Torture is the practice or act of deliberately inflicting severe physical pain and possibly injury on a person. There is also Psychological torture
Many forms of psychological torture methods attempt to destroy the subject's normal self-image by removing them from any kind of control over their environment, creating a state of learned helplessness, psychological regression and depersonalization. Other techniques include enforced nudity and head shaving, sleep deprivation, hooding and other forms of sensory deprivation and forcing the subject to adopt stress positions.
This includes waterborading

Yes, Nebka, but don't you see? Rogue has determined that it is not painful and certainly not torture. He made it up. He will now repeat it, his birther ilk will pass it on, it'll come back to him and he will exlaim "hey, guys, I was right, waterboarding is not torture, see^ it says so right here in Topix"

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.(AP)— Mary Han was a successful civil rights attorney who for decades battled over the rights of abused women, accused prostitutes and the homeless. In the close-knit Albuquerque legal community, she was known as a spitfire whose fervor was often directed at one entity in particular: The city's troubled police department.
Now, more than two years after Han was found dead in her garage in what authorities deemed a suicide, the department is under scrutiny amid questions over whether officers mishandled the investigation into the death of their former adversary.
The state attorney general's office is looking into the matter. It has also asked federal officials, who last year launched a civil rights probe into the department's high number of police shootings, to look at the case.

Problem is Rogue we’ve discussed this before and you never seem to get it so why bother. You always whine and moan about how long it’s been since the Dems passed a budget and whenever I attempt to explain it doesn’t matter because in all actuality appropriations pay the bills you get Alzheimer’s and repeat the same thing again a few months later.
Now you seem to be just as confused about the continuing resolution. A continuing resolution is the law and Bush signed the “FY2009” continuing “Budget”(not an extension of 08) resolution on Oct 1st of 08 funding the gov thru March of 09.
http://www.nationaljournal.com/congress-legac...
My post assessed the amount Obama added to FY 2009 which was in the neighborhood of 203 billion. You don’t get to charge Obama with the shit Bush signed off on. The fact is Bush signed a massive spending bill on Oct 1st of 08 and the bank bailout on Oct 3rd of 08 and left a 1.2 trillion deficit. Those are the facts and no matter how you try to spin it those facts won’t change.
http://www.factcheck.org/2012/06/obamas-spend...
Yes Obama added spending to Bush’s FY2009 budget (and FY2009 is Bush’s budget as it passed the house in June of 08) and Obama’s appropriations are shown in both the chart and categorized.
Good post, very academic. Rogue will come back with Gingrich's 4 FOUR) budgets signed into law with no input whatsoever from the house and senate dems and the president. Did it all by himself.

This is like when you trumpet that Castro and Chavez backed Obama. Yeah, sure, like Obama asked for their backing.

Now, you repeat the same baloney by quoting Lance Armstrong, namely that he deserves a secoond chance like Clinton. You really think Clinton told him to say that? Anyhow, Armstrong NEEDS a second change, but Clinton never needed a 2nd chance, he was never convicted or found guilty of anything, beside being one of the greatest Ameerican presidents who , ha ha, LMAO (LRS tm reg'd) singed all four of Newt's budgets.

I have stopped at accident scenes and handed out soft drinks to police officers out of my cooler box. In one case I also realized the officer had a K-9 in his car so I took over directing traffic while he watered and walked his dog. Yes, a tanker truck had crashed and the road was closed for hours. They were able to left the cars make a u-turn but us trucker would have bogged down and got stuck so I was there for a few hours, I walked my own dog and let the police officer take a short break.

Out of those 200 odd cases only 18 were still in the homes they mortgaged. The rest had their homes repoed or short sold!
So, attorney Obama walked up to the big banks, yes, this black attorney, and said "Hey, you refused my 200 deadbeat mortgage applicants? How dare you? Accept them this very moment!". And so it came to past that these powerful banks accepted to loan these cashless and poor applicants all the money they wanted due to Attorney Obama's pressure. Poor banks never stood a chance.

Piers Morgan: People Need Dictators and Slave Masters “Occasionally”

Piers Morgan and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s want to be dictators and slave masters. Regulating a person’s diet is the regulation of a person’s life. Here was Morgan’s response to a guest who disagreed with him on sugary drink control:

“I think people need [these types of laws] occasionally, particularly on issues like smoking, drinking, guzzling sodas too big for them, you know, eating 16 Big Macs a day, whatever it may be, the reality is we all need a bit of nannying about that. That’s why so many people are on diets. That’s a form of nanny state.”

Well, Jacksonville is the eleventh most populated city and the larges Republican controlled (until two years ago) and we were the only large city that was denied Obama grants for our police department. By simple deduction, it has to be politics! They are not going to say that, but it is.

You are so full of it. When something like waterboarding is mentioned, and you do this all the time, you justify it by saying , in this case, the Chicago police did it and was not prosecuted, you imply that makes it right. It doesn't. The Chicago police SHOULD hve been prosecuted, same for GWB's henchmen.
I've never been waterboarded, but did see a demonstration on tv, by a foolish Canadian reporter who volunteered. Let me tell you, your statement that it does not hurt and is not torture is totally invalidated by what I saw. You like guns, assault weapons, 10,000 rounds of ammunition and waterboarding. Ever thought of acquiring a bit of culture to take your thoughts away from maiming and killing?
Prosecuted for what? Waterboading is not torture!!! The Chicago police should be criminally prosecuted but not for waterboarding but for coercing a false confession which violates their rights under the Fifth Amendment;
".... nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself,..."
As for the Bush Administration, even Obama has not declared waterboarding to be torture!!! Nor doe the Geneva Accords or any U.N. resolution!!!

Yes, my father died on 04/04/04 and in May 2004 he got an absentee ballot in the mail. I wrote "void" on the ballot and put a note in the envelope that told them he was dead.
Again for the general election my dad got another absentee ballot in the mail but this time I hand carried it to the country election offices.
Only a dishonest person would have filled out his ballot and returned it to be counted. But a lot of Libtards think it is okay to fill out the ballot because they rationalize that that was what he would have wanted.
I will stand on my opinion that the vast majority (not all) are done by Liberals. Yes, we have some Liberals in the Republican Party.

Tell me about Accra, about Ghana. 1st president of Ghana and his successor, what year Ghana attained independencde, Ghana's main street, Stadium, name of main square, name of local football team, name of port city to Accra, name of university, name of its main tribe, name of military man who brought stabiity and economic impetus to Ghana and retired to his barracks. You have 5 minutes to show your BS and ignorance, otherwise I'll know it's all Google and that you're obviously a phoney NOT from Ghana.
