Hummmm, what caught my eye on this case is that they did not release the name of the individual. WHY? I asked that same question so I contacted one of my friends and the reason seems to be ..... skin color. Not only is this NCO black, but his victims are .... black, and the John's who used their services are also .... black!!!
And we all know, Obama does not want to let black people look bad while he is in the White House. I am sorry, Obama did not make them black and just because they were black does not mean they have to get involved in these perverted crimes. But to turn a blind eye to the problem only means is that Obama is a ...... RACIST!!!
The fact is that black people are almost four times more likely to be involved in crimes than are white people. And that is not white people's fault!!!
Should we white people just start to commit more crimes so black people will not look as bad? Maybe it is the black people who need to straighten up!
Now, watch one of you Libtards call me a racist! Why knot? Julian Bond just said all TEA Partiers are RACIST and Fascists too!

Member Of Fort Hood Sexual Assault Response Team Accused Of Abuse
by KRISHNADEV CALAMUR - May 14, 2013

An Army sergeant who was part of the Fort Hood, Texas, sexual-assault response office is under investigation for abusive sexual contact.

NPR's Larry Abramson is reporting on the story for our Newscast unit:

"The Army refused to release the name of the sergeant first class, who was part of the response team at Fort Hood, Texas, dealing with sexual assault cases. The man faces accusations of pandering, abusive sexual contact, assault and maltreatment of subordinates. The sergeant was suspended from all duties, and has not been charged. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel ordered the Army to investigate."
In a statement, Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., said the Senate Armed Services Committee, which he chairs, is considering ways to counter the problem of sexual abuse in the military.

"Tragically, the depth of the sexual assault problem in our military was already overwhelmingly clear before this latest highly disturbing report," he said.

Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., who last week introduced a bill with Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., that would provide sexual assault victims in the military greater protections, called the Fort Hood incident "sickening."

Here is another case of Obama racism. This general should have been court-martialed and given a bad conduct discharge. But he was given a slap on the wrist simply because he is ..... black. And nothing more.
Further more, we are having more and more generals get caught with their dicks in the wrong hole. WHY? Well, all generals are presidential appointments and Obama will only promote the most looney-lefty generals they have and looney-lefties are more likely to put their dicks in the wrong holes!
While most of the right-of-center generals have retired!
I sure hope we do not get into another major war soon.!!!

General William "Kip" Ward demoted for lavish travel and spending

Posted: 11/14/2012
By: Associated Press
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has demoted the former head of U.S. Africa Command who was accused of spending thousands of dollars on lavish travel and other unauthorized expenses, the Pentagon said Tuesday.
Panetta stripped Gen. William "Kip" Ward of a star, which means that he will now retire as a three-star lieutenant general. Ward also has been ordered to repay the government $82,000.
Secretary of the Army John McHugh concurred with Panetta's decision, Pentagon press secretary George Little said in a statement Tuesday.
The demotion came after retired Army Gen. David Petraeus resigned as CIA director because of an extramarital affair and Marine Gen. John Allen was being investigated for potentially improper communications with a woman.
"Secretary Panetta insists that leaders within the Department of Defense exemplify both professional excellence and sound judgment," Little said. "The secretary is committed to ensuring that any improprieties or misconduct by senior officers are dealt with swiftly and appropriately."
A spokesman for Ward said Tuesday that the general "has never been motivated by personal gain and fulfilled each and every mission assigned to him and served his country and the men and women assigned to his commands with distinction."
"While Gen. Ward is not perfect he has always been guided by his faith in God and the belief that there is no greater honor as a patriot than to lead those who choose to serve our nation in the armed forces," spokesman Chris Garrett said in a statement.
Retiring as a three-star general will cost Ward about $30,000 a year in retirement pay, giving him close to $208,802 a year rather than the $236,650 he would receive as a four-star general.

Ah, those nightmarish birther-bane words.????????? How to choose the correct one?
It depends on the context. But let's not get into this, it's way too complex and abstract for birthers. Instead, here is a suggestion : in all circumstances, choose one way to write it and stick to it. If the laws of average work out, you should be right about 50% if the time. You'll get good ratings from your birther ilk.

