Yes Baucus is a Democrat and one of the crafters of Obamacare. As you could plainly see in the video you posted his concern had to do with outreach and nothing to do with the law itself.
“After the hearing, Baucus explained that the train wreck is “that consumers and businesses will just not have enough information. That it will be too confusing.”
He also expressed frustration that the White House and HHS are not providing details of its outreach efforts”

Of course I suppose one should choose their words carefully around Republicans.
“What would cause the "train wreck"? Insufficient awareness of how the law worked. Not the law itself. Neither at that hearing nor in the month since has the (always pretty mush-mushed) Baucus said the law itself would be a disaster if implemented.
But that's how Republicans used the quote”

If Obamacare is not a train-wreck, why is Obama illegally delaying implementation ?

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
AGAIN, as the dictionary does not have everything in full to reflect for usage of everyday life speaking (the word is SOMETIMES), SOMETIMES, the same WORDS ARE USED as NOUNS, VERBS AND/OR ADJECTIVES occasionally.

As you may not find the word "go" AS a noun or adjective in the dictionary, sometimes people say, "Mary is a go-getter), then go is not used as verb in so speaking.

Protocol does not necessarily have to be a diplomatic protocol nowadays, as there are Kyoto Protocol, Internet mail Protocol, other software and non-technology protocols.

When, SOMETIMES people say," Joe Beamba protocols to his girlfriend and not his parents and Obama", that means he extends courtesy to his girlfriend with respect, but not his parents nor Obama.
Joe Beamba would rather give a lavished dinner and extravagant treatment to his girlfriend than Obama. Unlike others, he would not respect, meet Obama but reject him,
As you don't recognize this, some people will accept it and do the same sometimes.

You appear to like and adore those others' words like BTW, etc.,(but that is not the convention wording which is confused, people think it is BMW cars) as whether meeting grammar or not by your accepting them with no saying of any of them, but they are not SLANGS either.

==========

When there are thousands making comments here on different Topix topics, go to take a look at them and talk about their English and yours.

As the problem is not only that you are hanged up with the one word protocol and English, instead of looking at the subject, comment or standpoint whether you agree or not, you are crying out loud all the time for nothing.

If you disagree on the opinion or comment, say why you disagree and present your argument.

You have never been able to demonstrate something in your writings (even they are of bad syntax and grammar as long as they illustrate any subjects.)

Examples are, to write something of a paragraph or half a page on:

Is the world going to the right direction--being full of snooping, to target terrorists, criminals or traitors?
Is there a world energy shortage?
Is there really global warming or climate change crisis?
Does UN meet the global public sentiments?
What is the insurance industry linkage to health care system?
What countries will have better economies in the next few years?

Again, on and on on these above subjects, if you just illustrate your views and standpoints with some paragraphs and pages, the interests are to see your views first, rather than going about to pick on your English, even there are minor typos and poor grammar showing.

You are one who is full of unrealistic fantasy by not being able to show yourself to prove anything first
Your fallacy is just too extreme, expecting that people would talk trivials, from your making useless nuisance all day long.

How on earth people would not take you as the universal dumb nut?

You are indeed the biggest universal stupid fool on the planet in so showing.

I wonder how he feels about $17 Trillion? It has been less that five years since he made that statement. I wonder what he would say if a Republican had been in the White House?
Rogue

Paul Krugman: Hey, Let's Not Get "Hysterical" Over $9 Trillion Deficit
Not so bad, at least compared to what it was during the biggest military conflict in world history.

Posted by: Clay Waters
8/25/2009 3:25:47 PM

Columnist-economist-Obama-enab ler Paul Krugman thinks the $9 trillion deficit the White House is projecting over the next 10 years (a figure worse than expected) is actually not so bad, at least in the context of World War II.

In a defensive Monday evening blog post, "How big is $9 trillion?" Krugman explained:
There’s been some hysteria about the administration’s new estimate that the cumulative deficit will be $9 trillion over the next decade. Don’t get me wrong: this is bad. But it’s being treated as an inconceivable sum, far beyond anything that could possibly be handled. And it isn’t.
He engaged in some wishful thinking about growth under Obama:
What you have to bear in mind is that the economy -- and hence the federal tax base -- is enormous, too. Right now GDP is around $14 trillion. If economic growth averages 2.5% a year, which has been the norm, and inflation is 2% a year, which is the target (and which the bond market seems to believe), GDP will be around $22 trillion a decade from now. So we’re talking about adding debt that’s equal to around 40% of GDP.
Right now, federal debt is about 50% of GDP. So even if we do run these deficits, federal debt as a share of GDP will be substantially less than it was at the end of World War II.
Hmm. If you have to reach back to World War II to make your point that things are really not so grim, how "not so grim" could they really be?
Krugman's happy talk garnered some pushback in his blog's normally floridly praiseworthy comments section. "Drewfuss" cracked wise:
So this recession hasn’t racked up as much debt as our huge participation in the biggest military conflict in history.
Excellent.

