The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama 's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's ...
<quoted text> Trayvon may not have been a coward but he was stupid as anyone who lives in Florida knows that people can use deadly force to defend themselves. Oh, blacks make up about 16% of Florida's population but about a third of those who have claimed self defence, have been ruled justified!
The jurors were the stupid ones because the timeline and the phone calls do not match up, which proves Zimmerman was lying about Martin circling his vehicle.
Zimmerman is the coward who got away with it but will be found guilty and responsible for the wrongful death of Martin.
The preponderance of evidence against Zimmerman is overwhelming.
Jacques, Rap and Hip Hop are all about the beat. The beat goes on and on and on. Melody and harmony do not exist in their music anymore. Motown gave them a fighting chance, but they have lost their edge.
<quoted text> Hummm, no the police dispatcher did not tell him not to follow. He simply said, "We do not need you to do that". Tell me, do police officers follow suspects? How about store detective following suspected shop lifters? And he did not "pursue" him nor did he threaten to assault him. But Trayvon assaulted G.Z. because he was a "crazy ass cracker"!!! Yes, it was a racial motivated assault on the part of Trayvon!!!
Trent Lott, Ronald Reagan and Republican Racism Dec. 14, 2002 / http://tinyurl.com/d9w75 Southern Strategy: The race question has haunted Reagan and the GOP for decades The same could be said, of course, about such Republican heroes as, Barry Goldwater, Richard Nixon or George Bush the elder, all of whom used coded racial messages to lure disaffected blue collar and Southern white voters away from the Democrats. Yet it's with Reagan, who set a standard for exploiting white anger and resentment rarely seen since George Wallace stood in the schoolhouse door, that the Republican's selective memory about its race-baiting habit really stands out. http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,859...
No tears for Reagan June 8, 2004 / http://tinyurl.com/558r6l Excuse me if I don’t shed any tears over the passing of former President Ronald Reagan. While the news of the 40th president’s death brought on a flood of sentimentality over the nation’s media this past weekend, I could not help but recall what the Reagan presidency really meant for Black Americans. Similar to what occurred upon the death of Richard Nixon, amnesia has set upon journalists as they recall Reagan’s era; choosing to indulge in idol worship rather than serious reflection on the former president’s policies. http://www.blackamericatoday.com/article.cfm...
Ronald Reagan: The Great White Redeemer http://tinyurl.com/6jljhm / June 10 2004 Only 12 years elapsed between the glorious military victory over the Confederate Slave States in 1865 and the definitive defeat of Reconstruction in 1877. In many important respects, the Reconstruction period was even briefer than that. By 1870, when the last of the southern states ratified the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, Tennessee had already rejected biracial democracy and installed an all-white “Redeemer” government.“Redemption” then swept through Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. http://www.blackcommentator.com/94/94_cover_r...
Reagan's heart of darkness June 9, 2004 / http://tinyurl.com/3ckuq PRESIDENT Bush proclaimed: "Ronald Reagan believed that God takes the side of justice and that America has a special calling to oppose tyranny and defend freedom." In the first three days of news reports on the death of the former president, not a single major American newspaper, television station, or politician has dared to exhume this counterpoint to the Reagan's legacy: "Immoral, evil, and totally un-Christian." http://www.commondreams.org/views04/0609-03.h...

If that was the case, how did Trayvon get between G.Z. and his car? Did he circle back behind the houses? There is NO witness that can say it is not how G.Z. claims. In other words, G.Z. own words have not been proven false.
RE: complaints about minorities taking advantage of poor yankees... If it wasn't for minorities coming to the US you would all be broke and hungry.. Even now, Who picks all your agricultural products. Who really built America in the 20th C.. it was mainly the European immigrants that supported industry and services in the city. They had to work cheap and hard because they had no other choice. You just want them to keep doing that now.. to keep wiping your A--ses. Too bad, they are becoming more successful than you and now you're jealous and want to put them down. Truthfully, they work harder than you gun-totin', pickup driving, beer drinking, NFL watching, Republican voting red necks. Most minorities have always worked much harder than you.... you can only beat them by discrimination.
How about that Muslim that murdered a fireman in Toronto the other day? I guess he was a red neck Muslim!?!
<quoted text> Bush Republicans are antidemocratic with an attraction to authoritarianism. Liberals are always trying to enfranchise citizens and Bush Republicans always try to block some citizens from voting.( BLACKS & Latinos )! Liberals defend the Constitution and long standing institutions like Social Security and Medicare. Bush Republicans want the USA to go back to the Gilded Age and privatize Social Security and undo “The New Deal”!
Well, Bush Republicans are not Conservatives. Where as Conservatives want smaller governments the Country Club RINOs want big government. But it is you progressives (Socialists) who want even BIGGER GOVERNMENTS. Have you ever read any history books? I mean, did you comprehend what you read?!? I don't think so.

