At the time, Valerie Plame was not an undercover operative. Further more she could have easily bee reassigned within the CIA to a desk job. She resigned because she was eye-ball deep in her husband's lies about Iraq's attempt to get yellow cake from the country in Africa which is speed the same as the N-word.<quoted text>
"On July 14, 2003, Washington Post journalist Robert Novak, using information obtained from Richard Armitage at the US State Department, effectively ended Valerie Plame's career with the CIA (from which she later resigned in December 2005) by revealing in his column her identity as a CIA operative."
Plame's cover blown by the White House, Libby committed a FELONY and was convicted. And that has something to do with the lawsuit's dismissal 1 1/2 years later?
What is rouge smoking?
Libby was NOT convicted of blowing her cover!!! And the reason why her lawsuit was scuttled was because the CIA did not want to release classified material.
Oh, Why did Linda Tripp get illegally fired by DoD and why was she awarded a million dollar$ damages?!?
Yep, she was awarded three and a half years back pay with a promotion,$595k damages, was immediately illegible to retired, which she did, and was also awarded all reasonable legal expenses.
Linda Tripp retires with honor, Valeria Plame resigned under disgrace.
