COPIED FROM:
wtf - KY

This uproar over false facts and a jury's decision is just another test. There have been quite a few tests over the years since Obama has been "acting" as president. Many scandals and coverups and lies and cheating and bullying and bribing. Just look at how the largest piece of tax legislation in our country's history was voted into law by democrats that didn't even bother to read what they were forcing on every man, woman and child in the United States of America.

When we the people are upset the politicians look to see how much we will take before we do something about it. Our reactions dictate what the politicians will attempt to do next. The dems falsely accused the Tea Party members of being violent racists and worse than the Taliban. Did Americans stand up and demand that the truth be told? No. Hollywood jumped on the bandwagon and away they ran with the false accusations against Tea Party members. Dems got away with that one and moved on to the next one. There was no big fuss when a Border Patrol Agent was murdered with a gun that the WH sent to the drug cartel. There was no big fuss when Obama was partying with the richest 1%er rappers in Hollywood the next morning after 4 American men were tortured and murdered in Benghazi. There was no big fuss when the IRS was found to be discriminating against the Tea Party Organizations across the US. There was no big fuss when Holder lied to a Judge to get a Federal warrant against a Fox News reporter and his elderly parents. No big deal when Obama had a low-level employee announce that the corporations/ businesses part of Obamacare would be delayed for a year. Gotta hide the Obamacare job-killing factor from we the people until after the midterm elections. No biggie. No big fuss about dirty Harry Reid and Nutsy Pelosi running our country into the sewer or about Obama's spending problem which has enslaved our kids into debt of which they will never rise out of again.

All these things and many more and no big fuss from we the people. The latest lies and attempt at pulling the race card is just one more test to see how we the people react. If we react the way the dems believe we will...they will move on to their next conquest.

Politicians are liars and they are crooks and they are dirty. That is the norm and that doesn't excuse their behavior but it is expected from them. The sad part is we the people have dumbed ourselves down for this man and his horrible agenda. We don't say or do anything because we know from the president on down we will be labeled as racists especially if we are from the South. It works, right? So why wouldn't they do it?

The reason they won't stop with the egging on of the TM/GZ case is because they want to see what their people will do when frenzied by the governments accusations and what we the people will do about another fake disaster created by the politicians.

It really is up to we the people to save our country so our kids will be able to live in freedom and a just nation. So far we are doing exactly what they predicted we would do. Nothing! That's why the midterms are so important. Obama can't do whatever he wants to do if there is a majority in the Senate and the House. He will be forced to actually participate in the legal presidential/political process, for once!

Sorry Rogue, but she explained very clearly what she meant and as usual she lied through her teeth and made absolutely no sense. Of course you’re welcome to try and reframe her ludicrous comments so that they do. Good luck with that!

I noticed not a single Zimmerman defender commented on this post.
http://www.topix.com/forum/state/ca/TC6SGHF80...

Here’s a SYG case where the victim’s own 8 year old daughter testified for the defense and the shooter was still found guilty of manslaughter. Of course in this case the shooter was black and the victim white.
http://video.search.yahoo.com/video/play;_ylt...

Dooley, a 71-year-old part-time bus driver, is on trial for aggravated manslaughter with a firearm.

Dooley got into a fight with David James over a skateboarder who was practicing on the same basketball court where James was playing with his daughter, Danielle. Dooley told the teenager skateboarder, Spencer Arthur, to get off the court.
James defended the teen, and the two men began fighting, then wrestling on the ground. Seconds later, David James was dead, shot by the 71-year-old.

Dooley says he was simply defending himself and that James, twice his size, was choking him. Dooley said he had no choice but to fire the gun that he had taken out of his right pocket.

Dooley's doctors took the stand one by one Friday morning as defense witnesses, painting a picture for the jury of a frail man with multiple physical problems, someone who would never intentionally look for a fight with a young veteran twice his size.

Danielle James told attorneys in a February hearing that her father went after Trevor Dooley, telling them that Mr. Dooley "did not want to get into a fight."
Dooley faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.

But I doubt if race played a role in this case.

Trevor Dooley's neighbors moving out
8:29 AM, Feb 12, 2013

Spring Hill, Florida - Trevor Dooley walked out of the Orient Road Jail on Monday evening calmly. A few months ago the 72 year old was convicted of manslaughter in what some have called the "skateboarder shooting."

