Oh, and the NYT ceased being a newspaper decades ago and has been, like MSNBC, just talking points for the Progressive movement!
<quoted text>
Okay, if the NYT is a real newspaper, what did they report about the Dr. Goswell trial .... before he was convicted?
Lol, Rogue Moron is of course wrong again. Just like his fantasy that the so-called mainstream media was not covering the case, the NYT has coverage going back years. Yet another Rogue Moron fantasy comes to naught.

Here's an article from January 19, 2011.

Does Fox News have coverage of the Gosnell case going back as far as the NYT it other media outlets?

Of course not.

A simple search would clear up all of Rogue Moron's confusion, but he's too lazy and stupid to do anything that won't confirm his biases.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-chec...

IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE NOW: ABC, CBS and CNN top executives all have siblings or spouses working directly for Obama

The Democrat Party and the media are indistinguishable from one another and it doesn't take much digging to prove it.

You knew the mainstream media was biased, but this is incredible. It was revealed today that CBS News President David Rhodes' brother is Obama Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes, who was instrumental in rewriting the Benghazi talking points. But it gets worse. It is now learned that ABC President Ben Sherwood's sister, Dr. Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, is a Special Assistant to Barack Obama on national security affairs. But even this isn't it! CNN's deputy bureau chief, Virginia Moseley, is the wife of Tom Nides, who until February was Hillary Clinton's deputy.

Ben Rhodes is a top NSC advisor with absolutely no foreign policy or military experience. None! This idiot has advocated intervention both in Libya and now Syria. How has that worked out for us? He is responsible for helping to massage the Benghazi talking points to watered down drivel. His greatest accomplishment appears to be a Master's Degree in fiction writing received from New York University. So perhaps we should call him Obama's fiction writer!

Indeed, in this latest one, you just didn't "get" the gist of Obama's message to these college students, to wit, and take one example only, that when you are black, you start life with 2 strikes and therefore efforts have to be redoubled.

What I think is funny is that we have a noted PROGRESSIVE academic writing about politics in peer review and denying that it exists. I I first ask, why would he write such a paper, and my best guess is that people have questioned whether or not his peer reviews themselves have been tainted by his politics.
Just like Obama has been questioned about everything from his birther status to his social security number to his draft registration, etc. and all he does is say that people who make these allegations are crazy. And once a person has been declared crazy, then it is all right to ignore them regardless of the facts.
But Peer Review has implication$. Yes, it is MONEY! Once the peer review group has blessed your studies you can get funding from places like the National Science Foundation and you can go around and make $peeche$.
So, some unethical scientists gear their findings to what the peer review group likes to hear so you can get more money. That is why some politicians, like LBJ, switched from being a blatant racist, to supporting the Covol Rights and Voter Rights Acts. It is not that LBJ suddenly like black people but that he wanted their vote so he bought their vote$.

Again you attack the messenger and ignore the message. But I will make a minor correction. Obama did NOT say they had to work "twice as hard" but he did say others had said that and that is not quite the same thing. But it does imply that that is his opinion too!

BUSH REPUBLICANS DESTROYED USA with the help of some Blue Dog Corporate Democrats!
Iraq war 'caused slowdown in the US'
February 28, 2008 / http://tinyurl.com/2r8b3k
THE Iraq war has cost the US 50-60 times more than the Bush administration predicted and was a central cause of the sub-prime banking crisis threatening the world economy, according to Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz.
The former World Bank vice-president yesterday said the war had, so far, cost the US something like $US3trillion ($3.3 trillion) compared with the $US50-$US60-billion predicted in 2003.
Australia also faced a real bill much greater than the $2.2billion in military spending reported last week by Australian Defence Force chief Angus Houston, Professor Stiglitz said, pointing to higher oil prices and other indirect costs of the wars.
Professor Stiglitz told the Chatham House think tank in London that the Bush White House was currently estimating the cost of the war at about $US500 billion, but that figure massively understated things such as the medical and welfare costs of US military servicemen.
The war was now the second-most expensive in US history after World War II and the second-longest after Vietnam, he said.
The spending on Iraq was a hidden cause of the current credit crunch because the US central bank responded to the massive financial drain of the war by flooding the American economy with cheap credit.
"The regulators were looking the other way and money was being lent to anybody this side of a life-support system," he said.
That led to a housing bubble and a consumption boom, and the fallout was plunging the US economy into recession and saddling the next US president with the biggest budget deficit in history, he said.

Gen. Petraeus Warns Against Using Torture
May 11, 2007 http://tinyurl.com/2gbsso
The top U.S. commander in Iraq admonished his troops regarding the results of an Army survey that found that many U.S military personnel there are willing to tolerate some torture of suspects and unwilling to report abuse by comrades.

"This fight depends on securing the population, which must understand that we -- not our enemies -- occupy the moral high ground," Army Gen. David H. Petraeus wrote in an open letter dated May 10 and posted on a military Web site.
He rejected the argument that torture is sometimes needed to quickly obtain crucial information. "Beyond the basic fact that such actions are illegal, history shows that they also are frequently neither useful nor necessary," he stated.

Not a single significant plot was foiled as a result of Abu Zubaydah's tortured confessions, according to former senior government officials who closely followed the interrogations./ http://tinyurl.com/dec7np / March 29, 2009
WASHINGTON When CIA officials subjected their first high-value captive, Abu Zubaydah, to waterboarding and other harsh interrogation methods, they were convinced they had in their custody an al-Qaida leader who knew details of operations yet to be unleashed, and they were facing increasing pressure from the White House to get those secrets out of him.
The methods succeeded in breaking him, and the stories he told of al-Qaida terrorism plots sent CIA officers around the globe chasing leads.
In the end, not a single significant plot was foiled as a result of Zubaydah's tortured confessions, according to former senior government officials who closely followed the interrogations. Nearly all of the leads attained through the harsh measures quickly evaporated, while most of the useful information from Zubaydah chiefly names of al-Qaida members and associates was obtained before waterboarding was introduced, they said. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationw...

Torture doesn't work
It erodes national security and democracy.
November 14, 2007 / http://tinyurl.com/d48yoc
A morally bankrupt foreign policy. A degeneration of democratic checks and balances.
Those are just a few of the disturbing facets of the state of the US government revealed by the debates over the confirmation of Attorney General Michael Mukasey and his views on whether waterboarding constitutes torture.
But the deepest irony of the Bush administration's ambivalent stance on such medieval tactics practiced in the name of defending national security is that torture is not only wrong, it's also a stupid strategy that undermines the defense of democratic societies against terror.
US leaders must correct their profoundly mistaken analysis and ignorance of the lessons of history about torture. http://www.csmonitor.com/2007/1114/p09s01-coo...

A new article about how the Obama administration tracked the movements and correspondence of a Fox News reporter led to a fresh round of condemnation by journalists on Monday.

The Washington Post published an explosive story about the Justice Department's monitoring of James Rosen, a Fox News reporter based in Washington. Rosen allegedly spoke to Stephen Jin-Woo Kim, a State Department contractor, for a story about North Korea's nuclear program. The Justice Department charged Kim with violating the Espionage Act for his contact with Rosen.

My point was the Geneva Accords does not address "illegal combatants" except define who is, and how is not, a legal combatant!!! And if you are not a legal combatant, or a noncombatant, you are NOT protected by the Geneva Accords.
