Did you see these looney tooney gun nuts playing with real guns? They wouldn't know the Constitution if it hit them squarely in the face. Children, kids in men's bodies. The thick-headed one shooting at imaginary "socialists" from behind barrels, really! So ignorant, barrels could be filled with gunpowder for all he knows. Not the kind of guy you'd want to discuss poetry or classical music with or serve lobster termidor or canard confit, he'd instantly pull out his gun. He'd be the first casualty if ever he was stupid enough to face real uniformed soldiers, male or female, of the US armed forces. Time to disarm these twits and keep them under close surveillance.

How about world renowned Dr. William M. Gray who thinks you are full of sh*t???
Criticisms of Gray's statements on global warming

Peter Webster, a Georgia Institute of Technology professor, has been part of the anonymous peer review on several of Gray's National Science Foundation proposals. In every case he has turned down the global warming research component because he believed it was not up to standards, but recommended that Gray's hurricane research be funded.

Webster, who has co-authored other scientific papers with Gray, is also critical of Gray for his personal attacks on the scientists with whom he disagrees. "Bill, for some very good reasons, has been the go-to man on hurricanes for the last 35 years," says Webster. "All of a sudden there are a lot of people saying things Bill doesn't agree with. And they're getting a lot of press—more press than I like, actually. I like the ivory tower. But he's become more and more radical."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_M._Gray
Oh, do you know who Dr.Peter Webster is? Yep, he is on the PEER Review by Dr. Gray is NOT as only people who agree on man-made GW are allowed to be on the PEER Review Group.
Do you know what "peer review" actually means? It does NOT mean that people are selected because of the POLITICAL agenda but from a broad group of people in the same area of study to include people who have differing opinions.
And that is how you Libtards can claim that 97% of ALL scientists agree with you!!!
Did you know that Peer Review groups were first formed in 1969 by Liberals so that they can approve each others works while giving bad reviews who are not allowed in the group.
Ir is like the Libtards in the IRS who do not like the TEA Party groups because Fiscal Conservatives want to change out tax structure which will significantly reduce the number of IRS employees, accountants and the lawyers needed to both prosecute and defend people!!!
Or like the NAACP who does not want racism to be cured as one there is not racism, the NAACP will no longer be needed!

not to mention sleeping through the mission accomplished carrier visit, invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, deaths upon deaths of brave American military for naught, oil deals never even panned out (main reason for invasion), not to mention so many Iraqi dead and the cost to the US taxpayer! Hey Libtards, It has been repeatedly proven that the 97% of Scientists who agree on man-made Global Warming NEVER existed. Get over it. You have been lied to you and if you still believe that lie, you are mentally ill!

Peer-Reviewed Survey Finds Majority Of Scientists Skeptical Of Global Warming Crisis - 2/13/2013 - James Taylor

It is becoming clear that not only do many scientists dispute the asserted global warming crisis, but these skeptical scientists may indeed form a scientific consensus.

Don’t look now, but maybe a scientific consensus exists concerning global warming after all. Only 36 percent of geoscientists and engineers believe that humans are creating a global warming crisis, according to a survey reported in the peer-reviewed Organization Studies. By contrast, a strong majority of the 1,077 respondents believe that nature is the primary cause of recent global warming and/or that future global warming will not be a very serious problem.

The survey results show geoscientists (also known as earth scientists) and engineers hold similar views as meteorologists. Two recent surveys of meteorologists (summarized here and here) revealed similar skepticism of alarmist global warming claims.

According to the newly published survey of geoscientists and engineers, merely 36 percent of respondents fit the “Comply with Kyoto” model. The scientists in this group “express the strong belief that climate change is happening, that it is not a normal cycle of nature, and humans are the main or central cause.”

The authors of the survey report, however, note that the overwhelming majority of scientists fall within four other models, each of which is skeptical of alarmist global warming claims.

The survey finds that 24 percent of the scientist respondents fit the “Nature Is Overwhelming” model.“In their diagnostic framing, they believe that changes to the climate are natural, normal cycles of the Earth.” Moreover,“they strongly disagree that climate change poses any significant public risk and see no impact on their personal lives.”

Another group of scientists fit the “Fatalists” model. These scientists, comprising 17 percent of the respondents,“diagnose climate change as both human- and naturally caused.‘Fatalists’ consider climate change to be a smaller public risk with little impact on their personal life. They are skeptical that the scientific debate is settled regarding the IPCC modeling.” These scientists are likely to ask,“How can anyone take action if research is biased?”

The next largest group of scientists, comprising 10 percent of respondents, fit the “Economic Responsibility” model. These scientists “diagnose climate change as being natural or human caused. More than any other group, they underscore that the ‘real’ cause of climate change is unknown as nature is forever changing and uncontrollable. Similar to the ‘nature is overwhelming’ adherents, they disagree that climate change poses any significant public risk and see no impact on their personal life. They are also less likely to believe that the scientific debate is settled and that the IPCC modeling is accurate. In their prognostic framing, they point to the harm the Kyoto Protocol and all regulation will do to the economy.”

The final group of scientists, comprising 5 percent of the respondents, fit the “Regulation Activists” model. These scientists “diagnose climate change as being both human- and naturally caused, posing a moderate public risk, with only slight impact on their personal life.” Moreover,“They are also skeptical with regard to the scientific debate being settled and are the most indecisive whether IPCC modeling is accurate.”

