How's the RACIST? I mean, who is the RACIST?? George Zimmerman or Trayvon Martin??? Witness #8 described the conversation she was having with Trayvon, on the cell phone, and she said, Trayvon said, "The is this crazy ass cracker ...."
Oh, if a non-black person uses the n-word, they are racist. But it is okay for a black person to refer to a white person as a "cracker", but that is not racist (according to Libtards).
That also give Trayvon a motive to assault George Zimmerman!!!

Damn that Bush. He has not been the governor of Texas for over twelve years now but he is still killing people down there!!! Damnn that Bush!

Texas carries out 500th execution with Kimberly McCarthy

Texas marked a solemn moment in criminal justice Wednesday evening, executing its 500th inmate since it resumed carrying out capital punishment in 1982.

Kimberly McCarthy, who was put to death for the murder of her 71-year-old neighbor, was also the first woman executed in the U.S. in nearly three years.

McCarthy, 52, was executed for the 1997 robbery, beating and fatal stabbing of retired college psychology professor Dorothy Booth. Booth had agreed to give McCarthy a cup of sugar before she was attacked with a butcher knife and candelabra at her home in Lancaster, about 15 miles south of Dallas. Authorities say McCarthy cut off Booth's finger to remove her wedding ring.

It was among three slayings linked to McCarthy, a former nursing home therapist who became addicted to crack cocaine.

She was pronounced dead at 6:37 p.m. CDT, 20 minutes after Texas prison officials began administering a single lethal dose of pentobarbital.

Texas has carried out nearly 40 percent of the more than 1,300 executions in the U.S. since the Supreme Court allowed capital punishment to resume in 1976. The state's standing stems from its size as the nation's second-most populous state as well as its tradition of tough justice for killers.

Kennedy’s Former Clerk Calls Him ‘First Gay Justice’
June 26, 2013 By Fred Lucas

( CNSNews.com )– Associate Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is the “first gay justice” for writing Wednesday’s majority opinion in the Defense of Marriage Act case, after already writing the opinion in two other homosexual rights cases, a Cornell University law professor said.

Michael C. Dorf, professor of law at Cornell and a former clerk for Kennedy, said Kennedy’s legacy is secure.

“If Bill Clinton was ‘the first Black president,’ Anthony Kennedy has now firmly secured his place in history as ‘the first gay Justice,’” Dorf said in a statement.“As the author of Romer v. Evans, Lawrence v. Texas and now United States v. Windsor, Justice Kennedy makes clear that he not only accepts, but welcomes the task of writing majestic opinions affirming the dignity of gay persons and couples.”

In the 5-4 ruling in the United States vs. Windsor, Kennedy wrote the majority opinion that said the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)“singles out a class of persons deemed by a State entitled to recognition and protection to enhance their own liberty.”

As if there is a surplus of children waiting to be adopted here in the US? Just why are Americans traveling to places like China, Russia, South America, etc. to adopt babies?
What is sick is that you Libtards think it is better to abort a baby rather than adopt him out!!!

Just amazing to see a pathetic Birfoon rant about how the POTUS must be NBC so that they are free of foreign influences. Yet same pathetic Birfoon also insists that the determination as to whether one is NBC must be made entirely through the application of foreign law and with absolutely no deference to the sovereignty of the USA.

anything is fair game to you when you hate someone or hate whatever that someone does or thinks. You sink low, is all. Just to remind, Kennedy was appointed by your idol Bush. How that must hurt, the way he voted, thereby unleashing the "gay" accusations.

Well, Rogue, what if he is gay? So what? Why even bother mentioning it? I notice you didn't mention the 4 dissenting justices were heterosexual. Why? Even the one who molested his law clerk. But it's ok, he's hetero. Were he gay, he'd be guilty as hell.

The only reason why you Libtards are upset with Greenwald, is because Obama says he is bad. If a Republican was in the WH, you would want to protect him and Ed Snowden. Same as PFC Bradley Manning.
You are a bunch of Idiotards who are in lock step with anything Obama says. If Obama says the Moon is the Sun and the Sun is the Moon, you would agree with him.

Greenwald: The Media Are Persecuting Me
by ELIZABETH SHELD 27 Jun 2013

Glenn Greenwald, who was the first to break the Edward Snowden/NSA Scandal, has written today in the Guardian about his persecution by the media for covering the story. Greenwald says he has been "fully expecting those kinds of attacks since I began my work on these NSA leaks."
He writes about a New York Daily News reporter who informed him via email that "he had been 'reviewing some old lawsuits' in which I was involved –'old' as in: more than a decade ago – and that 'the paper wants to do a story on this for tomorrow'. He asked that I call him right away to discuss this, apologizing for the very small window he gave me to comment."
Greenwald also revealed that a New York Times reporter emailed him about IRS back payments (!!?!?!, no issues with the IRS credibility these days.)
The New York Daily News reporter followed up with him about "about a student loan judgment which was in default over a decade ago and is now covered by a payment plan agreement."
Greenwald says in his own defense:
I'm 46 years old and, like most people, have lived a complicated and varied adult life. I didn't manage my life from the age of 18 onward with the intention of being a Family Values US senator. My personal life, like pretty much everyone's, is complex and sometimes messy.
Despite efforts to investigate Greenwald, he says he will not be detained from reporting on the NSA's secret operation.
While I doubt Mr. Greenwald and I have little in common ideologically, it is curious that the media will do anything to distract about the very serious issues Greenwald has brought to light. I would include among those issues the extent to which Greenwald may or may not be working with or assisting Snowden. While those of us on the right object to the "politics of personal destruction" of those on our own side, we should to be consistent and oppose making Greenwald the story at the expense of his revelations regarding possible civil liberty abuses by our government.

Yep, thanks to France and Greece, QEII is rollin' in the dough. As those countries raised taxes on those evil rich French and Greeks, they moved. To places like London and property values have soared.
Stupid socialist, they think they can soak the evil rich people, the one percenters, and all they do is move to a more tax friendly country!!!
New York, California and New Jersey understand that too but they are too bigoted to reverse course. Soooo their economies will suffer and it is the middle class who gets soaked.

Queen scores record profit from booming London property

LONDON (Reuters)- The Crown Estate - owned by the Queen - on Thursday said it made record profit in the year to March, thanks to the strong performance of its central London properties.
Crown Estate's 5.2 percent rise in profits to 252.6 million pounds gives the queen a 38 million pounds 2014/15 payout, pegged at 15 percent of the total by a 2012 law designed to link her income to the UK's economic health.
The rest of the profits go to Britain's Treasury or finance ministry. Chancellor George Osborne on Wednesday detailed 11.5 billion pounds of spending cuts.
Owner of wind farms and most of Britain's sea bed along with its Regent Street properties, the company has outperformed the wider economy due to strong overseas interest in London property and the UK's growing reliance on green energy.
"We are proud that another record Crown Estate performance will again make a strong contribution to the nation's finances," said Chairman Stuart Hampson. The company's property portfolio is now worth 8.1 billion pounds.
The Queen - whose payout rose 20 percent to 36 million this year - was previously paid by taxpayers through an allowance set by parliament and other government grants.