Dooley received an eight year prison sentence for killing Valrico father David James after the two argued over a skateboarder being on a neighborhood basketball court. David James' daughter was there when the shooting happened.

A judge allowed Dooley to post bail and go free for a time due to his age and the fact that he hasn't been in trouble with the law. The bond amount is $100,000, which means Dooley had to give a bail bondsman $10,000.

Monday evening Trevor Dooley left the Orient Road cell he'd been staying at. He was escort to a GPS office where he was briefed on how the tracking device works. Then a deputy drove him to his Spring Hill home.

His wife Patricia Dooley didn't want to talk to 10 News when we walked up to the door and asked her her thoughts on her husband's release. She said, "Absolutely not. I'm sorry."

Now this article has more but I still question it as the witness was the dead man's (please note I did not say victim as I do not know if he was) ten year old daughter and they did not mention any other witness.
And anyway, If Zimmerman had been convicted, he too would have had the right to appeal. But you did not prove that the color of his skin was the reason why he was convicted and that is race baiting!!!

'Stand Your Ground' defense denied for Trevor Dooley in 2010 death of David James in Valrico

She said she did not see Dooley’s gun until he took it out during the altercation. She also said her father was "on top" of Dooley at one point "to keep him down so he could actually get the answer" about where the sign was.

According to Florida's Stand Your Ground law enacted in 2005, a person is allowed to used deadly force if they feel bodily injury or death is imminent.

According to Monday's ruling, "...the evidence showed that Mr. James had not been threatening or aggressive in any way toward Defendant, although he did appear to be shocked, defensive, loud, upset and agitated. It was not until Defendant reached for and pulled out his weapon - indicating an intent to escalate from an argument to violence - that Mr. James exerted and used physical force against Defendant."

How do you know I am totally unaware of the pillars of Islam? Where did Jesus a person MUST donate money? He did say they should, but I do not see where he said they MUST. Jesus believed in self determination.
Is it best to force some one to do charity or just allow they do do what charity they want to do and let God judge their hearts. And is it charity if you force someone to give money? Forcing someone to give money is a TAX, not charity.
How many welfare recipients thanks us taxpayers? Very few while most demand I give them more of the money I earned. Only in America can a person be considered to be poor and have three Obama phones!

But did you read what I just wrote? I did not call the dead man a victim! Why? Because it may have been in self defence. And how credible is a ten year old daughter who is testifying about something that happened when she was seven?
I see problems with this conviction but I do not see any racial aspect. Did the bead man attack him because he was black? Or did he attack him because he banished a gun and thought he might be shot and tried to get the gun away from him.
Was Trevor on the phone talking to a police dispatcher like GZ was? A boy skateboarding in a tennis court does not seem to be as bad as someone who looks like he might be staking out a burglary.
I see a lot of unanswered questions here and I have no firm opinion. And if one has no firm opinion, there is reasonable doubt which means "Not guilty"!
Most 71 y/o men to not attack younger, more fit men. Like I said, I did not watch any of that trial so I am not in a position to judge

Tell us, do you get any tax deductions? How many tax deductions did GE get last year? I believe the IRS will not give someone a farm exemption if they decide you are really just a hobbyist.
A lot of people by a five acre lot, put up a house, garage, etc. and then put two goats on their property to claim a farm exemption. O.J. Simpson did that here in Florida which not only gave him a farm exemption but also protected more of his property from garnishment for the civil lawsuit he lost.
We have about 100 million Americans who are on food stamps. Do they all need it? Many game the system just like O.J. who put two goats on his property to claim it was a farm.
\My older brother, the dirt ball, won $25,000 but to stay on welfare he could not have that much cash so he bought things like $500 Tony Llama boots (cowboy Nikis) and all kinds of shit. He also totally rebuilt his old pickup as if he had to new of a PU, that would have been held against his welfare claim. I "think" at the time you could not own a vehicle that was worth more than about $7,000 and remain on welfare so he did major work to his old PU instead of buying a newer one.
Yes, my older brother is a leach off our society. It is surprising that he has lived to be 63 as all of us brothers and sisters thought he would have died years ago of substance abuse. But he does have a loving wife who is the best thing that ever happened to him during his adult life, I know he has lived through at least three major car wrecks in which he was probably drunk in all three. I am really glad he has not killed someone in one of those accidents. He can no longer drive because he is legally blind, thank God.
