And the Libtards lie again. The Libtards who hate Israel changed the story to fit their anti-Israel agenda. Dr. Hawking bowed out of the conference because of health reasons, and nothing more.

Stephen Hawking’s Media Mess
MAY 9, 2013: BY SIMON PLOSKER
This opinion piece by HR Managing Editor, Simon Plosker, is reproduced from The Times of Israel.

Professor Stephen Hawking’s decision to boycott Israel’s President’s Conference left a nasty taste in the mouth. It wasn’t only the fact that the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement was able to claim a significant victory in their campaign to delegitimize Israel. It was also the way in which the story developed throughout the day in such a way as to snatch what looked like a slam dunk exposé of both the BDS movement and The Guardian.

The Truth about Vattel, Presidents, Citizens & Subjects

“As to this class there have been doubts,
but never as to the first…”
The ignorant and highly biased defenders of Barack Obama’s unconstitutional reign as America’s President, base their entire defense on the notion that only three kinds of persons inhabit a country; natural born citizens, naturalized citizens, and foreigners. That is one of the greatest absurdities of all time, and that is because there are ten identifiable types of citizens in the United States, and only two of them are natural.... twisting the meaning of an old English term that lost its true meaning over the centuries due to sliding down a slippery slope of language bastardization, namely the term:“natural born subject”. That term originally meant a son born into subjection to the King by inheriting his father’s relationship to the crown.
?????
The meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth. Here is how AMERICANS (not Swiss) who knew the writers of the Constitution used the term:

"Prior to the adoption of the constitution, the people inhabiting the different states might be divided into two classes: natural born citizens, or those born within the state, and aliens, or such as were born out of it. The first, by their birth-right, became entitled to all the privileges of citizens; the second, were entitled to none, but such as were held out and given by the laws of the respective states prior to their emigration....St. George Tucker, BLACKSTONE'S COMMENTARIES: WITH NOTES OF REFERENCE TO THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA.(1803)

"Therefore every person born within the United States, its territories or districts, whether the parents are citizens or aliens, is a natural born citizen in the sense of the Constitution, and entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining to that capacity."---William Rawle, A VIEW OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 2d ed.(1829)

As you can see, BOTH of them used it to refer to the PLACE of birth. Neither used it to refer to parents. And neither did any of the writers of the Constitution in any article or letter. None of them ever said that Natural Born or Natural Born Citizen refers to the citizenship of the parents.

"Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.”---Senator Lindsay Graham (December 11, 2008 letter to constituents)

“What is a natural born citizen? Clearly, someone born within the United States or one of its territories is a natural born citizen.”(Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on OCTOBER 5, 2004)--Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT).

“Under the longstanding English common-law principle of jus soli, persons born within the territory of the sovereign (other than children of enemy aliens or foreign diplomats) are citizens from birth. Thus, those persons born within the United States are "natural born citizens" and eligible to be President. Much less certain, however, is whether children born abroad of United States citizens are "natural born citizens" eligible to serve as President ..."---- Edwin Meese, et al, THE HERITAGE GUIDE TO THE CONSTITUTION (2005)[Edwin Meese was Ronald Reagan’s attorney general, and the Heritage Foundation is a well-known Conservative organization.]

As you can see, both the men who knew the writers of the US Constitution and conservative legal experts today say that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen refers to the place of birth and includes every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats.

For Instance about;
78% is nitrogen,

Now, depending on temperature and humidity our lower tropospheric gases can contain up to 5% water vapor, typically 1-3% water vapor while CO2 is less than 0.1% and I have not seen statistic for methane yet.

The mush is sitting on your head, not mine. What do you call the death of those 11 rig workers, given that the court found BP guildy of criminal negligence and fined them over $4 billion, and no objection by Bp. This may not be murder, but it's pretty close.

I'm not minimizing the deaths of those diplomats, quite the opposite. Do you even know what it entails to be a doplomat, the functions, responsibilities, specially in dangerous zones?

Still, the problem is , in the rig explosion tragedy, you and your hating birther friends have shown no compassion for those 11 men and their families. Not only did you not crtiticize BP and its subcontractors like Halliburton, you have never even referred to it.

To be sure. HOWEVER, their opinions are considerably more authoritative than YOUR opinion.

The opinions that count are those of the Electoral College, not one of whose members changed their votes to vote against Obama either in the 2008 or 2012 elections (and frequently one or two Electors have voted differently than the votes in their states. ALSO the US Congress, which confirmed Obama's election UNANIMOUSLY twice. ALSO the Chief Justice of the USA, who swore in Obama several times.

And the US Supreme Court, which on October 1 of last year rejected appeals to the Farrar case in Georgia, which had ruled that EVERY child born in the USA is a Natural Born US Citizen. By rejecting the appeal, the US Supreme Court allowed the ruling of the lower court (and nine other state and federal appeals courts which had all ruled the same way) to STAND.

So you say, but you are wrong. The original meaning of the Natural Born in Natural Born Citizen in Article II is unchanged by the 14th Amendment, which only affects the Citizen part of Natural Born Citizen.

It would be nice if you could write coherently.

You forgot to mention that your source, Wikipedia expressed methane content as a mole fraction.

You also don't seem to understand that I never said methane was a significant issue. I merely mentioned that almost 30% is due to ruminant flatulence.

Also, 1,745 nmol/mol is not next to nothing when you consider how many moles of particles are in the earth's atmosphere.

There are almost 6 billion tons of methane in the atmosphere. That's next to nothing?

Obama was born a citizen of his father's nation, which makes him ineligible for citizenship in the USA, unless he be naturalized and that has not happened.

There are three reasons why the Congressional hearing is needed. One is to determine the the FACTS in the case, next to to prevent another incident like this and to fix blame.
1) Why was security at Benghazi reduced when the people on the ground were asking for it to be increased?
2) Why was their no ready reaction force?
3) Why was there no military response?
4) What has the administration done to capture/kill the attackers?
Note, they just put out three wanted posters within the week ONLY because of the pending hearings.
IMHO, the Obama administration do not want the facts to come out as it will not make them look competent.
Jacques use to say that in the Monica Lewinsky scandal, NO ONE DIED! Well Jacques, in this case four Americans died and yet you again turn a blind eye.
That’s what the Accountability Review Board on the Benghazi was for Rogue. They noted the mistakes and made recommendations. That should have been the end of it and any sane person can see that. All of your questions have been asked and answered and there positively is no blood to be squeezed out of that turnip and most Americans have long realized that.

Most Americans find the notion of demonizing and blaming other Americans for foreign attacks repulsive and I doubt very seriously this will end well for Fox or Republicans in general in the long run. Benghazi didn’t win you the election and it’s not winning you any points now and it never will no matter how outraged you and Fox pretend to be.
