FBI: 80% of Fraud Attributed To Insiders Not Homeowners
The increased reliance by both financial institutions and non-financial institution lenders on third party brokers has created opportunities for organized fraud groups, particularly where mortgage industry professionals are involved. Combating significant fraud in this area is a priority, because mortgage lending and the housing market have a significant overall effect on the nation's economy. All mortgage fraud programs were recently consolidated within the Financial Institution Fraud Unit, even where the targeted
lender is not a financial institution. This consolidation provides a more effective and efficient management over mortgage fraud investigations, the ability to identify and respond more rapidly to emerging mortgage fraud problems, and a better picture of the overall mortgage fraud problem./ http://www.lvamerica.com/USApdfs/FBI.pdf

Obama's Chicago Boys
June 12, 2008 / http://tinyurl.com/a3jmp3r
Barack Obama waited just three days after Hillary Clinton pulled out of the race to declare, on CNBC, "Look. I am a pro-growth, free-market guy. I love the market."
Demonstrating that this is no mere spring fling, he has appointed 37-year-old Jason Furman to head his economic policy team. Furman is one of Wal-Mart's most prominent defenders, anointing the company a "progressive success story." On the campaign trail, Obama blasted Clinton for sitting on the Wal-Mart board and pledged, "I won't shop there." For Furman, however, it's Wal-Mart's critics who are the real threat: the "efforts to get Wal-Mart to raise its wages and benefits" are creating "collateral damage" that is "way too enormous and damaging to working people and the economy more broadly for me to sit by idly and sing 'Kum-Ba-Ya' in the interests of progressive harmony.
Obama's love of markets and his desire for "change" are not inherently incompatible. "The market has gotten out of balance," he says, and it most certainly has. Many trace this profound imbalance back to the ideas of Milton Friedman, who launched a counterrevolution against the New Deal from his perch at the University of Chicago economics department. And here there are more problems, because Obama--who taught law at the University of Chicago for a decade--is thoroughly embedded in the mind-set known as the Chicago School.

Er, Rogue, in view of the following :

1.1 Abraham Lincoln
1.2 James A. Garfield
1.3 William McKinley
1.4 John F. Kennedy

2 Failed assassination attempts
2.1 Andrew Jackson
2.2 Abraham Lincoln
2.3 Theodore Roosevelt
2.4 Herbert Hoover
2.5 Franklin D. Roosevelt
2.6 Harry S. Truman
2.7 John F. Kennedy
2.8 Richard Nixon
2.9 Gerald Ford
2.10 Ronald Reagan
2.11 George H. W. Bush
2.12 George W. Bush

3 Presidential deaths rumored to be assassinations

3.1 Zachary Taylor
3.2 Warren G. Harding

Even though this is another phantasm of yours, an envious one at that, Obama never gave the order to have the bolts removed on those WW 1 rifles. If he had, though, and considering the above list, who could blame him?

I do believe, in all of the above cases, that not one of the assassins or would-be assassins had a criminal record. Wonderful, those members of a "well-regulated militia". Like you and your NRA gun-nut ilk.

First Things First; Let’s Establish Who Jesus Is:
Question:“Who is Jesus Christ?”
Answer: Unlike the question “Does God exist?” very few people question whether Jesus Christ existed. It is generally accepted that Jesus was truly a man who walked on the earth in Israel 2000 years ago. The debate begins when the subject of Jesus’ full identity is discussed. Almost every major religion teaches that Jesus was a prophet or a good teacher or a godly man. The problem is that the Bible tells us that Jesus was infinitely more than a prophet, a good teacher, or a godly man.

Ah, and how many were done by military personnel? There is something called supervision. I did on several occasions recommend to my commander that certain soldiers not be allowed to draw arms. And I am sure if any commander in any of those units even remotely thought they might have a problem with any of their men, who make sure they were someplace else.