We had a medevac request on day to go to Hickam AFB to pick up a woman in labor. We had a Kona storm, warm front storm, and the front gate was flooded out and the ambulance could not get her to a hospital.
So we launched on near zero zero conditions on an IFR flight plan. I was cleared for an ILS approach into Honolulu/Hickam and was inbound to the VOR when I heard, "United Fight 123, abort approach and immediate climb to 3,000 feet and hold". I heard the United 747 stutter and then rogger the clearance. I broke over a hole over Ford Island and went VFR and landed at Hickam where they then loaded the patient. It was about that time I realized we too could not make it to the hospital because it was socked-in and there was no instrument approach.
But by then the woman was if delivery so my medic did the honors and after the delivery she was transferred back to the ambulance and taken to the dispensary!

<quoted text>
Gray's misconceptions about climate change are not respected due to lack of scientific rigor.

http://www.realclimate.org/index.php/archives...

"For years, perhaps decades, Gray has been ascribing all sorts of climate changes and hurricane cycles to fluctuations in the Thermohaline Circulation (THC), an overturning circulation in the Atlantic ocean associated with formation of deep water in the North Atlantic. None of the assertions are based on rigorous statistical associations, oceanographic observations or physically based simulations; it is all seat-of -the-pants stuff of a sort that was common in the early days of climate studies, but which is difficult to evaluate when viewed as a scientific hypothesis."

" The THC is undoubtedly important to climate, because it transports heat from one place to another. However it cannot do magical things. It cannot created energy out of thin air (or thick water), nor can it make energy mysteriously disappear. Thus, Gray’s statement that 'The average THC circulation cools the ocean by about 3 W/m2' is a scientific absurdity."

"Confronted with evidence that the THC was in fact behaving in the opposite way to what he had been assuming, Gray did a flip-flop and came up with a new story that yields the same conclusions. There’s no shame in a scientist changing his or her mind, or in seeking new theories in the face of new observations. However, if Gray’s old theory was really testable, where were the tests to show that it was wrong in the years he was touting it? How is one to put any confidence in the new theory? The fact is that neither of Gray’s story lines about the THC is sufficiently well formulated to allow any clear-cut test. Nonetheless, insofar as it can be understood at all, some aspects of Gray’s new story line about the THC are demonstrably wrong."

Another example of the press turning on Obama!!!

WOODWARD COMPARES BENGHAZI TO WATERGATE

Bob Woodward appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" this Friday morning and, in stark contrast to his less-concerned Watergate colleague Carl Bernstein, he admonished the show's hosts to "not dismiss Benghazi" and compared the White House's behavior over CIA/State Department talking points with President Nixon's handling of edited transcripts of taped conversations in the oval office.

There is NO evidence that Obama was born in any country than the USA.

For Obama to have been born in a foreign country:

(1) Obama’s relatives would have had to have been rich enough (and they weren’t. In 1961 Obama’s grandfather was a furniture salesman, and his grandmother was a low-level employee in a bank, and his father went from Kenya to Hawaii on a free flight) and dumb enough to send their daughter at high risk of stillbirth to a foreign country to give birth—-—despite there being fine hospitals in Hawaii;

(2) Obama’s mother would have had to have traveled overseas ALONE (since WND has proven with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961) and somehow got Obama back to the USA without getting him entered on her US passport or getting a visa for him (which would have had to have been applied for in a US consulate in that country and the records would still exist);

(3) got the officials in Hawaii to record his birth in Hawaii despite (as birthers claim) his being born in another country and somehow got the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley to lie (and since the woman’s father’s name really was Stanley, she would have had to have found one of the very few women with fathers of that name to do it).

If you sincerely believe that Obama could have been born in a foreign country, then you could answer all three points. For Obama to have been born in a foreign country, all three would have had to have happened.

So, the question is, what are the chances that all three happened?

Note : " in stark contrast to his less-concerned Watergate colleague Carl Bernstein,".§o they don't see eye-to-eye on this. Okay,

I wonder how Woodward can compare Watergate with Benghazi. In Watergate, there was INTENTIONAL wrongdoing. Then the coverup, why, the AG. Mitchell, even went to jail (The AG for god's sake, the one who's supposed to uphold the law) along with both Erlichman and Alderman, Nixon's two closest domestic and foreign relations aides. And others. Never an administration this crooked before. Benghazi and Watergate are similar? Gotta be kidding. In Benghazi, there was no intentional wrongdoing. Mistakes perhaps, but no one planned the attack. The four Americans were killed by the enemy, not by allies. As to coverup in this one, we'll see, nothing concrete yet and if there is a coverup, will Obama have been involved? I see bad handling, awkward declarations, but I don't see a coverup - but again, let's see, that's just me. What is there to cover up? The Cultural Centre was attacked by terrorists, seems like a good number of them too - would a few extra bodyguards have made that much difference? Did that not happen in a hostile environment and on September 11 - do I detect a coincidence here? What the hell is he cultural centre open anyhow in such an environment? Why was the Ambassador there in the first place? Showcasing American culture? Yeah. Should the Ambassador not have used better judgement?
