Protocols is a verb?
=========

Protocol could be a verb and noun.

Protocol usage is just like usage of the word better.
Better could be a verb or adjective.

Examples as adjective are: you are better if you have a good sensory organ, or you are better (off) if you know logic.

Examples for verb are: you can better yourself if you could improve your writings, or you want a good job in order to better your future.

Here is the example of verb and adjective together:
You need to better yourself for advancement, by speaking of things that make sense in order that you can be better (off) in the future, to live a better life.

When it is talking a third person, it is the verb being protocols--just like what it says, "Obama protocols to the Corporate."
If it were you, then it would say, "you protocol to corporate."
Poor ;oser. Here's Oxford's definition of protocol :

PROTOCOL : noun.

Now looking for PROTOCOL, verb. Oops, nowhere to be found. Now let's check JBH dictionary, LMAO (LRS tm reg'd)

I hereby "protocol" you to the dunce corner, cap and all.

Do you even know what protocol is and what it is used for? Many occasions, from state dinners to airport and railway greetings to order of precedence, etc. It's etiquette, and takes most of its origins from France, hence note verbale, corps diplomatique. Do you know, in the case of correspondence between sovereign states, the definition of a Note Verbale and why it is called that? Do you know that protocol notes are first and third-person notes, never ever second person? That they always begin with the politest and most formal of greetings, ending with a similar formal salutation, no matter how harsh the paragraphs in-between? Do you know that notes verbales are ALWAYS written on vellum and will always follow, as confirmation, an e-mail? Do you know that they must have a raised seal, otherwise not genuine?

Do you know anything?

You owe me dozens, almost as many as Rogue. C'mon, I'm so anti-American, should be easy to find just ONE of my anti-American posts or my Ottawa Ghetto. Or, better yet, pick out one of my posts, any one of them, and ask me to prove what I've stated.

I don't come with cuts and paste. I come here t discuss, to write what I believe and state what I know, and never shirking like you when asked for proof.

BTW, you said the other day that Saddam gave little boys to eat to his dogs. Prove it.

ARE YOU STILL LEARNING ENGLSIH FROM THE OXFORD DICTIONARY?
What sort of English is that and you know of, as is British?
North America is not England while you take the Queen as your reference for the English language.

As technology speeds up RAPIDLY fast, social CHANGE AND OTHER CHANGE EVOLVE THE MANY EXAMPLES OF CHANGE, INCLUDING VERBIAGE AND wording.

FOR these are the new times, it is North America, as communication wording, nomenclature terms of usage, etc., are not based on the foreign British language from Oxford dictionary, including slangs.

As many changes occur in current days in many matters, the dictionary has not fully reflected all definitions of words.
This is the nowadays' TIME, which supports Protocol usage as a verb as well.

PROTOCOL DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DIPLOMATIC PROTOCOL during modern times.

There are also Internet, software and technology protocols and some others.

As a matter of fact, one can say, "Joe Pack protocols to his girlfriend", as it is merely to denote the meaning.

Snowden releases a new public statement through Wikileaks

For decades the United States of America has been one of the strongest defenders of the human right to seek asylum. Sadly, this right, laid out and voted for by the U.S. in Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is now being rejected by the current government of my country. The Obama administration has now adopted the strategy of using citizenship as a weapon. Although I am convicted of nothing, it has unilaterally revoked my passport, leaving me a stateless person. Without any judicial order, the administration now seeks to stop me exercising a basic right. A right that belongs to everybody. The right to seek asylum.

In the end the Obama administration is not afraid of whistleblowers like me, Bradley Manning or Thomas Drake. We are stateless, imprisoned, or powerless. No, the Obama administration is afraid of you. It is afraid of an informed, angry public demanding the Constitutional government it was promised — and it should be.

I am unbowed in my convictions and impressed at the efforts taken by so many.

US is not powerful today.
US could suffer critical damages by just pursuing the Snowden case.
As US is known around the world for spying and hacking, countries are alarmed that they start to over-watch US.

Countries will proceed with rules to penalize US engaging violations of making obstruction to their systems of value, including liberty freedom, jurisdictions and sovereign rights.

Many people around the globe would not protocol to US.
While mistreatment and disfavor of US persons and symbols could go on, that could result the imposing enormous difficulties to US on world stage.

The world is uprising when more people will point fingers at US.

They scold and eject US a lot these days.
Many countries increasingly criticize US.
At the same time by labeling it as being very bad and a very bad country for committing the extremism, the new world will reject US more and more.

To break International Laws of many countries to get Snowden from US, will lead to many critical harms and very bad consequences of US.

Published July 02, 2013
Associated Press

July 2, 2013: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, right, deflects a question from a reporter about whether he and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, left, will discuss asylum for National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden, before Kerry and Lavrov's meeting during the ASEAN summit in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. Kerry is expected to start the return to Washington Tuesday afternoon.
Kerry wants to talk to Lavrov about Russia's support of Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime, which is fighting against opposition forces armed by Western and Arab nations, and the case involving Snowden, which has strained U.S.-Russia relations.
Snowden, who is wanted in the U.S. on three charges of espionage, has been on the run since releasing sensitive NSA documents. He is believed to have been in the Moscow airport's transit zone since his arrival from Hong Kong on June 23. The U.S. has annulled his passport, and Ecuador, where he had hoped to get asylum, has been giving mixed signals about offering him shelter.
After Snowden applied for political asylum to remain in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters in Moscow that Snowden would have to stop leaking U.S. secrets if he wanted asylum there -- and he added that Snowden seemed unwilling to stop publishing leaks of classified material.
Snowden has expanded his requests for asylum to more than 20 countries, including China, according to WikiLeaks, an anti-secrecy group that has adopted Snowden and his cause.
As Lavrov strode into the meeting room, a reporter asked whether he and Kerry were going to talk about asylum for Snowden. Lavrov asked the reporter not to shout questions at him. Kerry then guided him away, telling reporters the two would be talking about a number of issues.
Three U.S. officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to publicly discuss the Snowden case, have said Washington is trying to persuade Russia to deport Snowden either directly to the United States or to a third country, possibly in eastern Europe, that would then hand him over to U.S. authorities.

Snowden had said all were said about US spying and hacking when he was in Hong Kong. After that, he had said nothing more by telling Obama of coming across to countries not to accept Snowden for asylum, as that displays how ugly and evil US is with no more human rights (that Putin could realize):

For decades the United States of America has been one of the strongest defenders of the human right to seek asylum. Sadly, this right, laid out and voted for by the U.S. in Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is now being rejected by the current government of my country. it was well known for everybody at least for me that criminals from usa spy globally and everybody and spend fat billions from cash of tax payers for this purpose. Such spying networks like facebook is easy leader in this crime.
One thing is not to understand, why you as nation don´t protest. Your pseudodemocratical, criminal governments destroy countries by all these global wars by using your taxes, destroy your lives, destroy your economy and global economy and additionally spy everybody. When do you intend to make something against it? After this point when your schisoid governments confirm that this guy or that guy are state enemies and begin to liquidate you gradually one by one. It is now time to protest, to show that you have balls too.

Yep, since he is in Canada, he is not protected by OUR Constitution. If any president wants to bug anyone outside the U.S., he lawfully can unless........ they work for the U.S..
Yep, U.S. military, Dept. of State, etc. still are protected from the U.S. government even when they are in laces like Afghanistan. The other guys don't and that is why the keep them in GITMO!
Oh, GITMO is not a territory of the U.S. like the Panama Canal Zone use to be.
