so, you still haven't figured out that SNL, Colbert report, Jon Stewart, are smart programs ? Surprising, that? NOT !
Your smart and witty programs run the gamut, like preacher Pat Robertson and Newt Gingrich and O'Reilly . Yeah as funny, intelligent and witty as root canal.
Jon Stewart is a comedian. In your case, that's an excellent source of news!

And illiterate Romper does not comprehend that citizens born of citizen parents includes citizens born without necessarily having two citizen parents.

You don't have to be an expert in English grammar to understand that e.g., citizens born of citizen mothers doesn't mean two citizen mothers per child. Nor does "cars produced by American companies" exclusively pertain to cars jointly manufactured by multiple companies.

Duh!

It may seem that way in Romper's Play World, but the USSC has made it clear on numerous occasions that the jus soli rule of citizenship by birth is the law of the land and that children born in this country of aliens are natural born citizens. That's binding precedent.

So are Pat Robertson, O'Reilly, and Newt Gingrich, comedians. But unlike Stewart, they are neither smart, witty, or funny.

And, Stewart is a comedian by profession. Your three heroes are comedians, or should I say, clowns, by birth. And NOT funny.

I never drove below 160 kmh whilst living in Europe, else even trucks would run me over, as traffic is so fast. It was enjoyable, I did like it but lest we forget, the accident and death and injury rate in automobiles in Europe is much higher than North America. I've seen accidents so terrible, such carnage that obviously occurred at high speeds, there was nothing left of the vehicles.
The speed limit for trucks and buses (over 10,000kg) is 100 kmh in Germany and just 90 kmh in France and I assume most European countries are the same.
Further more, in Germany, all trucks and buses have trip meters that record both time and speed. They also denote Driver #1 & #2 to make sure they are taking their mandatory breaks.
According to this source, not one European country has a truck speed limit over 100 kmh.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_limits_by_...
And the only two European countries with car speed limits about 130 kmh are Germany and Austria.

I was speaking rhetorically on trucks of course. Nevertheless, all talk and no respect for rules, the truckers and their bosses who leave them no choice but to break all the rules. Like here, pretty much. I never drove below 160 in all western European countries , as did other drivers, and was stopped for speeding only once, in the Netherlands.

Trucks have all those records you wrote about and they are of course looked over by European police should they stop them for any infraction. But no one else checks them and drivers are encouraged to speed and go over the hours authorised else they don't respect their schedule . Pretty much like here. I don't know how it is in the States, and speaking of trucks, more than half the rigs checked here on the road by the Ministry of Transportation don't pass roadworthy or safety checks. As to speed and work hours...

What do your polls tell you about the tea party , the Republican party and John Boehner? And Ted Cruz?

You put too much reliance on polls. All of them have been off the mark lately, in the U.S. AND Canada. People don't always tell pollsters what they want to hear, you know.

Another Lefty flop. Hollywood could not spin this into anything but the trash can were it should have been all along.

'FIFTH ESTATE' FLOPS, SLY AND ARNOLD PULL PUNY BOX OFFICE NUMBERS by CHRISTIAN TOTO 20 Oct 2013

Blame the ripped from the too recent headlines plot or a trailer that painted Julian Assange as a free speech hero.
Either way, after the new WikiLeaks feature The Fifth Estate bombed in the U.K. it did the same in the U.S. this weekend.
Granted, the film starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the leak-happy anti-hero, only hit 1,750 movie screens. That's a little more than half what most mainstream film releases receive. Still, director Bill Condon's take on the dawn of WikiLeaks snared only $1.7 million during its debut.
The film appeared to have genuine Oscar buzz a few weeks back, but an initial wave of negative reviews put an end to such talk. Now, it could go down as the season's biggest box office disappointment.

And I am sure you can back up your statement that half of all trucks inspected failed the inspection. I drove over the road for thirteen and a half years and I averaged two full DOT inspection a year and I was never shut down.
In one case I tried to get shut down and they wouldn't. It was my first driving job and they gave me a ragged out truck that had an oil leak that dripped on the exhaust manifold and caused fumes in the cab and when I brought this to DOT's attention, they wrote it up but did not shut me down.
I got rid of the truck when I told them my mother was sick and I did not know when I would be back. Policy was that if you took more than three days off, you turned the truck in. I came back on the forth day and got a newer truck. After a year they start giving you better trucks to drive.

Oh, yes I have noticed and Ted Cruz's number "in Texas" is way up. It is your m=home district that really counts.
Now, is Ted Cruz making you paranoid as you seem to be fixated on him?
Oh, and Bonehead is not liked to well by the TEA Partiers so that is why his numbers are down.
