DOES THIS POLICE OFFICER’S TESTIMONY SERIOUSLY DAMAGE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTION’S CASE FOR SECOND DEGREE MURDER?
When asked if Zimmerman showed any anger or animosity towards Martin when he talked about him, Officer Doris Singleton — the first person to extensively interview Zimmerman at the police station — testified,“no.” That “no” could prove problematic for the prosecution. Prosecutors must show that Zimmerman acted with ill will or a depraved mind in order to get a second-degree murder conviction.
Second degree murder in Florida is defined as follows:“The unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated by any act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual, is murder in the second degree and constitutes a felony of the first degree, punishable by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life or as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.”
In redirect-examination, the prosecution came back and suggested that it is impossible for Singleton to see into Zimmerman’s mind and determine that he had no ill will toward Trayvon Martin.
Not backing down, the defense followed up yet again in recross-examination, asking Singleton, not to speculate, but to say whether there was any evidence to suggest that Zimmerman had a depraved mind or ill will on the night of the shooting. Once again, she said no.
...

Just because this is from the blaze doesn't mean it's one sided!
IT IS the truth of what she said!
Gonna snuggle & read a novel :)...
Awww, isn't that cute? "When asked if Zimmerman showed any anger or animosity towards Martin when he talked about him, Officer Doris Singleton — the first person to extensively interview Zimmerman at the police station — testified,“no.” That “no” could prove problematic for the prosecution. "
Why, Zimmerman and Martin, if we believe the former's testimony, were almost buddies. And how generous of Zimmerman to show no anger towards the dead Martin. Bet Martin is grateful for that and heaping blessings from on high on Zimmerman.

Because "Libtards" were not there, and neither were you. What's this "coward" language every time someone calls your bluff. You weren't there either, so what're you talking about?

You're serious? The guy was "flexing his muscles and swinging his fists. " and was shot and killed for doing that and shooter acquitted? Where the hell was that, in a war zone?

You will always find a few people who get upset that their buddies were killed or wounded and have to blame it on someone.
By the way, did the Japanese inform us before they attacked us? You don't warn your enemy you are about to attack!
Are you familiar with the two Army Blackhawks that were shot down over Iraq by two USAF F-15s killing 26 people?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1994_Black_Hawk_...
Did anyone get punished? The AWAC commander should have been convicted as he knew that they were in the area but did not tell the F-15s.
Stop it, Rogue. The Liberty was an AMERICAN ship, clearly identified as such. And the Israelis attacked knowing exactly who the ship belonged to. Like they did that UN observation post 10 years ago, huge UN white signs painted on the roof and flags all over. Why don't you come to YOUR country's defence on this, specially that all the evidence points to an al-out attack on a clearly-recognizable US ship. And tell us , Rogue who beside Americans would have that kind of sophisticated warship?

You brand everyone a coward when they don't agree with you. What do you call someone, namely you, who inveighs against his own country in time of war? Does it being with a big "T"?

Remember the Democrat argument that there is a "Culture of corruption" within the Bush administration? Well, anyone who is willing to be honest will admit that the 'culture of corruption' within the Obama administration is 100 times worse.
Obviously, you're simply another Lib drone who is part of the problem.
It is your ilk that is destroying America.
Dream on XCaliber with your 100 times worse culture of corruption. Delusions are a dime a dozen, but hanging corruption on the Obama administration has proven to be a bit more difficult. Just ask Darryl Issa.

In a way Japan was going to warn us that something was going to happen.
The Japanese intend to break off negotiations (they did not intend to issue a formal declaration of war) at 1 pm Washington time, 30 minutes before the attack. However, the typist for the Japanese ambassador is slow, and cannot decode the 14th part fast enough. A final attempt to warn Pearl Harbor is stymied by poor atmospherics and bungling when the telegram is not marked urgent; it will be received by Pearl Harbor after the attack. The incoming Japanese fighter pilots are pleasantly surprised when there isn't even any anti-aircraft fire as they approach the base. As a result, the squadron leader radios in the code phrase marking that complete surprise for the attack has been achieved: "Tora, Tora, Tora.
I shall give a propagandist reason for starting the war- never mind whether it is plausible or not.

The victor will not be asked afterward whether he told the truth or not.

In starting and waging a war it is not right that matters, but victory.

Some Iraq Analysts Felt Pressure From Cheney Visits
June 5, 2003 / http://tinyurl.com/kjcxxys
Vice President Cheney and his most senior aide made multiple trips to the CIA over the past year to question analysts studying Iraq's weapons programs and alleged links to al Qaeda, creating an environment in which some analysts felt they were being pressured to make their assessments fit with the Bush administration's policy objectives, according to senior intelligence officials.
With Cheney taking the lead in the administration last August in advocating military action against Iraq by claiming it had weapons of mass destruction, the visits by the vice president and his chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, "sent signals, intended or otherwise, that a certain output was desired from here," one senior agency official said yesterday.

American corrupt corporate media filter 101:
Clear Channel is hardwired into the Bush political machine. The company co-chair is Tom Hicks, who purchased the Texas Rangers baseball team in 1998 from Bush Jr. That deal made Bush Junior a multi-millionaire. Michael Powell is a neo-confederate of the worst kind. He tried to hijack the FCC to deregulate and give away the public airwaves to his corporate cronies. Expecting Fox News to report real news is about as silly as waiting for Dick Cheney and George Bush to tell the truth. Clinton / Gore Telecommunications Act of 1996 sponsored giveaway of our public airwaves removed long-standing restrictions. Rupert Murdoch owns Fox. General Electric owns NBC, MSNBC, CNBC. Time Warner AOL owns CNN. Disney owns ABC. Viacom owns CBS. All Corporate Media doing $Billions with the Pentagon for over 60 years.

Silvio Berlusconi was the prime minister of Italy and owns state television networks, radio stations, three of Italy’s four commercial television networks, two big publishing houses, two national newspapers, fifty magazines, Italy’s largest movie and distribution company. Rupert Murdoch just happens to be Silvio Berlusconi’s best friend and as of July 31, all of Italy’s satellite hookups were switched automatically to Murdoch’s Sky Italia.
