Like the many scientists think we are entering another Little Ice Age?

Obama Warned of Impending Little Ice Age
by ROBERT on AUGUST 15, 2013

“Could be the equivalent of a nuclear winter.”

“Sleepy Solar Cycle Foretells Icy Decades Ahead,” say Friends of Science.“Global Cooling is more likely than Global Warming.”

A Little Ice Age is predicted based on solar patterns. It could be the equivalent of a nuclear winter, says Len Maier, president of Friends of Science.“At such a time, an abundance of carbon dioxide (CO2) would be a benefit. CO2 helps crops grow.”

NASA – Solar patterns are repeating themselves right now

The last “Little Ice Age,” from about 1350-1850, coincided with a period of very low sunspot activity, frigid temperatures and crop failures. NASA reports that such solar patterns are repeating themselves right now as the sun’s cycle 24 “maximum” peaks.

This winter and spring, snow storms blanketed the US and Europe in unexpected fury. This despite Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) scientists previous claims that global warming would make snowfall “a very rare and exciting event“.

Climate models issued by the IPCC overestimated the warming trends in the tropical atmosphere since 1979 by a factor four. Climatologist Roy Spencer from the University of Alabama in Huntsville calls this an “epic failure for the models“.

Governments not prepared for the food crisis

According to Maier, governments are not prepared for the food crisis that would result from global cooling – a 1 or 2 degree drop in temperature.

“Millions of acres of arable land would cease production,” says Maier.

The total solar magnetic flux impact on climate is about seven times greater than what is expected from solar heat changes alone.

“There is clear evidence that temperatures are slowly declining, as is solar activity,” says Friends of Science director Ken Gregory.

No global warming in 16 years

There’s been no global warming in 16 years despite a rise in CO2. The most recent leaked draft of the IPCC’s upcoming report admits there has been no global warming in 15+ years as does the UK Met weather office. Model projections of temperature and snowfall were ridiculously wrong.

I think it is funny that Libtards think mankind is more powerful than mother nature. If that is the case why do we not stop volcanic eruptions and earthquakes?
CO2 is way overrated as a greenhouse gas. The Libtards can not related the increase in solar activity from about 1957 until about 1997 to be the cause of a global warming trend.
By 2020 everyone will poopoo Global Warming.

Sun Oddly Quiet -- Hints at Next "Little Ice Age"?
Anne Minard
for National Geographic News
May 4, 2009
A prolonged lull in solar activity has astrophysicists glued to their telescopes waiting to see what the sun will do next—and how Earth's climate might respond.

The sun is the least active it's been in decades and the dimmest in a hundred years. The lull is causing some scientists to recall the Little Ice Age, an unusual cold spell in Europe and North America, which lasted from about 1300 to 1850.

The coldest period of the Little Ice Age, between 1645 and 1715, has been linked to a deep dip in solar storms known as the Maunder Minimum.

During that time, access to Greenland was largely cut off by ice, and canals in Holland routinely froze solid. Glaciers in the Alps engulfed whole villages, and sea ice increased so much that no open water flowed around Iceland in the year 1695.

But researchers are on guard against their concerns about a new cold snap being misinterpreted.

"[Global warming] skeptics tend to leap forward," said Mike Lockwood, a solar terrestrial physicist at the University of Southampton in the U.K.(Get the facts about global warming.)

Russian Scientist — New Little Ice Age Near

Forecasting a temperature drop in approximately 2014

Dr Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of space research at Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in St. Petersburg, Russia, is suggesting the next Grand Minimum in this paper: Bicentennial Decrease of the Total Solar Irradiance Leads to Unbalanced Thermal Budget of the Earth.

“From early 90s we observe bicentennial decrease in both the TSI and the portion of its energy absorbed by the Earth,” says Abdussamatov.“The Earth as a planet will henceforward have negative balance in the energy budget which will result in the temperature drop in approximately 2014.”

What do Global Warming promoters says about Global Warming? Ah, EVERYONE agrees. Well everyone knows that that is one big lie!!!

More Than 15,000 Scientists Protest Kyoto Accord; Speak Out Against Global Warming Myth
DOUGLAS HOUTS (1998.05.12 )

More than 15,000 scientists, two-thirds with advanced academic degrees, have now signed a Petition against the climate accord concluded in Kyoto (Japan) in December 1997. The Petition (see text below) urges the US government to reject the Accord, which would force drastic cuts in energy use on the United States. This is in line with the Senate Resolution, approved by a 95-to-0 vote last July, which turns down any international agreement that damages the economy of the United States while exempting most of the world’s nations, including such major emerging economic powers as China, India, and Brazil.

In signing the Petition within a period of less than six weeks, the 15,000 basic and applied scientists — an unprecedented number for this kind of document — also expressed their profound skepticism about the science underlying the Kyoto Accord. The atmospheric data simply do not support the elaborate computer-driven climate models that are being cited by the United Nations and other promoters of the Accord as “proof” of a major future warming. The covering letter enclosed with the Petition, signed by Dr. Frederick Seitz, president emeritus of Rockefeller University and a past president of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, states it well:

“The treaty is, in our opinion, based upon flawed ideas. Research data on climate change do not show that human use of hydrocarbons is harmful. To the contrary, there is good evidence that increased atmospheric carbon dioxide is environmentally helpful.”

This freely expressed vote against the warming scare propaganda should be contrasted with the claimed “consensus of 2500 climate scientists” about global warming. This facile and oft-quoted assertion by the White House is a complete fabrication. The contributors and reviewers of the 1996 report by the

UN-sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) actually number less than 2000, and only a small fraction — who were never polled — can claim to be climate scientists. Many of those are known to be critical of the IPCC report and have now become signers of the Petition.

“The ‘silent majority’ of the scientific community has at last spoken out against the hype emanating from politicians and much of the media about a ‘warming catastrophe.’ The Petition reflects the frustration and disgust felt by working scientists, few of whom have been previously involved in the ongoing climate debate, about the misuse of science to promote a political agenda,” said Dr. Seitz.

Wojar, wojar, you don't understand. Immigration lawyer and specialist LRS did point out that this "newborn infant" travelled on his mother's lap and therefore had no need to be "vetted" by Immigration. Also, his mother, a 100% red-blooded American, had somehow become an alien.
Are you intentionally trying to deceive or are you just terribly confused?

The INS counts every human who arrives regardless of whether they are adults, children or infants. A newborn baby would be required either to have a US visa on a foreign passport, and hence would be counted as foreign. Or she or he would have to have a US passport or be entered on the US passport of either the mother (which is usual) or the father, and hence that child would be counted as a US citizen.

A total of 21 people arrived in the USA from Kenya in 1961 and all but one of them came by sea, by ship. That means that unless Obama's mother traveled alone and had baby Obama sent by ship, or baby Obama traveled alone (which is damn unlikely), she and he would have had to have been among the 20 people who arrived by ship------and there were no direct scheduled ships from Kenya to Hawaii in those days. That, plus the birth certificate from Hawaii saying that he was born there, plus the Index Data, plus the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers (which could have been sent to the papers ONLY by the DOH of Hawaii, which in 1961 sent those notices only for births in Hawaii) makes it virtually impossible for Obama to have been born in Kenya.(And, BTW, the Kenyan government said that it investigated and that Obama certainly was NOT born in Kenya.)
