Have you noticed that the Obama administration has the highest level of "academics" on his staff and the least number of people with real work in these fields like businessmen?
Oh, Chuck Hagel has been SecDef for seven months now and only a few days ago he finally went to Dover, DE to meet the returning remains of our honorably fallen. And of course they had CAMERAS. Bush never allowed cameras when he visited Dover but Obama insists.
Waz up Chuck?
Maybe he wants the cameras to prevent the GOP from lying about his attendance? What is the problem with cameras? Afraid Americans will realize that we are STILL dying for nothing in the middle east?

We have an abundance of useless businessmen in congress, probably only trailing the number of useless lawyers.

Businessmen in general are not academics. Real work in what fields?

Businessmen employ the useful people. They serve no purpose themselves. They are completely superfluous in a cabinet.

What we could use are actual academics. Our nations best and brightest are nowhere near the Govt.

Let mathematicians work on the budget. Historians can handle foreign policy, at least they won't be trying the same ineffective tactics over and over. Let Generals handle war. In early August 1971 I over flew two Soviet PT-76 tanks north of An Loc, South Vietnam and I put them in my after mission report. I was told that the bad guys had no tanks in III Corps (pronounced "Core"). Three weeks later I was out processing to head home after my one year tour when they had two five-ton trckks loaded with special ammo show up. They were 2.75" FFAR with 7-pound HEAT warheads.
Normally when they gor in unusual ammo we were told to use it but this time we were told not to us this ammo until "Told to do so".
The week after I left the 117th AHC they were engaged in heavy action and two aircraft with seven crew members were KIA. As a result of that action my former unit was awarded a Presidential Unit Citation. Since I was not in the 117th at that time, I never wore a PUC on my uniform.

The 117th AHC (formerly the 8th Trans Co) was the second helicopter unit to arrive in Vietnam in late 1962 and they were the next to the last unit to leave Vietnam in 1973. The first was the 120th AHC (57th Trans. Co.) who was the first in and the last out.

UPDATED: "Million" vets are in DC to demand their monuments be opened
Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Metro News by Susan L Ruth

UPDATED: Thousands of protesters have arrived at the World War II memorial this morning to protest the closure of the memorials during the government shut down.
The protestors have removed the barriers and have entered the monument.
Senators Mike Lee - Utah and Ted Cruz - Texas as well as Sarah Palin were among the crowd that chanted “Tear down these walls” and sang patriotic songs according to local news coverage from WTOP, as the barriers were removed.
About 15 tractor trailer trucks from the Ride for the Constitution protest, which took place two days ago, but mostly turned out to be a non-event, have arrived at the memorial protest to lend their support to the veterans.
The truckers came down 17th street honking their horns while heading toward the Mall. Their forward progress was blocked by police barricades

Years from now when historians write about America in the early 21st century they will be astonished as the amount of baseless innuendos upon the first black president.

They will conclude that these malignant attacks were nothing but the last gasp of the old reactionary forces who realized that their racist world was coming to the end.

By 2050, minorities will be the majority in America. Minorities, classified as those of any race other than non-Hispanic, single-race whites, currently constitute about a third of the U.S. population, according to Census figures. But by 2042, they are projected to become the majority, making up more than half the population. By 2050, 54 percent of the population will be minorities.

Guessing this sonic guy intellectually curb smileyed him as well?

He must think it is unfair that he gets beat like the red headed step child of a rented mule by just about everyone he runs into.

He rationalizes this as them all being the same person. That way he doesn't have to come to the realization that he is truly at the bottom of the barrel.

I did notice that he didn't even bother to decline my challenge to prove what he was saying was true. Then again, I had absolutely zero confidence he could. That and... I cut off his only known route of escape. The trap/snare/dinner bell routine.

When I read LRS... I imagine a trailer park in the swamp, crappy fishing gear decaying on the porch and a minimum of two lawn ornaments he used to call vehicles. Inside, a shorter overweight version of Arnold Schwarzenegger without the muscles sitting in a rascal scooter illuminated by the soft glow of a boxy computer monitor.

One finger pounding away at a sticky keyboard, the other hand three quarters of the way down a crunch and munch box gingerly attempting to avoid tipping over a tumbler of orange kool-aid his assisted living nurse prepared for him.

He is cackling like the Penguin in one of those Tim Burton batman movies...

"MAHH..heh, dumazzedbasterd, aheh raggie...MAHhhh!"

Now... I know this is not true.
It is eighty percent accurate at best.

But it does help me feel bad for him. Which is why I am not more aggressive with him.

Allow me to correct you once again. America is tired of lying dumbazz DIMs! America is tired of Obobblehead. America is tired of this administration making a laughing stock of America! America is tired of no one being held accountable for their actions, such as Obobblehead, Killary, Holder, Reid, Lerner....etc.! Obobblehead's first term was "below average"? LMAO! Epic failure is much more like it. What will happen when the minorities realize they've been played by the DIMs? The DIMs aren't going to have a voting base, at all! DIMs couldn't cut it in the real world so they turn to politics. And, they suck at that too. Hey, remember this, "you lie"? LMAO!

Since, to the best of my knowledge, this Sonic has never posted here I can only imagine the extent of the beat down Romper may have received (or imagined). What ever it was seems to have left deep scars because his obsession with this non-exchange has been ongoing.

Hmmm. Romper also clings to "the dog ate my posts" fantasies. Sounds more and more like another "intellectual giant"
