US and Philippine patent terms are generally for 20 years from filing date. Though US does provide for patent term extension due to certain delays during examination.

{"The terms far right, or extreme right, describe the broad range of political groups and ideologies usually taken to be further to the right of the mainstream center-right on the traditional left-right spectrum. Far right politics commonly involves support for social inequality and social hierarchy, elements of social conservatism and opposition to most forms of liberalism and socialism. Both terms are also used to describe Nazi and fascist movements, and other groups who hold extreme nationalist, chauvinist, xenophobic, racist, religious fundamentalist or reactionary views.[1] The most extreme right-wing movements have pursued oppression and genocide against groups of people on the basis of their alleged inferiority.[2]"}

Libertarians are authentic Conservatives and not RINOs like 99% of the Republican party, The Bush Family, and Ronald Reagan.

Amidst all the cries of Barack Obama being the most prolific big government spender the nation has ever suffered, Marketwatch is reporting that our president has actually been tighter with a buck than any United States president since Dwight D. Eisenhower.
In fiscal 2010 (the first Obama budget) spending fell 1.8% to $3.46 trillion. In fiscal 2011, spending rose 4.3% to $3.60 trillion. In fiscal 2012, spending is set to rise 0.7% to $3.63 trillion, according to the Congressional Budget Office’s estimate of the budget that was agreed to last August. Finally in fiscal 2013 — the final budget of Obama’s term — spending is scheduled to fall 1.3% to $3.58 trillion. Read the CBO’s latest budget outlook.

Democracy Corps has a very interesting survey about the worldview of conservative Republicans. The focus group interviews show that the Republican right, which consists of about a fifth of the electorate, is held together by a set of beliefs that goes well beyond small government and traditional values. "Our groups showed that they explicitly believe [Obama] is purposely and ruthlessly executing a hidden agenda to weaken and ultimately destroy the foundations of our country," reports the survey. Conservatives further believe that Obama’s policies are not merely misguided but "purposely designed to fail."
Conservatives pundits tend to be extremely touchy about the subject of right-wing paranoia. In response to a typically measured column by E.J. Dionne early this week ("Middle-income men, especially those who are not college graduates, have borne the brunt of economic change bred by both globalization and technological transformation," he sensibly observed), George W. Bush’s former minister of propaganda, Peter Wehner, exploded at Dionne’s "condescension." Wehner lashed back:

Facts, facts, smhacts, birthers and tea partyers and Obama-haters don't want facts, N of C, they want anti-Obama made-up figures, like Rogue posts them and then disappears. This is what they thrive on, this is what they adore and most of them would love to spite even themselves by having the U.S. default and declare "Chapter 11", just to spite this BLACK guy and his family in the WHITE House. This is the true meaning of "usurper" to birthers : BLACK guy and his family in the WHITE House. Performance, good or bad,(which is not exactly sterling these days) is NOT a factor.

Far left agenda was pushed during the Bush year and yes even during the Reagan years. Republicans didn't have control of Congress. Do you really believe that if Reagan was as corrupt as Obama or was willing to ignore the Constitution like Obama does then much of the Democrat agenda from the past thirty five years would have come to fruition. The republicans of today share the same morals,values and principles as the republicans of a hundred fifty years ago,unfortunately many democrats have no conscience.

You prove my point when you use new terms added to the dictionary that were not there forty years ago,and in many cases five or six years ago. If next Wednesday Obama makes you eat dirt for breakfast and on Thursday he changes the definition of dirt to food that doesn't mean that dirt is really food.