Oh, I had a soldier who had been court-martialed and was waiting for a discharge but we had to go on a field exercise and I recommended to my commander that he not be issued a weapon and he was not. And a few days later he burned up a tent .... and a M880 truck (Dodge p/u). And I seriously doubt that if there was a parade like the Inauguration, he would have been back a base pealing potatoes at the mess hall.

Oh, during WWII my father was a tail gunner on a Navy dive bomber and was on board the USS Bunker Hill during the Battle of Okinawa and the ship was hit by two Kamikaze and he was one of over 650, out of 2,500, that was a casualty.
The actor Paul Newman was also a tail gunner but in a different a squadron on the Bunker Hill and everyone in his squadron was killed except for him (of course) as he was in the galley pealing potatoes. And the question was why was Paul Newman in the galley pealing potatoes? No, he had not been a bad boy, his pilot had an ear infection and was grounded.
Since his plane could not fly, they sent him to the galley and he was the only survivor!

Oh, both Paul Newman and my father were in the Navy's V-12 program (ROTC) and both were bumped out probably because they needed them right then for the war effort. My father attended Navy boot camp at Quonset Point, RI and Paul Newman was at Portsmouth, RI but he was probably at Quonset Point too.
Both went to Jacksonville, FL for aviation training, my dad a gunner on Douglas Dauntlesses and Paul as a radioman/stinger gunner on Grumman Avengers and they both went to the Pacific after training.
My dad went to the Marshall Islands and Paul to NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii. In late Fall 1944 my dad's squadron converted to Curtiss Helldivers and went aboard the Bunker Hill at Puget Sound, WA.
Paul Newman was also in the Marshall Islands on Saipan (my father never told me which island in the Marshalls he was on) but it does not say when he went aboard the Bunker Hill.
To bad my father passed on, 2004, before I found out about Paul Newman as it would have been very possible that they rubbed elbows on more than one occasion.

Tell me Jacques, beside DoD schools, name us ONE Federal elementary school, Middle School, High School, College, University?!?
Why should I,as a resident of Florida, have to pay for the pension of a school teacher, fireman, police officer, etc. in California?
Have you ever read the Tenth Amendment to our Constitution?
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
<quoted text>
Ah, numerous points here. First of all the is NO Federal sales tax. Next, most states have a higher highway fuel tax than federal fuel tax so by buying fuel in other states, you help pay for their local roads and, hence, at allowed to travel on them.
Oh, does Canada have a different spelling for "Massachussets" than we do? I know we do for places like France and Germany. In fact we even pronounce them differently. But Massachusetts is spelled this way.
And then we get to the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956 which states;
<quoted text>
Please note "national defense"! Do you know who lead the first military convoy to cross our nation from coast to coast was? Captain (Bvt Lt Col) Eisenhower!!!
During WWII Gen. Eisenhower was impressed with Hitler's Autobahn system and decided we needed to provide for mobilization of our military! That is why the federal government got the authority to build the Interstate Highway system.
So all you retain from our exchange is that I inadvertently left our a "t" in Massachussetts . My bad. Incidentaly, I've probably been there more often than you have. I am quite familiar with Eisenhower's pioneering projects with reference to the interstate system of highways. As for the rest, and concerning federal sales tax, you're right, but in words only, as witness the following extract from your bible, Wikipedia , 2nd and third lines:

Sales taxes in the United States

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Taxation in the United States

Federal taxation[hide]

Sales taxes in the United States are taxes placed on the sale or lease of goods and services in the United States. While no national general sales tax exists, the federal government levies several national selective sales taxes on the sale or lease of particular goods and services. Furthermore, forty-five states, the District of Columbia, and Guam impose general sales taxes that apply to the sale or lease of most goods and some services, and states also may levy selective sales taxes on the sale or lease of particular goods or services. States may also delegate to local governments the authority to impose additional general or selective sales taxes.

Wrong again.

Also, the thing I said about "not blaming Obama for making sure the rifles had no bolt" was sarcasm, Rogue, sarcasm and a bit of wit. Sarcasm and wit are not traits that birthers are very familiar with. Funny how you just dismiss 4 assassinations and over 20 attempts out oh hand.
