any proof? Oh, my god, why'd I ask? Whatever, he did pass the civil rights bill. Yes , HE did, Rogue, he was president.
And here is the most incredible thing that you ever ever launched : "Oh, if JFK was alive today, he would be a REPUBLICAN!!!" Talk about a doozy! You mean JFK would rub shoulders with the likes of Romney, Trump, Limbaugh, Gingrich, Palin, O'reilly, GWB ? LMAO (late LRS tm reg'd). And Jackie would associate with their these duds' spouses? I can just see her exchanging opera or renaissance art with Todd Palin.
Didn't H.W.G. Bush promise, "Read my lips, No new taxes"?
Once he became president, however, Bush raised taxes as a way to reduce the national budget deficit. Bush refused many times but was making no progress with a Senate and House that was controlled by Democrats. Bush eventually agreed to a compromise with Congressional Democrats to raise several taxes as part of a 1990 budget agreement. Although technically there were no new taxes in this agreement, Bush in the same speech also ruled out raising existing taxes. In the 1992 presidential election campaign, Pat Buchanan made extensive use of the phrase in his strong challenge to Bush in the Republican primaries. In the election itself, Democratic nominee Bill Clinton, running as a moderate, also pointed to the quotation as evidence of Bush's untrustworthiness, which contributed to Bush's losing his bid for re-election.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Read_my_lips:_no...
Congress was controlled by Democrats, the Democrats passed the bills and he signed them into law ....... and he paid the price in 1992.
When Bill Clinton signed into law four Newt Gingrich balanced budgets, seven of the points of the Contract with America and the Tax Payer Relief Act of 1997, what happened to him? Hint, if Obama should start signing Republican initiatives into law, his popularity will improve!!!
Remember, the Republicans gave Obama to let the Individual Mandate be delayed a year and Obama said NO!!!

Sorry, I am almost 63 and I still have all but my wisdom teeth. I don't smoke anything nor have I ever tried any illegal drug and never abused prescription meds. I have never been cuffed much less arrested even though I have tried several times to get arrested.
I never went to a protest until April 15, 2009 at the TEA Party rally at Lafayette Park across from the White House. I decided to go more often as a retired LTC picked me up and I took her to diner and then bed. If I knew picking up chicks was so easy at protests, I would have done it long ago.

Is that what the Cletuses of our world do, namely they are 63, don't have any teeth, they all smoke, take illegal drugs and abuse prescription drugs. They get arrested all the time without even trying and go to all sorts of rallies (MORE CORN MEAL AND PORK RINDS, THEY SHOUT). Why are you denying stuff you've never been accused of doing? Fishy, suspicious, Rogue. Yes, fishy and suspicious.

Oh, you picked up a chick at a Tea Party rally? I thought tea party gals never had sex outside marriage. Anyhow, two tea partyers in bed - ah, the bliss...both picturing Strom Thurmond, George Wallace and Maddox plus a few N word lynchings to set the mood - I can imagine the interesting post-sex talk.

But the punchline is that Obamacare is largely Heritage’s own invention.

It may not be news that a conservative Washington think tank is going to great lengths to defeat a Democratic policy proposal. But this may be the first instance where the policy being opposed was incubated at the very same think tank. Look out, donors: the policies you pay Heritage to develop today may be policies you pay Heritage to defeat tomorrow. It’s like Victor Frankenstein stumbling over the frozen tundra to defeat the creation he was so proud of but now despises.

In this instance Dr. Frankenstein is Stuart Butler, then director of domestic policy research at Heritage and, since 2010, director of Heritage’s Center For Policy Innovation.(No, they didn’t fire him.)

Yep, and another challenge to Pelsoi-Care heads to the USSC. How many exemptions has Obama given to Muslim groups but damn if he will give one to a Christian group.
Yep, the reason why no Muslims have taken Obama to court is because as soon as they request and exemption, it is granted!

That is Barbara Streisand and you know it! One of the major points of the Heritage Plane was Tort Reform! And tort reform in Pelosi-Care?
Typical Libtardian Logic, the Republicans did it so we can too even if it is time one thousand.
Same thing with RomneyCare. It was not Romney's plan and while ALL the Democrat legislators voted for it, and only a few Republicans did, and since the Democrats are the Super Majority, it passed.
And PelosiCare was not based on RomneyCare either. Amoung other things there is a $2,000 per individual/$4,000 per family annual cost share limit, there is NONE in PelosiCare.

Oh, do you know how the angel got on top of the Christmas Tree? Well God saw who mankind had secularized his holy day and was depressed so one of His angels went down to Earth to find the symbol of the holy day and she found a fir tree all decorated up and to it up to God to show him.
And God said, "And this is what you can do with this damn tree"!!! And that is, according to La Jacqueau, how the angel got on top of the tree.

That was not the only point it differed, and you know it. Did the Republican plan have any fines for individuals if they did not have a health plan?
Did the Heritage plan tax implants like heart pacemakers, artificial joints, etc.?
Did the Heritage plan contain abortions, birth control for nuns and child health care for Catholic priests?

I'm not married and neither was she. And at the time I was between girl friend so I cheated on no one. Did that stop Bill Clinton of Barrack Obama?
I know, I know, Libtardian Logic dictates that if you are getting a BJ, it is not cheating on your wife? It all depends on what the definition of "is" is!
And Libtardian Logic also says that if you are wearing a condom it is not sex either as there is no skin to skin contact!