***UPDATE: NBC's senior White House correspondent joined the chorus Wednesday. On his MSNBC show, "The Daily Rundown," Chuck Todd looked into the camera and said, "Attention White House: Release all the emails." The headline has been updated to add NBC.
Assuming they are the ones who leaked to CNN an email written by Ben Rhoades (a Deputy National Security Advisor close to the President), the White House might have been too clever by half Tuesday. An act that was obviously meant to pour water on the Benghazi fire started by an ABC News report, has only ended up being gasoline. Now both CNN and ABC have joined conservative media in calling for the White House to release all the emails surrounding the editing of the CIA talking points.
Friday, in a bombshell report that blew the long-simmering Libya scandal wide open and right into the arms of the mainstream media, ABC's Jonathan Karl reported that an email written by Rhoades specifically mentioned the State Department's concerns about the CIA talking points. Here is how Karl transcribed the Rhoades email:
We must make sure that the talking points reflect all agency equities, including those of the State Department, and we don’t want to undermine the FBI investigation. We thus will work through the talking points tomorrow morning at the Deputies Committee meeting.

Oh, this is from Colorado State University at Fort Collins (not to be confused with the University of Colorado at Boulder). This is where the Infamous Dr. Gray was from. Yea, he is the loony-righty who thinks man-made Global Warming is full of sh*t.
Anyway, Dr. Gray is still the #1 Hurricane forecaster and this is his forecast for 2013. But you do have to enter you state and county to find out you detailed forecast.

Oh silly me, I thought ALL Climatologists believed in Man-made Global Warming! Damn!!!

Criticisms of Gray's statements on global warming

Peter Webster, a Georgia Institute of Technology professor, has been part of the anonymous peer review on several of Gray's National Science Foundation proposals. In every case he has turned down the global warming research component because he believed it was not up to standards, but recommended that Gray's hurricane research be funded.

Webster, who has co-authored other scientific papers with Gray, is also critical of Gray for his personal attacks on the scientists with whom he disagrees. "Bill, for some very good reasons, has been the go-to man on hurricanes for the last 35 years," says Webster. "All of a sudden there are a lot of people saying things Bill doesn't agree with. And they're getting a lot of press—more press than I like, actually. I like the ivory tower. But he's become more and more radical.

John McCain’s friend Fred Dalton Thompson : enabled S & L crisis of '80s
Please spread the word....this is not the type of man we want as President.
In 1975, Thompson began his eighteen year engagement as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C., eventually representing clients including Westinghouse, General Electric (the current corporate owner of the NBC Universal-NBC television network), Westinghouse used to own CBS TV and the Tennessee Savings and Loan League

By 1982, Thompson worked the U.S. Congress membership as a lobbyist for passage of the Savings and Loan deregulation legislation desired by the Tennessee Savings and Loan League --- in this case, federal deregulation legislation allowing for additional government support of ailing S&Ls; giving U.S. thrifts the freedom to invest in potentially more profitable, but riskier, ventures; and eliminating interest-rate ceilings on new accounts to increase S&Ls' competitiveness.

Enacted into law during in September 1982, the Senate bill pushed by Thompson was incorporated into the Garn - St Germain Depository Institutions Act of 1982.
The Garn - St Germain Depository Institutions Act of 1982 is widely credited with having laid the groundwork for the U.S. Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s

The savings and loans crashes of the 1980s, themselves directly the result of Reagan’s deregulation of the banking industry, is more interesting because of how it reflects the rapacious nature of unbridled capitalism than of Neil Bush himself. Who by the way, is now embroiled in another scam with his latest venture, educational software, Ignite
(turnover $20 million, much of it from educational subsidies obtained in the state of Florida ,where,‘coincidentally’ of course, his bro Jeb Bush, was governor).

Government Bailouts: A U.S. Tradition Dating to Hamilton
SEPTEMBER 20, 2008 /
The bubble pops. Lenders freeze. Depositors lose faith. Panic spreads. And the government steps in because nobody else will.
Today it is Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke putting together the rescue package for a financial system rocked by falling home prices and a wave of defaults on subprime mortgages.
But a short walk through U.S. history demonstrates the point made by Alex J. Pollock of the American Enterprise Institute: "If you would like an empirical law of government behavior, it is that in a panic or threatened financial collapse, governments intervene -- every government, every party, every country, every time."

The top echelon elites on Wall Street take turns cashing in their stock options every three months worth MILLIONS.

As long as the top 0.1% percentile makes money, the Congress could not care less about the average Joe/Jane citizenry.

