So in a round about way, what your saying is that the "relief" that Obama brought to Chicago makes him a Jesus like figure? If he had done it for free on his own time I might buy that BS, but he didn't. We all possess free will in this human condition we all share Jacque. What we do with it is up to each individual. Like those that choose to spends hundreds feeding the birds in their yard. Based on your criteria, if everyone stopped doing that today, all those poor birds would simply die of starvation, right? Just as good and love exists amongst man, so does evil Jacque. Thats why when evil brings a gun to the massacre it doesn't usually end until the good guys shows up with theirs. Liberals think we should all be lambs, while they arm themselves at the level of government, just like Stalin and Mao did. I love my country, but my government scares the hell out of me of late, especially when the democrats are in charge, because they don't take responsibility or criticism very well, now do they.
You wrote, mistakenly (on purpose?): "So in a round about way, what your saying is that the "relief" that Obama brought to Chicago makes him a Jesus like figure?". The only comparison I made was that both interventions yielded temporary results. You want Jesus to sort out the Roman-Jewish problems of that era? Are you mad? Look at the result : The "anointed ones", the Jews, make up less than 1% of the world's population. Same for Obama. Huge, giant problems in Chicago, migration of the less fortunate from the poor south to that city (Cleveland, Detroit, etc). How the hell, apart for some very timely interventions as a community organiser, fix such a huge problem if agencies and the gov't did not follow up? Obama, who I believe does not believe in religious hokus-pokus, would laugh at your comparison of him with Jesus.

If the bad guys had no guns or were disarmed, then there would be no "BAD" killings and the "good" guys wouldn't have to show up with their guns. That's how it works in most "have" countries. I wish you and your ilk would stop giving Mao , Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, as examples to emulate. Democrats, Republicans even and the rest of the free world are not there yet.

There are plenty of useful idiots that continue to enrich the capitalist industries that these socialist hypocrites employ to enjoy their wealth and privilege. Most of them are much better takers then givers, and what giving they do they make sure is caught on camera or discussed on Leno or Letterman.

So what? Who cares? And why's he singing a patriotic song, in this case the anthem, for crotch-grabbing, spitting, illiterate multi-millionaire jocks and 40,000 corporate client fans - backed up by a military honour guard whose soldiers are paid minimum wage all the while pretending to honour their sacrifice. I liked James Taylor's rendition just the same but much preferred Roseanne Barr's. She mocked those guys, how they hated her for DARING to do what they do best, crotch grabbing and spitting and the phoney patriotism
Ah, I was NOT upset with James Tayor's flub. It can happen to ANYONE. But what Roseanne did was intentional and disgraceful. But then Roseanne is,like you, a Socialist and James Taylor is not.
James Taylor is a Liberal but he is no loony-tooney-lefty.

Lastly, you reproduced Anoracle's remark : "Hawaiian Officials" MERELY said they "have his ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE"!" which, it turns out, or didn't you know, that Hawaii AND Obama produced the his birth certificate, with appropriate sworn certification. But hey, you don't seem to be aware of that else you would not have reproduced Oracle's passé/out-of-date post.

Who do you think you are, telling us what and who James Taylor is and discussing his political leanings? One thing for sure, Rogue, he is not one of you birthers. Too intelligent for that.

As to Roseanne Barr, if what she did is intentional and disgraceful, then is what the baseball players do, namely crotch grabbing and spitting, also not disgraceful? She was making a point, just ONCE, mocking those jocks. They do it daily. Are you trying to tell us they don't do that on purpose? As to her singing the anthem badly, are you also trying to tell us that the organisers didn't know she could not carry a single note? Are you naļve or just ignorant or both?

Ya know, the LDS has their our charity system but if you are otherwise healthy they will expect you to mow the grass or work at the daycare center. The GOVERNMENT does not give a damn if you spend five dollars a day on cigarets (that could have gone to food), sit around the house all day (while the government pays for someone to mow your grass), etc.
I do not mind helping people UP but I hate feeding their addictions or laziness and I don't think God would would that against me.
Well, you don't get to help those who need it without helping those who will abuse it.

Personally, I don't care if 1000 govt phones are used to chat up their friends and peddle street drugs if it helps 1 guy/girl to provide for their family.

I understand exactly where you are coming from. I have seen the guy buying 200 dollars worth of prime rib and a cart full of pepsi with an access card.

My wife has a relative that is a welfare abuser. I ended up shopping with her once. She had no idea what anything cost... and I mean none. She just picked what she wanted and dropped it in the cart. Never mind thrift. Her rent is paid for, she has no bills to concern her (save cable)... healthcare complete with dental and vision... the works. As far as I can tell, her profession is facebook. Well, that and doing the light paperwork it takes to receive benefits.

She even got a bachelor's degree in something or other paid for by our taxes. After the decade or so it took her to earn that. She finally decided that if she got an actual job... she would lose about 50% of her income.

My wife is a radiologist, I consult with PENN and work part time for UPS. We work very hard to make ends meet. Hell, there are weeks when I barely see my wife.(We have kids so our work schedules are opposite)

And this chick thinks we have the easy life.

It infuriates me.

However... There are people out there who genuinely try. They work two jobs and still sit well under the poverty line. They are proud and resist accepting state benefits. They exhaust every other means that they possess. But the choice between seeing your children hungry or the shame you feel from going to the welfare office... isn't a choice at all.

I can't imagine the feeling of standing in that line. For a man to walk up to a stranger and eek out the words to describe why he is failing to provide for his wife and children. It would be horrifying.

That alone (in my eyes) earns you a piece of crap phone. Matters not if you or Jesus for that matter is ok with it.

Blacks on the south side of Chicago are eliminating poverty for their fellow black man everyday wojar. Of course their methods may be somewhat harsh, but being poor doesn't matter when your dead, does it. I grade his impact on results, not intention or lip service. His work was meaningless and had no lasting impact on his already organized community. Now the impact he is having on our country is a whole different story. The "good" he has been doing has been bad for the country, and the bad he has been doing has been even worse for it. Obama is not Jesus, not even remotely close, that I know for sure. His "bible" is Rules for Radicals, and that was dedicated to satan. Enough said.
I judge your impact on your results. Loser. You're still whining about the 2012 election.(And the rube brags about giving his pennies to representatives of billionaires.)

Get a life.

BTW, how old will you be when you learn how to use you're vs. your? If English were a human being you'd be a serial killer.

At the moment, Dick Cheney's being interviewed on ABC's "this week". Strange, and this is for Rogue and LRS Obama election result deniers, he said : "we simply got beat in Nov 2012 and have to rebuild with new blood." Strange, not one single word about Obama election fraud or cheating or cell phones. Why? Do LRS-Dale and Rogue know something about eletion fraud that Dick Cheney doesn't know?