Now what is interesting about this graph about our sun's activity is NOT the peaks but the valleys. Please note that between the mid 1950s and late 1990s. Now look at about 2007! Does 2007 look more like 1901 and 1913?

But is it [the sun] supposed to be this quiet? In 2008, the sun set the following records:

A 50-year low in solar wind pressure: Measurements by the Ulysses spacecraft reveal a 20% drop in solar wind pressure since the mid-1990s—the lowest point since such measurements began in the 1960s. The solar wind helps keep galactic cosmic rays out of the inner solar system. With the solar wind flagging, more cosmic rays are permitted to enter, resulting in increased health hazards for astronauts. Weaker solar wind also means fewer geomagnetic storms and auroras on Earth.
A 12-year low in solar "irradiance": Careful measurements by several NASA spacecraft show that the sun's brightness has dropped by 0.02% at visible wavelengths and 6% at extreme UV wavelengths since the solar minimum of 1996. The changes so far are not enough to reverse the course of global warming, but there are some other significant side-effects: Earth's upper atmosphere is heated less by the sun and it is therefore less "puffed up." Satellites in low Earth orbit experience less atmospheric drag, extending their operational lifetimes. Unfortunately, space junk also remains longer in Earth orbit, increasing hazards to spacecraft and satellites.

A 55-year low in solar radio emissions: After World War II, astronomers began keeping records of the sun's brightness at radio wavelengths. Records of 10.7 cm flux extend back all the way to the early 1950s. Radio telescopes are now recording the dimmest "radio sun" since 1955: plot. Some researchers believe that the lessening of radio emissions is an indication of weakness in the sun's global magnetic field. No one is certain, however, because the source of these long-monitored radio emissions is not fully understood.
All these lows have sparked a debate about whether the ongoing minimum is "weird", "extreme" or just an overdue "market correction" following a string of unusually intense solar maxima.
"Since the Space Age began in the 1950s, solar activity has been generally high," notes Hathaway. "Five of the ten most intense solar cycles on record have occurred in the last 50 years. We're just not used to this kind of deep calm."
Deep calm was fairly common a hundred years ago. The solar minima of 1901 and 1913, for instance, were even longer than the one we're experiencing now. To match those minima in terms of depth and longevity, the current minimum will have to last at least another year.
In a way, the calm is exciting, says Pesnell. "For the first time in history, we're getting to see what a deep solar minimum is really like." A fleet of spacecraft including the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), the twin STEREO probes, the five THEMIS probes, Hinode, ACE, Wind, TRACE, AIM, TIMED, Geotail and others are studying the sun and its effects on Earth 24/7 using technology that didn't exist 100 years ago. Their measurements of solar wind, cosmic rays, irradiance and magnetic fields show that solar minimum is much more interesting and profound than anyone expected.

Jacques,
I got the inside scoop on Jesse J. yesterday.
The buzz in the law enforcement community is that Jr. is singing to the Feds and that is the cause for delay in sentencing.
They are in the dark too, just like everyone else, but they think that his wife Sandi might get probation in order to keep their family intact while he serves prison time.
They seem to think something big is happening and that some shady politicians are quaking in their boots for fear of what he might reveal about their criminal activities involving betrayal of the public trust.

Didn't Richard Daley have to testify last year in one of those waterboarding civil lawsuits? I know, the Huff Post will not mention the word "weatherboarding", and neither will the rest of the LSM, but we know what form of torture the Shitcago PD were accuse of using against BLACK men.

Daley To Answer Questions During Police Torture Trial
04/10/12 02:05 PM ET

CHICAGO -- Former Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley has agreed to answer questions under oath about allegations that he was part of a conspiracy to cover up police torture decades ago, attorneys said Tuesday.

Daley and City Hall had fought for years to keep him from being brought before lawyers suing the city on behalf of men who say they were tortured by former Chicago Police Cmdr. Jon Burge or detectives under his command in the 1970s and the 1980s.

Daley was Cook County state's attorney for much of the 1980s and became mayor in 1989.

At a federal hearing Tuesday, the city relented and agreed to make Daley available for questioning by the lawyers, said Flint Taylor, who represents a former inmate suing the city over the allegations. No date has been set.

And here is another one and again they will not use the word "weatherboard". Why? Is it because it was done by Democrats against African-Americans?!?
But ya know, the LSM did not mind mentioning waterboarding when G.W. was president but Bush was not forcing people into false confessions and then throwing in Prison for life!!!

Wrongfully convicted man asks judge to force Daley to testify
BY KIM JANSSEN Federal Courts Reporter January 31, 2013

Lawyers for a wrongfully convicted man who spent 21 years behind bars for a murder he didn’t commit are asking a federal judge to force former Mayor Richard M. Daley to testify in a lawsuit against the City of Chicago and disgraced Chicago Police Cmdr. Jon Burge.

Ronald Kitchen — released from prison in 2009 after his conviction was overturned — wants Daley to testify about what he knew and when about alleged torturing of African-American suspects under Burge. Daley was Cook County state’s attorney when prosecutors pushed for the death penalty against Kitchen.