Top Ten Congressional Lobbying Scandals in US History
1. 1857, the New York Times published an expose of lobbying for the Pacific Railroad bill, charging that lobbyists had shaped a bill in order to pillage federal lands. The House opened an investigation that led four representatives to resign (the House also expelled from its galleries the Times reporter who broke the story).
2. 1872, the New York Sun exposed the Credit Mobilier scandal, where a railroad lobbyist provided stock to members of Congress to make them more likely to increase appropriations for transcontinental railroad construction. Both the Senate and House investigated the charges, which ruined the careers of two vice presidents, a Speaker, and other members of both bodies.
3. 1906, Cosmopolitan magazine publishes David Graham Phillips’ series of muckraking exposes on the “Treason of the Senate,” in which he accused prominent senators of representing special interests rather than the public interest. The series contributes to political pressure that results in the Seventeenth Amendment requiring senators to be elected by the public rather than by state legislatures.
4. 1913, the New York World ran an expose of questionable tactics by a lobbyist for the National Association of Manufacturers seeking to influence tariff rates. One member of the House resigned and the House passed a bill requiring lobbyists to register with Congress. The Senate declined to go along with the reform.
5. 1929, the New York World accused Connecticut Senator Hiram Bingham of bringing a paid agent for the Connecticut Manufacturers’ Association into closed committee meetings on a pending tariff bill. The Senate investigated and censured Bingham (previously prominent as the discoverer of Machu Picchu), who was then defeated for reelection.
6. 1962, a Des Moines Register correspondent reported that Senate Majority Secretary Bobby Baker accepted favors from lobbyists in exchange for providing access to powerful senators. A Senate committee investigated and Baker was later convicted of income tax evasion.
7. 1976, the Washington Post broke the story that the Justice Department was investigating South Korean agent Tongsun Park, who had distributed illegal gifts to members of Congress. Congressional investigation of “Koreagate” ended with the reprimand of three members of the House and the indictment of two others.
8. 1990, accounts in the Orange County Register, the Mesa [Arizona] Tribune, the Detroit News, the Los Angeles Times, the Arizona Republic, and the Wall Street Journal revealed that five senators met with the head of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board about the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association, whose head, Charles H. Keating, Jr. had made substantial contributions to their political campaigns. The Senate Ethics Committee investigated the Keating Five, and reprimanded one of them, California Senator Alan Cranston./
9. 2005, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported a bribery scandal involving lobbyists’ gifts and payments to Representative Randy “Duke” Cunningham that led to his resignation from Congress and criminal conviction./ 10. 2005, Washington Post reporters revealed that Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff was the central figure in a congressional corruption scandal, as Justice Department prosecutors investigated him for fraud and bribery allegations./

Republicans are gangsters and Democrats are racketeers who only talk a good game, but talk is cheap.

The average American never had representation with these two corrupt parties who have to divide and conquer our ignorant masses.

Back to the 1880s
This is not the first time that America has looked as if it was about to succumb to what might be termed the British temptation. America witnessed a similar widening of the income gap in the Gilded Age. It also witnessed the formation of a British-style ruling class. The robber barons of the late 19th century sent their children to private boarding schools and made sure that they married the daughters of the old elite, preferably from across the Atlantic. Politics fell into the hands of the members of a limited circle—so much so that the Senate was known as the millionaires' club.
Yet the late 19th and early 20th centuries saw a concerted attempt to prevent America from degenerating into a class-based society. Progressive politicians improved state education. Philanthropists—many of them the robber barons reborn in new guise—tried to provide ladders to help the lads-o'-parts (Andrew Carnegie poured millions into free libraries). Such reforms were motivated partly out of a desire to do good works and partly out of a real fear of the implications of class-based society. Teddy Roosevelt advocated an inheritance tax because he thought that huge inherited fortunes would ruin the character of the republic. James Conant, the president of Harvard in 1933-53, advocated radical educational reform—particularly the transformation of his own university into a meritocracy—in order to prevent America from producing an aristocracy.

"even gave it a retroactive tax exemption dating back to December 2008"!!! Retroactive? Why knot, it was Borak's half-brother!!!

IRS official Lerner speedily approved exemption for Obama brother’s ‘charity’ 05/14/2013

Lois Lerner, the senior IRS official at the center of the decision to target tea party groups for burdensome tax scrutiny, signed paperwork granting tax-exempt status to the Barack H. Obama Foundation, a shady charity headed by the president’s half-brother that operated illegally for years.

According to the organization’s filings, Lerner approved the foundation’s tax status within a month of filing, an unprecedented timeline that stands in stark contrast to conservative organizations that have been waiting for more than three years, in some cases, for approval.

Lerner also appears to have broken with the norms of tax-exemption approval by granting retroactive tax-exempt status to Malik Obama’s organization.

The National Legal and Policy Center filed an official complaint with the IRS in May 2011 asking why the foundation was being allowed to solicit tax-deductible contributions when it had not even applied for an IRS determination. In a New York Post article dated May 8, 2011, an officer of the foundation admitted,“We haven’t been able to find someone with the expertise” to apply for tax-exempt status.

