I know Jacques accuses of us Birthers of plagiarism so I will accuse you. This is obviously taken from Wikipedia. Why can you not admit it is not your work?
But you also did not post the second paragraph. WHY? I know. As it shows who in the Israel government was punished!
<quoted text>
Now, did they intend to kill Americans, Brits, etc. or did they attempt to do minor damage to their property? Now planting bombs is not good but there is a lesser of two evils.
I would say yes they did intend American & Brits. Look Israel did not care if they died. All that would have done is bolster their claims.

Also look what they did to the u.s.s liberty

Who's "we"? You? You think you represent the majority of American citizens? Not so. And were it so, it would be most alarming.

Ever heard of Harvey Milk? Ever heard of that gay schoolboy who was tied to a fence, tortured and killed? Ever heard of attacks on gays, all the killings by hating Nazis like you?
What happened with these preachers, harassed and beaten by GAYS, IF not staged) is the exception to the rule as gays are , usually, non-violent and non-criminal. Nonetheless, if it did happen, it's sad and inexcusable but hey, as opposed to killings of gays, preachers were not killed.
Your point? Here's a quarter!

toejuice, why don't you post the section that explains very clearly how the initial aggressor can end up being the one claiming self-defense? Got a pair tuna boy? LMAO! Poor, lil toejuice is mad because he doesn't like the way the law was written! LMAO! You poor lil loser.
You mean the part that specifies how the initial aggressor can avail himself under justifications under preceding sections? Geez, I don't see where 776.041 negates case law under 776.012 or where 776.013 ("stand-your-ground" ) is available as a defense after defendant has WAIVED his right to defense under 776.013.

Duh!

According to play law "justification described in the preceding sections" really means "justification stripped of all statutory and case law limitations per the preceding sections."

The real world doesn't operate according to play law.

What this means, Dufus, is that if the court holds 776.012 defense unavailable to initial aggressor, then initial aggressor must rely on 776.013.

So please explain Dufus, how Zimmerman under 776.041 can claim justification under 776.013 after he has waived his right to 'SYG' defense under 776.013?

Why don't you post that imaginary part of the statute.

Good luck.

Sorry Dufus, there is no "first punch" rule required to establish provocation. Maybe that's how it works in middle school, but not under Florida law.

Obama: Islam is Part of the Fabric of Our Nation
President Obama released a statement today marking the start of Ramadan. The president said Ramadan “reminds us that Islam is part of the fabric of our nation.”
Following, is the president’s statement:
“On behalf of the American people, Michelle and I extend our warmest wishes to Muslim Americans and Muslims around the world at the start of Ramadan. For Muslims, Ramadan is a time of fasting, prayer, and reflection; a time of joy and celebration. It’s a time to cherish family, friends, and neighbors, and to help those in need.

Jacques,
Although critics claim it depicts the reality of urban blight, rap is an ugly, I hesitate to say, art form.
Music is the most abstract of all the arts, but rap to me is akin to vandalism and graffiti and that which offers little more than despair to the listener.
It is one of my biggest gripes.

Sorry loser. Now again what part of justification under 776.013 is preserved for an initial aggressor who waives his right to invoke SYG defense?

Eh?

"Rap music" is not music. The term is not an oxymoron (seeming contradiction), but an actual contradiction.

Jacqueau, Like it or not we need petroleum. No doubt you use petroleum all the time. How do you get to and from Las Vegas?
The safest and most economical way to trans port oil is by pipeline and then come rail and the but truck.
It is sad that some one who hates petroleum, uses it all the time. If you were a good Libtard, you would get a horse!
