Nope, no tissue for me, I have 100% covered health care. But for the thousands of retired Verizon employees who were double-crossed by an extremely rich and wealthy company, amongst others, a tissue.

<quoted text>LMAO!!! It really doesn't matter where Obama was born, at the moment of birth he was a citizen of his father's country of origin and not subject to the jurisdiction of the US.
Not only does your argument not hold water in the United States, it holds no water in most civilized and even "uncivilized" countries of this world. In most cases, you are born somewhere, you are a bona fide citizen of that country, unless you're a member of the diplomatic corps. What's more, and yes, of course, Obama had every right to be a Kenyan citizen, still has, because his father was Kenyan. But as long as he is an American citizen, and does not, at age of majority, usually 21, pursue a dual Kenyan citizenship, he is a 100% full-blooded United States citizen. Period. And Kenya or the U.K. has jurisdiction over him. Were he detained in Kenya after his presidency as a plain American citizen, he would be entitled to full consular representation though, and this is important, Kenya could darn well do what it wanted to Obama, Kenyan citizen or not. Thousands of Americans, thousands, are imprisoned in foreign countries as we speak and there is nothing the U.S. gov't can do about it, and that applies to dual AND non-dual citizens. Consular assistance is all they are allowed, when the host country respects the Vienna convention - and it does not always, as we can see in Russia with the Greenpeace captain and his crew. Consular assistance is limited to advice, to securing local legal aid and contacting the family in the U.S. and on request of detainee, ask for funds.

Want to know more? Ask about the Vienna convention on Consular assistance, 1963, article 36, from memory.

Pollack? That's Pole, mister, and, oh, funny, I thought wojar was a U.S. citizen, born in that very country. What country were YOU run out of on a rail?

Definition...

Radical: having views that aren't shared by MOST people.

Last time I checked, the liberals (who I have seen you label as socialist, marxist and communist) have been the majority since Dubbya started implementing totalitarianism in the US.

That makes YOU the radical. They are the majority.

And the margin gets bigger every year for the last 9 years.

Put another tick on the counter J.

The inability of Obamacare portals to keep up with the traffic demands initially put upon them has been seized by politicians and conservative pundits as evidence that Obamacare "is not ready for prime time" in the words of Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). Now, a week later, the site appears to be stabilizing, with waiting times dropping dramatically for those who haven't been able to register before.

You haven't read very much about how those announcements could be called or written in, have you? They're absolutely meaningless. Also, I'm sure you're aware that Hawaii had a lot of immigration fraud back in the 60s, right? Of course you did. LMAO! That really doesn't matter though, since Obobblehead's so-called "father" was a Brit. Which made lil Obobblehead a Brit the day he was born. LMAO!
J.-

You can flick that abacus again.

The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term "natural born" citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship "by birth" or "at birth", either by being born "in" the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents

Justice Chester's last 20 pages.

79 posts.

Of these 79 posts, how many had any statements at all that were not name calling, homo talk and toddlers assholes?

2 of them.

TWO that had any information at all that was able to be verified.

Of those two how many were proven to be lies?

You guessed it. Both of them. The proof is at the top of this page.

79 post.
2 that contributed to the thread and were both lies.

LIAR.

Any man with a sense of pride at all would have packed up and found a thread that he could start over and attempt to hold his head up.

No honor, no credibility and no shame.

It didn't matter to one London parking enforcement officer that some think Hillary Clinton could be a future American president -- illegal parking is illegal parking.

Did you have to go online to sign up for yours? You are aware that the computer program for Obamacare was done by a Canadian company that your own provincial government fired for incompetence. How can the American people have any confidence in our governments ability to handle the healthcare decisions for 300 million plus people when their roll out of the first parts are "excruciatingly embarrassing" according to Robert Gibbs, and only signed up 53 thousand in the first few days. They spent over $600 million writing that program, all under the supervision of democrat leadership, and your trying to convince us that its the republicans that are the problem. At least try to be objective if you can "JfO".$600 million would have paid a whole bunch of premiums in the existing system.
