The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama 's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's ... Full Story

To be sure. HOWEVER, their opinions are considerably more authoritative than YOUR opinion.

The opinions that count are those of the Electoral College, not one of whose members changed their votes to vote against Obama either in the 2008 or 2012 elections (and frequently one or two Electors have voted differently than the votes in their states. ALSO the US Congress, which confirmed Obama's election UNANIMOUSLY twice. ALSO the Chief Justice of the USA, who swore in Obama several times.

And the US Supreme Court, which on October 1 of last year rejected appeals to the Farrar case in Georgia, which had ruled that EVERY child born in the USA is a Natural Born US Citizen. By rejecting the appeal, the US Supreme Court allowed the ruling of the lower court (and nine other state and federal appeals courts which had all ruled the same way) to STAND.

The opinions of the experts cited are considerably more authoritative than YOUR opinion.

Can you tell us what percentage of DRY atmospheric gases does our Earth contain?
For Instance about;
78% is nitrogen,
21% Oxygen,
1% Argon, and
1% all other gases!!!
Now, depending on temperature and humidity our lower tropospheric gases can contain up to 5% water vapor, typically 1-3% water vapor while CO2 is less than 0.1% and I have not seen statistic for methane yet.
<quoted text>
So it is about 1,745 nmol/mol. What PERCENTAGE of our air is this? Do you know what "ppb" is? It is 1/1000 of a ppm (parts per million) so it is 0.0000017% which is next to NOTHING!!!!
Beam me up Scotty. There is no intelligent life in Libtardia!
It would be nice if you could write coherently.

You forgot to mention that your source, Wikipedia expressed methane content as a mole fraction.

You also don't seem to understand that I never said methane was a significant issue. I merely mentioned that almost 30% is due to ruminant flatulence.

Also, 1,745 nmol/mol is not next to nothing when you consider how many moles of particles are in the earth's atmosphere.

There are almost 6 billion tons of methane in the atmosphere. That's next to nothing?

The mush is sitting on your head, not mine. What do you call the death of those 11 rig workers, given that the court found BP guildy of criminal negligence and fined them over $4 billion, and no objection by Bp. This may not be murder, but it's pretty close.
I'm not minimizing the deaths of those diplomats, quite the opposite. Do you even know what it entails to be a doplomat, the functions, responsibilities, specially in dangerous zones?
Still, the problem is , in the rig explosion tragedy, you and your hating birther friends have shown no compassion for those 11 men and their families. Not only did you not crtiticize BP and its subcontractors like Halliburton, you have never even referred to it.
LMAO!!! Give up little man, you are doing as you always have, you get your boring ass in a jam and then try to spin it out! Guess what, I ain't buying any of your shit!! You crossed the line and there isn't anything you can do to correct your mistake.

LMAO!!! Now how can I be wrong, that would be calling the Constitution wrong, sorry the Constitution is the law of the land which has jurisdiction over all three branches of the government and can only be changed by an amendment.
Obama was born a citizen of his father's nation, which makes him ineligible for citizenship in the USA, unless he be naturalized and that has not happened.

There are three reasons why the Congressional hearing is needed. One is to determine the the FACTS in the case, next to to prevent another incident like this and to fix blame.
1) Why was security at Benghazi reduced when the people on the ground were asking for it to be increased?
2) Why was their no ready reaction force?
3) Why was there no military response?
4) What has the administration done to capture/kill the attackers?
Note, they just put out three wanted posters within the week ONLY because of the pending hearings.
IMHO, the Obama administration do not want the facts to come out as it will not make them look competent.
Jacques use to say that in the Monica Lewinsky scandal, NO ONE DIED! Well Jacques, in this case four Americans died and yet you again turn a blind eye.
Thatís what the Accountability Review Board on the Benghazi was for Rogue. They noted the mistakes and made recommendations. That should have been the end of it and any sane person can see that. All of your questions have been asked and answered and there positively is no blood to be squeezed out of that turnip and most Americans have long realized that.

Most Americans find the notion of demonizing and blaming other Americans for foreign attacks repulsive and I doubt very seriously this will end well for Fox or Republicans in general in the long run. Benghazi didnít win you the election and itís not winning you any points now and it never will no matter how outraged you and Fox pretend to be.

LMAO!!! Why should I try to improve on the Constitution, much smarter people than you and I wrote it, but you can't face that fact.
Obastard was born a citizen of his father's nation, which made him ineligible to be "subject to the jurisdiction, thereof", the US Constitution.

Muslim woman cries ďracismĒ(What Ďraceí is Islam?) in ďMy Racist Encounter at the White House Correspondentsí DinnerĒ

Many of you will be tempted to feel sympathy for this woman. Donít. Secret Service agents were doing their job while she fancies herself a Ďvictimí rather than the face of Americaís greatest enemy.

If she canít deal with that she really should relocate to the Muslim country of her choice. We have the right to protect ourselves from people who look just like her and believe what she believes.

Donít discount the Muslim penchant for exaggeration and self-aggrandisement, of which this piece is loaded. Note to Seema, it isnít the color of your skin thatís the problem, itís the threat from your beliefs. You really need to become a little less self-important.

If that doesn't make it into the top scientific journals, then nothing will.

You're not too aware of what's going on at home, are you? A crucial Halliburton-manufactured valve was faulty and apparently badly installed, and BP knew about it, pleaded "no contest" to negligence and paid a $4 billion fine. You wrote "The deck of a well is no place for sissies". Of course it is not, as it's risky and hard work. BUT, risk is risk. BP knew there was a problem, yet did not shut down the platform for repairs to valve and put the entire crew's lives at UNNECESSARY risk. Yes, there is risk, but not that kind of risk where you know the whole thing may blow up and still just stand by. Remember, BP pleaded guilty and paid a hefty fine. Pleaded no contest to avoid jail. How come you and none of your right wing birther buddies didn't ask for heads to roll as is no doubt correctly asked for Benghazi.

Ok, let's have your diatribe now.