The girl on the stand proves Martin was trying to avoid Zimmerman in real-time on the phone.
She witnessed it and the jury did not believe her.

Ralph Nader wants to impeach Bush and Cheney and Obama, Pelosi, and Reid does not!
Nader Calls for Bush-Cheney Impeachment May 23, 2008 / http://tinyurl.com/5j3t3t Nader said the President has, "dishonored the White House and brought a pattern of waste." "A wasteful defense is a weak defense and a weak defense, inspires waste," Nader said. Surrounded by a handful of supporters, holding signs which read "From Katrina to Iraq, Colossal Failure," and "Resign Bush-Cheney, Like Nixon-Agnew," Nader charged that the President and Vice President are currently committing five impeachable offenses, on a daily basis, including: criminal use of offense against Iraq; condoned and approved systematic torture; arresting thousands of Americans -- denying them habeas corpus and violating attorney/client privilege; signing 800 signing statements, precluding the president from actually having to follow the laws he signs; and systematic spying on Americans without judicial approval. http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/...
Mr. Bush and the G.I. Bill May 26, 2008 / http://tinyurl.com/69thm5 President Bush opposes a new G.I. Bill of Rights. He worries that if the traditional path to college for service members since World War II is improved and expanded for the post-9/11 generation, too many people will take it. He is wrong, but at least he is consistent. Having saddled the military with a botched, un-winnable war, having squandered soldiers’ lives and failed them in so many ways, the commander in chief now resists giving the troops a chance at better futures out of uniform. He does this on the ground that the bill is too generous and may discourage re-enlistment, further weakening the military he has done so much to break. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/26/opinion/26m...

Your killing me with laughter my friend!
For 6 out of 8 years Bush and Cheney had a Republican House, a Republican Senate, Majority of Republican Governors, Majority of Republican State Houses all across America and still increased the size of government with the greatest deficits in all of American history.
Plus the Supreme Court has been a Republican majority for decades.
Enclosed is what Reagan did.
No Republican administration has balanced a budget since Eisenhower in 1957.
Dwight Eisenhower was last Republican President to preside over a balanced budget. He had a balanced budget in 1956 and 1957. Since then, there have been two presidents to preside over balanced budgets, LBJ in 1969 and Clinton in 1998 through 2001. During the last 40 years there have been five budget surpluses, all five were under Democratic Presidents: 1969, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001.
A jury has found Jennifer Mee, who is better known as Hiccup Girl, guilty of first degree felony murder in the shooting death of Shannon Griffin.
Mee will spend the rest of her life behind bars without the possibility of parole.
As the verdict was read, Mee broke down in tears and began crying hysterically. Her defense team had hoped the jury would convict her on a lesser charge like manslaughter or accessory to murder.
Mee's mother was unable to make it back into the courtroom for the verdict. By the time she arrived, she found her daughter handcuffed and in tears. She later learned from family members that her daughter would spend the rest of her life in prison.
Mee's mother declined to talk to media.
Mee has 30 days to appeal her conviction. If she chooses to do so, she will go with the public defender.
Her attorney, John Trevena, also declined to comment to ABC Action News.
Griffin's mother and cousin did express their relief at the guilty verdict.
What do Obama and Osama have in common? They both have friends who bombed the Pentagon!
What do the Bin Laden family and the Bush family have in common? They are long-time friends, one unleashed 3 packed airliners into buildings in New York and Washington, one crashed in a Penn field and their close friend, GWB, invaded Iraq under false pretenses that saw 4500 G.I.s killed, 32,000 maimed and over 150,000 Iraqis killed and 1 million maimed. Yes, good friends those two families.
And you come up with a myth on Osama-Obama, a rumour, a calumny whereas you cannot dispute the Bush/Bin Laden link.
I told you fools this was coming! BlackBerry Ltd.(BBRY) is eliminating a third of its staff and scaling back operations after quarterly sales missed analysts’ estimates by half, a sign of quickening deterioration at the already struggling smartphone maker,And the economy as well! The worst is yet to come! America I hope you enjoy paying for your colossal mistake!
Wrong. As usual. the smartphone business is doing quite well, thank you. As is the DJIA, though it did trip yesterday (now Rogue can have good weekend).
Blackberry is a Canadian company. It was, 4 years ago, at the top of the heap smart - phone wise, with cypher applications that were unrivalled and a worldwide network that reached near-perfection. Even President Obama had one. Then it got complacent, much like Nortel, and just glided along , skimped on research and lo and behold, before it could look back, Apple, Samsung, Nokia, in the fast lane, passed Blackberry, still looking over its shoulder but no one there, they were all in front. Now Blackberry, like stupid Kodak, Remington, and so many others, no vision, therefore no future. Sad, the soon-to-come passing of Blackberry. We were quite proud of our "little" company. Now it's doomed. And the present financial climate had zilch to do with it.