Nevertheless, a month later, the Barack H. Obama Foundation had flown through the grueling application process. Lerner granted the organization a 501(c) determination and even gave it a retroactive tax exemption dating back to December 2008.

Okay Libtards, listen up. This is an AP articled posted on the Huff Post so it must be real! Read it and weep!

Eric Holder's Justice Department Hammered By Democrats Over AP Subpoenas Updated: 05/15/2013

WASHINGTON -- Members of President Barack Obama's own party slammed his Justice Department's secret gathering of reporters' phone records as inexcusable and sickening on Tuesday, suggesting that Congress may have to act to protect the freedom of the press.

The Associated Press on Monday revealed that in April and May of last year, the Justice Department had seized phone records for at least six individual AP journalists and at least 20 AP phone lines, used by up to 100 reporters, as part of a leak investigation. Sally Buzbee, the AP's Washington bureau chief, was among those targeted.

AP President and CEO Gary Pruitt said the department's actions represented "a serious interference with the AP's constitutional rights to gather and report the news."

The leak investigation involved publicly revealed details of a thwarted terrorist attack, but even with the potential national security concerns, many Democrats were not giving the commander-in-chief or Attorney General Eric Holder the full benefit of the doubt.

A Baptist pastor was presenting a children's sermon. During the sermon, he asked the children if they knew what the resurrection was.

Now, asking questions during children's sermons is crucial, but at the same time, asking children questions in front of a congregation can also be very dangerous.

Having asked the children if they knew the meaning of the resurrection, a little boy raised his hand........

The pastor called on him and the little boy said,
"I know that if you have a resurrection that lasts more than four hours you are supposed to call the doctor."

It took over ten minutes for the congregation to settle down enough for the service to continue.

Obama Phones OFA Staffer Gregory Jackson Jr., Who Was Shot While Caught In Crossfire
Posted: 05/15/2013 5:00 am EDT | Updated: 05/15/2013 3:46 pm EDT

This was more than three weeks ago. If it was not important to print then, why is it important now?

WASHINGTON -- A fun night appeared to be coming to a quiet end when Gregory Jackson Jr. and four others left his cousin’s bachelor party early on the morning of April 21.

Walking near the Washington, D.C., convention center, the group came upon two men shouting at one another. One was in his car, blasting music. The other outside it. Suddenly, the mood changed.

More than a block away, Jackson and his friends walked in the opposite direction, hoping to avoid the shouting match. But then one of the men involved in the argument fled in his car, driving in Jackson's direction. That's when someone began shooting and Jackson found himself in the line of fire.

"Like anybody, we ran. But as we ran, I caught one of the stray bullets into my right calf," Jackson explained by phone from his hospital bed in Virginia on Thursday. "So after the bullet hit, I tried to hide until the whole situation was over and then a couple of my cousins came back for me and helped me up, and we called an ambulance."

The shooting was the painful culmination of an abhorrent week for Jackson, 28, who is the Southern region director for Organizing for Action, the post-election form of President Barack Obama's grassroots campaign organization, Obama for America. It was Jackson's job to build up community support for gun violence prevention legislation in the Southern region of the United States; he was shot only days after the bipartisan Manchin-Toomey amendment, which would have strengthened and expanded background checks for gun sales, failed in the Senate.

"Kind of ironic," Jackson told The Huffington Post.

On May 5, Jackson fielded a call from Obama himself.

"He gave me a call just to let me know that he was thinking about me," Jackson recalled. "And he just stated that he's pretty sad I had to learn first hand how and why this fight is so important."

Since the incident, Jackson has had five surgeries -- still has one more to go -- and after being released from the hospital, had to be sent right back when two blood clots formed in his leg.

He has felt the residual health effects in pain and in time. "That happened on April 21st and here it is, it's Thursday, May 9. I'm in the hospital," said Jackson, who is staying with his parents until his next surgery is scheduled, adding that his time between surgeries has been "discouraging."

He's missed work. As a self-described "active person," he's missed running and his usual workouts. And his schedule won't be back to normal anytime soon. "It will be another couple weeks, if not months, before I can get fully back into it," laments Jackson, who has been passing the time watching TV and reading books.

Jackson is one of many who have felt the impact of gun violence at a personal level. A recently released study found that in 2010, there were 3.6 gun homicides per 100,000 people in the United States, far more than other Western countries. According to a United Nations report [PDF], in 2009 there were 41 homicides as a result of gun violence in the United Kingdom -- a country of more than 60 million people. That's fewer than half of the number of homicides in D.C.-- with a population just over 600,000; in 2012, D.C. saw its lowest number of homicides since the 1960s.
