Now I wonder if the Martin family will try and sue George Zimmerman? Remember, all the stuff that was not allowed during the criminal trial will come out!

In a 1997 civil trial, a jury found [O.J.] Simpson liable for the wrongful death of [Ronald] Goldman and awarded $33 million (USD) in damages to the Goldman family.

On Halliburton's move to Dubai, you wrote :
"1) Most of their customers are not in the U.S.
2) They escape most of America's taxes.
3) The Democrats in Congress can no longer frog march them in for hearings!"
Stupid Al Capone and the ensuing Mafia. They could've avoided all of the above had they moved to Dubai.
Thanks for correcting me on the 6-yr-old move to Dubai. BTW, you had firstly said they had moved to Saudi Arabia. Hmmm, would that have made it more humane?(LMAO LRS tm reg'd).
Could you kindly showed where I said Halliburton had moved first to Saudi Arabia because I don't think I have ever said that.
Ans it is strange you compare Halliburton to Al Capone. Why should Halliburton pay taxes to the U.S. for services provided outside of the United States? Most countries, to include Canada, do not tax their companies that do that!

But if it were not for companies like Halliburton, she might have been executed as there must be TWO witnesses to a rape IAW Islamic Law. And a Muslim guy will never get seriously punished for anything he does to a Christian or Jew.
But Halliburton is there because that is where their customers.
Oh, do you know who is the world's largest oil field service company is? It is Schlumberger from ..... France. And they are big in ... Iran. But you Libards will only talk about Halliburton because their CEO use to be ..... Dick Cheney!!!
The raped Norwegian was released thanks to Halliburton?

You're glad you never worked in Saudi Arabia after all because Saddam invaded Kuwait? Er, explain that one again, please.

There must be 4 witnesses, not two and one must be closely related to the rapist. Do you know any non-Muslim, or for that matter, most Muslims, who approve of such medieval laws?

So, Schlumberger is the biggest and...French. That does not justify their presence in Iran. Or unjustify it. Oh wait, when did Iran last attack or invade the US or any of its possession? Do you know how the Shah was installed? Check your history books, Rogue.

Oh, is Schlumberger the only western company working in Iran at the moment? Have you even checked?

Would you go hunting with Dick Cheney? Remember, he shoots you, it's YOUR fault.

Can you name one American that was sent to a Concentration Camp for that? Ever heard of Quakers and Amish?

No, no, Rogue. Your habitual no-reply and childish response, notably to change the subject is non-receivable. I asked you about the anti-Zimmerman riots which you so often and loudly predicted. What about them? Are the New Black Panthers involved? Is Obama leading them front and centre?

I have a family friend who was brought up on a farm in Indiana and was a young teenager when WWII started. His family pride was the stand of walnut trees that lined their long driveway to the farm house.
Not long after the war started a government man went to his parents and said they needed to sell their walnut trees to the government for $50 for each tree and his parents agreed. It would take another twenty years for the new trees to grow like the old ones had been.
Now, he could have gone to court here in the U.S. but at least he would not have been sent off to a concentration camp. But somehow Jacqueau seems to equate America to Hitler's Nazi Germany?!?
I would liken the IRS, EPA and OSHA under Obama to being more like Hitler's Nazis.

You wrote about a year ago that Halliburton had moved to S.Arabia. Why should I make that up? And no, not looking it up.

And what is the difference, anyhow, where Cheney's baby moved, except that Saudi Arabia had 16 of the 18 terrorists aboard those 4 ill-fated planes, or is that 3, unless they had passengers on the missile that hit the Pentagon? Yup, and there was the Saudi prince at the Texas White House and 2 days later, hundreds of Saudis flying out in spite of a total ban on ALL flights except military. Hmm, moved to Dubai. A lesser evil, I suppose. Hope their women behave and don't go getting raped.

Er,as far as I know, no American industrialist went to camp for whatever is "that".

I was spoofing you, Rogue, and again you didn't get it. Hitler was not a socialist or communist or capitalist or anything except a cold-blooded racist murderer, as per his kin, Stalin. Those people don't give a damn about socialism or capitalism. They want to rule, period, and nobody better get in their way.

You do know that Pope Benedict XVI was put in a Concentration Camp because he would not join the Hitler Youth, don't you?!?(he turned 18 just as the war was ending) Sure it was not the same type of Concentration Camps the Jews were sent to, but it was a CC just the same.

Spoof, Rogue, Spoof. But, one thing that they shared was ordering most manufacturing plants to cut all non-essential civilian production (cars, even, and etc), order them to only build war machinery and thereby guarantee them insane profits, no competition.

Ever heard of Japanese-AMERICAN arrests and containment camps, Rogue? Those people were Americans. Sent to camps, all property and monetary assets seized and NEVER RETURNED. No reparations. Meek apologies 50 years later. Shame on you. Better, or worse yet, we in Canada followed your lead and did the same. Shame on us.

Oh, I met a half French-half Dutch man who was imprisoned on Borneo during WWII at age 13 by the Japanese. His mother worked at the French embassy and was allowed to continue to work under the Vichy government but his father was sent to a work camp in the forests. The son was caught passing messages and was then imprisoned near his dad running errands for the Japanese.
He was given two cups of rice a day and he said he survived by planting peppers and beans (for their B1 vitamins). He also would give the peppers and beans to his dad who he saw on a regular bases.

Oh, rice has no vitamin B1.

History: Beriberi

Etymology
The origin of the term 'beriber' comes from a Sinhalese phrase meaning "weak, weak" or "I cannot, I cannot", the word being duplicated for emphasis.

In 1630, a Dutch physician named Jacob de Bondt (Jacobus Bontius; 1591-1631) encountered the disease while working in Java. In the first known description of beriberi, he wrote, "A certain very troublesome affliction, which attacks men, is called by the inhabitants beriberi (which means sheep). I believe those, whom this same disease attacks, with their knees shaking and the legs raised up, walk like sheep. It is a kind of paralysis, or rather tremor: for it penetrates the motion and sensation of the hands and feet indeed sometimes of the whole body."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe Ratzinger was sent to a concentration camp. I do know that he did join the Hitler Youth in 1941. Did he ever leave it? Was he put in a concentration camp on account of his leaving? Please enlighten us on this, the Pope's murky past.

Oh, I am aware of the Vatican banking scandals. Yes, they needed a fresher face from outside the Vatican to clean it up.
Did Pop Benedict XVI cause the problem or was he turning a bland eye to the problem?
Obama seems to be doing that on all of their phaux scandals that are going on in his administration!

I have no opinion. I was asking you. BTW, I don't know why he said he was resigning. But you seem to know. Please tell us. Oh, must have been a good reason, as he was the first pope in over 600 years to not die in office.

Investigations are under way, Rogue. Be patient, you'll soon know the real reason. In the meantime, YOU tell us.
