You can tell the first video is an early D-model Huey because of the AN/ARC-44 "cat whisker" antennas on the nose. The later D-H models had an AN/ARC-54 "Towel Bar" antenna on the roof.
Both the AN/ARC-44 and -54 where VHF-FM radio sets and those antennas where used for FM Direction Finding.
And late H-model Hueys had the tail whip antenna removed and replaced by a roof mounted "check mark" antenna.
See, I know nothing about aviation. Particularly about Army helicopters.
The sound of a UH-1 approaching still makes me smile.

The Globe is the Official record of congress, what Howard said was accepted in it entirety and became the law of the land in 1868.
Oh, the USSC didn't even refer to his opinion, they chose to use English common law and discarded Constitutional Law.
In short the USSC violated the Constitution and violations of the Constitution does not make law or precedent.
You should make them aware of this. My guess is that they don't give a damn what you think is constitutional or not.

Ark 1889 is law.

There is ideology and there is reality.

For SCOTUS to change the law so soon after it was adopted hints to immediate problems with it.

If you read on after Howard's proposal, most of what you hear is bitching about Indians, Gypsies, and the Chinese and how to get them to go home.

As shown in Ark...people that were born here who left the country for any amount of time at all were not being let back in due to immigration laws.

And THAT is bullshit. SCOTUS wasn't trying to "pull a fast one" they were correcting a flaw.

And absolutely NOBODY cared until one Barack Obama was elected president of the U.S.

And if you think you will ever see a president be impeached in the US ever again... you are laden with gullibility.

Look at what Dubbya Bush and Mr. Transparency have gotten away with. They are practically members of the Legion of Doom.

Even if the laws of the universe were suspended in your favor... all we get is Biden. I propose we already have "the lesser of two evils".

Actually that 'whop' sound is caused by the advancing blade cutting into the rotor tip vortex of the blade in front of it. Old style square-tipped rotor blades have more of a blade slap sound than modern never blended airfoil blades with swepted tips.
Large wing/rotor blade vortexes are actually wasted energy. That is why many modern planes have winglets at the tips of their wings and helicopter rotorblades are more blended and swepted at the tips.
All aircraft have vortexes at the wing/rotortips which are like horizontal tornadoes that descent at about 300 feet per minute as they deteriorate. When a helicopter is in a shallow, high airspeed descent the next blade shops the vortex. Since a Huey rotor blade spins at about 300 rpm, and there are two blades, you get about 600 pops per minute.

The Aussies where based out of Nei Dat not far from Vung Tau. I got down there a few times. Once was with LTG McCaffrey who was a Liberal idiot. He fell off a walk bridge and fell into a stream and an Aussie captain drove in and drug him out. He was still sopping wet when we got back to Long Binh.

Yep, about four times I took LTG McCaffrey's secretary from Long Binh to Saigon on Saturday mornings so she could get her hair done! And after lunch I would fly her back.
I also flew Ambassador Bunkers 19 y/o daughter a few times to go see her GI boyfriend. He was a SP/4 and attached to the USO. Probably another Al Gore type that was privileged!
Oh, my father was a colonel and the S3 of 1st Avn Bde and I did my fair share of MACV (Green Beret) missions and combat assaults. Spent the night underground on the Cambodian border with the MACV at Song Be not far from An Loc. They actually had it pretty good underground and we had free drinks for the crew!

So, we aren't supposed to discuss the past when it pertains to Bush's mistakes but it's okay to do it with President Obama, huh?
That Republicant duplicity is legendary.
How many books, articles and blogs are dedicated to George W. Bush making verbal blunders?
Some of my favorites:
"We spent a lot of time talking about Africa, as we should. Africa is a nation that suffers from incredible disease."
--Yes, he was our President at the time; in Gothenburg, Sweden, June 14, 2001
"I promise you I will listen to what has been said here, even though I wasn't here." --at the President's Economic Forum in Waco, Texas, Aug. 13, 2002
"You teach a child to read, and he or her will be able to pass a literacy test." -Townsend, Tenn., Feb. 21, 2001
"I am here to make an announcement that this Thursday, ticket counters and airplanes will fly out of Ronald Reagan Airport." --Washington, D.C., Oct. 3, 2001
"Tribal sovereignty means that; it's sovereign. I mean, you're a -- you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities." --Washington, D.C., Aug. 6, 2004
"You know, one of the hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the war on terror." --interview with CBS News' Katie Couric, Sept. 6, 2006
"The same folks that are bombing innocent people in Iraq were the ones who attacked us in America on September the 11th." --Washington, D.C., July 12, 2007
"I'm the commander -- see, I don't need to explain -- I do not need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being president." --as quoted in Bob Woodward's Bush at War
"Do you have blacks, too?" --to Brazilian President Fernando Cardoso, Washington, D.C., Nov. 8, 2001
"I would say the best moment of all was when I caught a 7.5 pound largemouth bass in my lake." --on his best moment in office, interview with the German newspaper Bild am Sonntag, May 7, 2006
"They misunderestimated me." --Bentonville, Ark., Nov. 6, 2000
"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda." --Greece, N.Y., May 24, 2005
"People say, how can I help on this war against terror? How can I fight evil? You can do so by mentoring a child; by going into a shut-in's house and say I love you." --Washington, D.C., Sept. 19, 2002
"You work three jobs?... Uniquely American, isn't it? I mean, that is fantastic that you're doing that." --to a divorced mother of three, Omaha, Nebraska, Feb. 4, 2005
But of all of them, and there are many, many more, this is my all time favorite (no, it is not the Mission Accomplished speech)
"I'll be long gone before some smart person ever figures out what happened inside this Oval Office." --Washington, D.C., May 12, 2008
Spectacular collection.

Bush was actually so bad at speaking that he would become accidentally honest at times... and those are the rarest of gems. Treasures.

Dubbya was somewhere between Rodney Dangerfield and Andy Kaufman.

If he wasn't so damn dangerous in so many ways, I would want him for 5 terms.

I called that special something he had... "reckless precision".
