P.S.: Incidentally, have I not always claimed that most nations with a lower gun-killing rate are just as violent as the US? You can't read, ignoramus, I wrote it this very morning, to wit that no nation is more or less violent than the US, but the easy access to guns makes for more gun killings, or words to that effect.

Let me look for it , and I wrote if BEFORE your post

Part of a post I wrote this morning. Can you read it and conclude that I stated that US are no better or NO worst (worse) than any other nations' citizens. Also, "Are we better and more law-abiding? No. No more no less, but we have gun controls and except in extremely rare cases, handguns are NOT allowed.
"

. I've oft-repeated, but you prefer to ignore it, that US citizens are no better and NO worst than other nation's citizens. But give free and easy access to guns and you have the situation you are in, as ALL humans will act violently, no matter what country, if a firearm is at hand if they want to get even with the world, with the wife, brothers, sister, co-worker etc. Did you notice the difference in shading between the US and Western Europe, Japan, NX ,Australia, and Canada. Ever question why there is such a contrast? Are we better and more law-abiding? No. No more no less, but we have gun controls and except in extremely rare cases, handguns are NOT allowed.

If I understand you correctly, I even have no right to say the U.S, is the third most populous country on earth because I'm not American. Really?
I can walk among you. I have. Enjoyed it most of the time, but then, they were not like you. They had sane and intelligent replies even when we disagreed.
I can interact with you and citizens of many other nations. I have.
I can't vote, you're right, but I can't have an opinion?
That you don't care who I am is the typical reply of someone who can't...reply. "My ball, you won't let me win, I'm taking it home with me" would precisely describe who and what you are.
Ye jus ain't that brite, is you? "I don't care who you are" is a common phrase used in all type of situations. It doesn't speak to anyone in particular (LMAO). Beginning in November, hundreds of National Security Agency technology specialists will walk out the doors of the super-secret Puzzle Palace in Fort Meade, Md., ending their careers as federal workers. But nearly all will return the next day to do the same jobs they did before, as contractors under the largest outsourcing ever conducted by an intelligence agency. The agency announced in July that a team of contractors, led by Computer Sciences Corp. of El Segundo, Calif., and Logicon, a Northrop Grumman subsidiary in Herndon, Va., would take over the management and support of the agency's nonmission-critical computers, networks and telephone systems. One of the largest IT outsourcing pacts in government-it's worth at least $2 billion and as much as $5 billion-NSA's Project Groundbreaker contract reflects a growing recognition by agencies that private companies can provide better IT support at lower prices than federal workers can.

You may not agree with Hillary Clinton and Obama, but to say they were or are disasters is too easy, too generalizing. You may disagree with them on a lot of things, and yes, there is much to disagree about, but to call them disasters in their entirety? Nope.
As to McCain, a lot of stuff I don't like coming from him, but he is far from being what you disparagingly and unnecessarily call a "bumbling idiot". He is not . A lot of what he advances I happen to agree with. I can cross over party lines when it's obvious I should. McCain has done the right thing a number of times.
Very few and far in between my friend.

They all are disasters going back to Reagan in 1980.

The job in Congress is to benefit their corporate masters.

This is what they constantly think about proven by half a year they are on the phones seeking funds from them.

You are too kind in your assessment of them.

I know they are the lesser of two evils, but still evil.

Isn't that the GOP mantra, outsource gov't jobs to private industry so that our tax dollars go from the treasury to their pockets.

BTW did you notice the date, 10 days before 9/11. Guess outsourcing really works.

I suspect that there is a covert effort on the part of the GOP hierarchy to have our public school system fail, so that they can champion school vouchers. We can also look at what a great job Haliburton did in Iraq, supplying the troops and rebuilding the infrastructure. Where did all those billions go? Same for our prison system. That does not say much about the Green Party, does it?!?
<quoted text>
Bob Barr is a Libertarian who ran as a Republican just like Ron and Rand Paul. Libertarians are ultra-Conservatives of physical issues but ultra-Liberal of Social and Religious issues.
Cynthia McKenny is an ultra-Progressives all on three issues. So exactly what soe Bob and Cynthia have in common?
In 2008 read the platforms of both Ron Paul and Ralph Nader.

Both are in agreement of much more than they disagree.

I am talking big issues not small.

You have to be a corrupt liar to be nominated by Republicans and Democrats.

Recent history proves me correct.

Since 2000 Ron Paul was the only truth teller running for president on the Republican side. Not so sure of the year.

Same is true of Kucinich, Gravel, and Buddy Roemer on the Democratic side.

ALL THE REST WERE CORPORATE HACK PROSTITUTE LIARS.

The sad truth is most Americans do not agree with me and continue to vote against their interests.

You hit a home run my friend with this post.

One little tweak,

Both parties are responsible.

Follow the money and it almost always leads to the truth.

Prisons are very lucrative businesses in the USA.

Same with our Defense industry.

On the other side of the spectrum we have the big industry trying to save money at the expense of our citizenry.

Pilots: Cockpits remain vulnerable to terrorist assault
September 10, 2007 http://tinyurl.com/2at7dk
WASHINGTON (CNN)-- If one hardened cockpit door is good, would two barriers be even better?
Many airline pilots believe the answer is "yes," and are hoping to reinvigorate efforts to require so-called "secondary barriers" on every commercial plane in the country.
Pilots praise the hardened cockpit doors mandated after 9/11, saying they have done as much as anything to protect aircraft from terrorist assaults. But planes remain vulnerable for short periods of time during some flights when pilots go to the lavatory, get meals or, on long flights, change out crews.
Currently, flight attendants sometimes block the aisle with beverage carts to prevent possible terrorists from rushing the cockpit. But pilots believe the barriers -- relatively inexpensive gates that would be deployed before pilots come out of the cockpit -- would solve that vulnerability./ http://www.cnn.com/2007/TRAVEL/09/10/protecti...

Its amazing how fast your crowd changes their position.....President Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen when he was born. That was never in dispute. But the birthers claim of his being born in Kenya made him ineligible to be President.

But now that Cruz was born in Canada, the fact that his mother was an American citizen is all that matters.

BTW, Let's face it, no amount of evidence, bar a time machine to transport you back to President Obama's birth would suffice to prove he was born in Hawaii. We have an Affidavit from the governor attesting to his birth in Hawaii, we have a newspaper clipping announcing his birth and we have his birth certificate....

but in your mind, there was a vast conspiracy back in 1961 to elect a man who wasn't a citizen to the oval office in 2008
